Great service and always a friendly staff. Update.. Staff is still friendly but service is nothing like it was when Doug was manager. The last two times I've dropped off my truck for service, it's came back with new dents. Dropped it off to mount and balance new tires and it had a dent in the top of front left quarter panel. Dropped it off for an alignment and got it back with a dent in the rear passenger door. When I picked my truck up from getting the new tires mounted and balanced, it pulled hard to one side. If they would have test drove the vehicle,they would have caught this right away.Turns out one of the front tires was over inflated by around 15#. (Thats 15# above max) I adjusted all four tires and drove it again and it felt like the balance was off. I took it back in and had them check the tires. Once they were finished they still didn't bother test driving it. I asked them if they were going to test drive and they said no. I also told them about the first dent and they had nothing to say. They didn't ask to look at the dent or apologize. They said nothing. (The second dent happened when I dropped it off later for alignment and I didn't notice it until I got home. I have not been back since) After 25 years I will now have to find a new tire shop.

This story will sound But is absolutely true. I first brought my truck into this leshwab Because my truck would shake when I break and the rear end was wobbly. I told the tech I believe it was my front rotors on the brakes that was causing the truck Shake when breaking. They inspected the truck and told me I needed control alarms , tyrods , and a few more suspension parts. After basically replacing both rear and front suspension the truck still had the same issues it had when I originally brought it in. Two days after I get my truck back I find my passenger side shock swinging down unattached. I had a different les shwab fix that. The next day I Take my truck back To Discunt location so that can Make sure everything is tight and good to go. When I pick up my truckI still notice the same issues. I then take my truck to a different Les Schwab to be inspected. This Les Schwab tells me I need front brakes and rotors. He also tells me. I will say the manager at this location. Went out of his way to make this right, I did appreciate that. I have no issues pertaining to any work they did. I also appreciate the manager being willing to go the extra mile to make me the customer happy. I will be upgrading my review from one star to 4stars.

I wait 2 hours for flat tire and people stand up doing nothing this bullshit the manager the other people don't help never come back I prefer pay 10 box fixed

Two hours for an oil change is unacceptable. I called in to make an appointment and got in early and on a day they were slow it took them two hours to get an oil change done. Do not go here

I called in a panic last Friday because I could hear air leaving my tire at an accelerated rate. Efrain picked up the phone when I called and told me to come on by to see if he could plug it. The tire ended up being irreparable due to the a small, but mighty, gash on the side wall. Efrain didn’t make me feel small and treated Cicely (my car) with love and care. I ended up buying a brand new tire as they were out of stock on the used tires. Cost me $173, but I was in and out in under two hours. I have a warranty for the life of the tire and I’m grateful that Les Schwab was there to walk me through the crazy and unexpected turn my day took along with several others who all seemed to be dealing with flats that very day. Thanks Efrain! I won’t forget your kindness.

Made an appointment 1 week prior for new tires. I got there at the scheduled time, but they said the tires I scheduled the appointment for (again, one week prior) weren't available for some reason and that they had to bring some over from their warehouse in Fife. No problem, I said. They said it'd be there in about an hour, they were there three hours later. Now they got those tires changed no problem. But I still had to remind them at the payment counter that I also scheduled an alignment which was on the appointment list. Efrain was really great about all this at least so props to him. But they really have to fix their system because how would they not have tires in stock that I made an appointment for.

This place is extremely slow at least it was on a Friday. There's no urgency to try and get customers out and the two people behind the desk have never met customer service or if they did it's like them and customer service went through a bad divorce. I will not be back. Honestly felt like they didn't care if they had my business or not.

Super friendly, honest people working here! I’ve been ripped off before with tires. Another Les Schwab asked me 0 questions about my situation and proceeded to quote me for the most expensive tires possible. It wasn’t until I pointed out the discrepancy that the other location said they had more affordable options. I went to this store and they inspected my tire damage quickly and said it’s not urgent to replace, but getting somewhat close. They said I did need air in my tires and could do it but I said I could do it at a gas station. He insisted and said just to pull up and he could do it right then for free and did all 4 tires. He recommended I replace my front 2 tires before winter and the back 2 were fine for a lot longer than that. I cannot recommend this location enough! Thank you guys for restoring my faith that there are honest mechanics out there!

Made an appointment for an alignment and tire rebalance after getting my vehicle checked on as well as tires rotated at a different repair shop. They tried to charge me $600 for total front brake replacement even though the other repair shop said they were completely fine. I had my breaks replaced last year with having driven only 2000 miles since then which makes absolutely no sense. They also rotated my tires again without asking after being rotated yesterday. I've never had a problem with the Burien location, but after accidently making an appointment to this location, I will never be returning here.

Was on a mini road trip when one of my tires blew, came here and ended up getting two new tires, and serviced almost immediately. Place was very clean! Staff was shorthanded (likely due to the holiday), but still very professional and courteous. Well stocked vending machine that included more “meal” like items and not just snacks.

Having a road trip, got a flat tire on a back road in construction. Pass by this area, and walk into this shop based on the reviews. Friendly and awesome guys, fix it in roughly 30 minutes. Big thumbs up to them for saving my day🙌

I have been a loyal customer of Les Schwab for literally decades- yes, since the early 90’s! And I have always had an excellent experience with them, regardless of what city or location I was in. So, please take this review as an “observation from a friend.” My experience at this location on the morning of April 18, was the extreme opposite of ”customer service”. It is a bit difficult to describe, because it wasn’t so much that they did anything “wrong”, there was just absolutely none of the friendliness, or politeness, or energetic helpfulness that I think used to be the TRADEMARK of Les Schwab. :-) I pulled up, and rolled down my window to ask if I could get my air pressure checked. One of the techs, looked up at me, and then went back to what she was doing, and then … walked away. A minute later she came back, and looked at me with a questioning expression. I greeted her, and asked if I could get my tire pressure checked, and she said flatly, “just pull up here.” The gentleman that walked up next to check my tire pressure didn’t speak to me or even make eye contact. The whole atmosphere and experience just left me feeling like I was unwanted, and a burden to them, not worth even looking at. It was quite strange, and not what I usually experience at Les Schwab.

In a real pinch for time, these folks got me on the road quickly, for a kind price and were able to bring tires in quickly for a full replacement. A *huge* shoutout to Lonnie for best-in-class communication skills, extremely valuable technical knowledge and just being very fun to work with. I live in Oregon and plan on picking up my next set of tires at this location, the experience was so memorably suberb. Thank you all! -Aaron

I was told that the strut mounts needed to be replaced so I scheduled an appointment for 8:00 AM. I delivered my car on time, and after 7 hours of not hearing anything, I stopped by to check. The job was no where near completion. It would be another three hours, the manager said. The service manager said he was told they could have the car until 6:00 PM. I never said any such thing. Why would I schedule an appointment for 8:00 AM if I expected them to not work on my car until 3:00? This is not the first time I have received poor service at this store, but it is the last. Les Schwab is not the only game in town. Going forward, I will take my car and my money elsewhere.

Worst les schwab I've ever been to. I've given them multiple chances over the past few years and they have let me down every single time. I cannot trust them to work on my families vehicles at this location.
