Went in to get an alignment, paid $135, waited about an hour, of which around 10 minutes was spent on my car. They later informed me they didn't have specs for the car (2001 Miata; I happily would've provided specs if they asked) so they only adjusted Toe, leaving alone Camber and Caster. It was still drivable for a few days, until I realized my driver side front wheel had almost fallen off. They didn't torque it at all, the lug nuts were removable with just my fingers, barely applying any force. I was planning on replacing the front hubs anyway due to the bearing showing signs of wear, but this definitely ruined the wheel studs on that hub, and could've easily resulted in a nasty crash. Beyond unprofessional, this left my car a death trap.

Excellent experience today at the Tacoma Les Schwab. In and out in under an hour (we had an appointment) and friendly customer service for our tire rotation. They pointed out a small potential issue, but were quick to say that it should be covered by warranty and I should take it to the dealership so I wouldn't have to pay. I've heard that quality of experience at Les Schwab has declined since the sale, was so glad to see that was not the case at this location at all. Thanks y'all!

I visited this Les Schwab center today because I thought I had an issue with a leaking tire. I didn't have an appointment but they managed to fit me in within less than an hour of arriving. The customer service was fantastic. They did a thorough job checking my tire, and the sensor and concluded that all was fine. This was certainly not a 5 minute job, but they patiently eliminated all possibilities of a problem and pronounced the tire fit and undamaged. I was so grateful because I was worried about driving on it. This will become my tire 'to-go' center from now on. I'm really impressed and thankful they are there next time I have a problem!

Industry leaders for high prices, entitlement and long wait times. Also the weak avoidant comments from LS to people whose cars were damaged and no responsibility taken are just hilarious.

I don’t currently have any Les Schwab tires on my newer car but am a long time customer. They did a complimentary tire pressure check and air fill. I stopped by mid week and there was no wait. I’m incredibly grateful and will always be a customer with this continued level of care.

I recently had issues with my car battery. I made it to the Sellwood location with 20 minutes to spare. I was Greeted by Ripley who not only checked my battery, but the alternator as well. I was told the battery however not perfect was still good. Unfortunately for myself and Ripley, that’s when the battery decided to go sideways. This amazing person then took it upon themselves to right what once was wrong. I stopped short of the suggestion to remove the terminals of the old battery. When I said to replace the battery so we all could go home, I was asked about brand, cost, warranty, blah,blah. I asked Ripley for the battery that would be the one in Mom’s vechicle. Less than 30 minutes later, I shook Ripleys hand and was on my way. Thank You Ripley for service that Les would be proud of.

The team at this location is top tier, and I especially want to give a big shout out to Debbie! She went above and beyond for me with my tricky situation involving too many logistics to count. She was very efficient, communicative, and pleasant to work with. Again, thank you, Debbie, you really made my day!

I was just at the Tacoma location to get air in my tires and I had the BEST customer service I've had in a very long time! A nice lady quickly asked me how she could help me and checked all my tires, aired them all up for me and gave me helpful information. VERY friendly, constant smile and was just a great help!

They have pretty good service here, but triggered the anti-theft circuit in my truck. The truck worked when I got there. It worked when they parked it. It did NOT work 3 minutes later when I went to start it. They're the last to drive it. But they're not responsible for triggering the anti-theft? (Triggering the anti-theft circuit prevents the truck from starting, btw.) Ok. I will not be taking my truck back here.

Name the last place you went for service and an employee jogged out to greet you and ask how they could help, before you even made it to the front door. It has to be Les Schwab! The folks here are awesome. Prompt, friendly, and awesome about calling you when your car is ready for pickup. On top of that, buying Les Schwab tires and batteries pretty much ensures you’re covered because everything is warrantied and repairs are generally free. So glad to have a Les Schwab so close these days!

Came in last minute for an emergency repair even though I have never been to a Les Schwab before. Not only were they gracious and informative over the phone, but every employee from the desk staff to the mechanics were kind, thoughtful, and clear with me from start to finish. I ended up needing to get several costly repairs done but definitely don't mind knowing I drove away much safer in my car and I will return to this location in the future for all my tire repairs and maintenance!

Made an appointment for obvious reasons but ended up spending an hour waiting and they still hadn't started work on it. Never had such a problem with Les Schwab before, but I'm far more inclined to look elsewhere now.

Don't plan on using your existing credit line here, they will make you reapply for it even though its been counting against your credit score for 5+ years, its evidently unusable. Will never shop at les schwab again after the bait and switch they pulled on me "You have a credit line, feel free to use it" 2 hours later after the tires are installed..... "you have to reapply to use your active and open credit line with us" Avoid this place

Excellent service and very friendly helpful staff! Unfortunately, they wouldn't honor a warranty on a product I purchased. I took my vehicle to a different Les Schwab and they honored the warranty no problem. So, maybe this location doesn't uphold Les Schwab ideals like the others do. Much thanks and appreciation to the McLoughlin location in Milwaukee though.

I received great service and encountered friendly staff. I was fitted in on a Monday morning for a flat tire repair. They fixed my tire and sent me on my way without charging me for the repair. I’ve always had great experiences with Les Schwab, but this location stands out.

I had a nice experience waiting while my daughter's car had the winter tires removed. They were able to replace two of the old seasonal tires today as well. The waiting area is clean and comfortable. Both of the associates I spoke with were very pleasant, respectful, and informative.

Saturday mid-afternoon, before Easter Sunday, had a flat tire. Was able to take it in to have it looked at. They repaired the hole from a nail, tire was salvaged, they put my spare neatly back in the trunk and sent me on my way without any fee. All of this before they closed for the holiday! Truly grateful for their help and expertise. Always impressed with their service!
