I have been coming to this place for years and I have always been treated like I am family. The people here have always been very nice and friendly and they have always been quick to help me with anything that needs attention. I would really recommend anyone who wants to be treated nice and professional to check out this place.

Took my car into Schwab yesterday due to my dummy light coming on... Thought it was 1 low tire, turns out it was actually 2 & possibly a 3rd. Lolol. Back passenger tire had a hole (repaired), back drivers tire had a screw in it (repaired) & lastly turns out I only had low tire pressure on the front passenger. Due to the confusion on "My" part regarding if all tires were bought at Schwab was not an issue, as they just wanted to help & get me back on the road again with my dog. I didn't have to wait around for them to get me in as they give you a call when you're up next. Courteous, friendly & very helpful. In addition, like Les Schwab is known for, they took care of both my flats free of charge & I was on my way. Thanks guys, you're the best, hope you enjoyed your cookies. DOUBLE CHECK YOUR PAPERWORK HERE! I hope this review reaches everyone that works at this location and double checks their employees/coworkers because today the NE Erin Les Scwab location caught a falsified documentation that I was given an alignment last week was NEVER done! After 8 hours of waiting, the technician said got everything, even though the tie bars were seized, I was assured they were addressed and adjusted, printed the paperwork that showed me that everything was fixed and safe, and charge accordingly. The moment I left, I knew something was off still with my car, but I was gaureenteed that my car was okay and free to go. After a couple of days of some odd driving, I noticed the steering wheel was oddly stuck in the right postion, which was never a thing even before I got alignment in my car. I had a gut feeling to double check since I had the 30 day gaureentee, and made an appointment with the NE Erin location where I was surprising told immediately that an alignment was NEVER done from the moment the second location techinican glanced at it. I was given another measurement of the TOES score on the paperwork that showed me my car was actually worse than the first "aligment." Thankfully, the second location did the proper aligment and called this store to tell them to give me a refund before they even told me in the waiting lobby. Big lessons were learned today. Mistakes happen all the time, but always double-check your paperwork and always get that second opinion as fast as possible for your SAFETY. Take car maintenance seriously and always ask questions! Please don't falsify documents or double check your software systems that may print off wrong paperwork because I got ONE! Whoever is managing and leading this store, be aware of this! Learn from this and discuss this with the technicians and other managers. Double check everything myself included!

Bought new rims and tires from Bel at Les Schwab on 122nd and division. Bel is amazing. Her customer service and attention to detail was impeccable. I would recommend 100%.

Came in to fix a flat tire under warranty, they claimed they had to jump start my truck which has never needed it, did it incorrectly and fried my alternator fuse and circuit. No one called me to say my car didn’t start and if they had permission to jump start it. Now I’ll have to fix it out of pocket since no one wants to own up to anything. Poorly managed overall with inexperienced employees. I would highly recommend not coming here.

I arrived at Lessschwab 2410 SE 122nd at 12:30pm and the staff there told me I would have to wait 2 hours to get a single car tire patched. I stayed and waited until 4:20pm. No one told me what's going on so I asked a repair person and they said they didn't know. I had to leave with my tire not patched at all because I simply could not waste anymore time waiting. Terrible service.

Les Schwab is known for their service, but this location was a bit off. I went in to get my tire air checked, and the front desk person was nice, told me to pull into one of the spots. I waited there for a bit, which was fine, but two employees spoke to me in a rude, impatient way. When the guy finished putting air in my tire, he just left without saying anything. He mentioned my car might be misaligned, so I wanted to ask more about it, but he didn’t stick around or let me know he was done. This didn’t feel like good customer service; it seemed like they were just there because they had to be, not because they cared.

They broke one of my tire studs and tried to have me leave and come back, claiming it's safe to drive. On top of that they over charge everything. Don't come here unless it's for free air

They were able to get my car serviced for me quickly. Did have to return to have them check something they did not complete, but they were very efficient and notified me!! Went back and they took care of the situation immediately upon my arrival and at no charge. That is very awesome service and very commendable. Highly recommend this service facility!!

I got here because I had a flat tire around 830am, there were only 2 customers in front of me, a few customers arrived behind me, an hour later my car was still in the parking lot untouched but the shop was packed with all those people who arrived after me, I asked for my keys and went somewhere else to get my tire fixed, ask me if I'll be back? NEVER!

1/10 I came in for new tires and an alignment. They told me 2 to 3 hrs so I stayed in the lobby. After 6 hrs with no word I asked how much longer and they said at least another hour. Ended up staying over 7 hrs with not so much as an apology

Avoid this location at all costs unless you have an appointment. Showed up because I got a flat tire and this was the closest location. It was 9am, an hour after they opened, and I was told that it would be a couple hours. A couple hours went by and I was told that somebody had put me on the drop off list instead of the wait list. They assured me I hadn’t been skipped, but I saw many cars go by. I asked how much longer it might be from that point and they said about an hour and a half because they’d be taking lunch soon. I decided to call a Lyft home to wait it out. Almost 2 hours later, I went back and they still weren’t working on my car. At this point I felt I needed to put pressure on them because they initially said it would be 2 hours and it’d been double that time. They said they’d get my car in next, which they did, but they didn’t do anything to my car for hours and I didn’t get my car back ‘til 6pm, an hour after they’d closed for the day. I wish they’d been honest about the time it’d take, so I could have taken it somewhere else. Avoid this location at all costs unless you have an appointment.

Dropped off truck for a tire rotation. I love that they brought back someone greeting me at the truck . They were friendly, kind, and overall made me feel like my business mattered to them!! What a difference it made in my day!!

I've never had anything but good experiences at Les Schwab until now. They ripped up the carpet in the back of my van and and just left it like that. How do you just damage somebody's vehicle and not tell them that you did it and not repair it. Your whole business is tires but you don't know how to properly mount my spare tire back underneath my van? Part of me was thinking I should wait and give them an opportunity to fix this before I did a reveal but this is such a negligent thing and it just boggles my mind that it happened. I'm also hearing what sounds like my brakes dragging on my driver side front tire and now I'm questioning the quality of the entire job that they did. Because this is just sloppy and done by somebody that didn't care that they did a poor job.

Stephanie is VERY unprofessional….she’s very rude and loves talking over everyone(and this is just me listening to the other convos while waiting in line) LOTS of attitude for NO REASON…misquoted me price, then called and told me there’s nothing they can do to fix my tire because “the bolts were too tight”..so I said let me talk to a tech(cuz clearly the little blonde college girl doesn’t know much about tires and vehicles) and he simply said we just needed your permission to get the bolts off…so Stephanie would have lost business because of her genuine ignorance..she shouldn’t work with people, because the tech was sweet as all can be…but at the end of the day it’s “not her fault”…go figure smh

Ehh... the kid we had lifting our trailer to fix a flat should've had a trainer with him because it was questionable how much he knew to not damage the trailer and equipment that was on the trailer but more importantly not to hurt himself.

I just want to say a huge thank you to the guys at les schwab Marley, Gavan, Zack and Daniel for taking the time to put brand new tires on my car even when it was time for all of you to get off I appreciate it very much I will definitely be returning to this les schwab such amazing customers service from these guys.

took a tire in this AM came back at 1:30 only to find out they "never put it in rotation", them the woman behind the counter blamed ME, she told me it was MY fault for not telling the tech, the tire was there, I have been a loyal patron for 30 plus years but no more, and to end up they tried to sell me a new tire cause they didn't want to fix the old one (so much for their road hazard warranty) well NO THANKS ON THE TIRE I'll go buy it somewhere else THANKS ANYWAY Steve
