Craig was absolutely amazing with helping me in a tight situation. He made my car safe for the roads and helped me with financing. Highly recommend this location literally took so much stress off my shoulders and made things happen.

Les Schwab is overall a good company but this branch is terrible. I went in to get my tires rotated and they charged me $30 to do it. I've always had my tires rotated for free at any other les Schwab before (regardless if I had bought my tires there or not). One of the workers said he had "worked for les Schwab for 30 years" and had never heard of a free rotation. I guess he wasn't listening because I called 2 other stores, both of which said their rotations were free.

Wow! This tire center is so professional and has excellent customer service. I went to a different location with a tire with low pressure and was turned away. When I came to this one, the staff was so friendly and were happy to fix my tire (it was a nail) in less than 30 minutes. We will definitely be buying tires here in the future.

Be careful I went in to get my tires done and had them do their free inspections cause why not. They said everything looked good. Then not even a month later my breaks were griding. This is the break on the side they changed my tire out. There is no way this "looked good" at all the month before. Now I have to get everything changed 170+ instead of 35$. Glad my breaks went out in the parking lot not coming down Smith with my kids in the car. Will be getting my tires else where now.

Great Services. People that work here are quick to greet and help you. Needed tires aired up due to the weather changing. Was in and out in 10 minutes.

Apparently it ok to take an hour to change one tire, according to the manager. I was the only truck in line when they opened. They stopped a dozen times to talk to other people..... how about getting one thing done first than helping the next person...... would not recommend.... they are trying to give the south Seattle store a run to see who is slower. Wouldn't recommend that store either.👎

As a truck driver was worried about whether they would even carry my tires but surprisingly they had my size and experience to change them. Big lot with plenty of maneuvering space. They even had fresh coffee and popcorn.

Went in to get a control bar replaced and rear brakes replaced. They didnt install the brakes correctly. Then after 1000 miles i hear griding in my brakes. I take it in and they tell me it was installed wrong. They cant get it replaced day of and quote it can be done by noon the next day. Next day no call no notice about the part being late. Show up at noon. Part shows up also at noon. 3 hours later and still rear brakes that they messed up on is still being worked on. No urgency to fix their mistakes, and no communication whatsoever. All of this couldve been solved by calling the customer and letting them know the problems and delay. Rather than letting me walk in after my ride left and telling me it will be another 3.5 to 4 hours to i get my car back. Terrible service at this location and would advise going to other locations.

I desperately needed my car battery replaced and this place was on top of it. Fast, friendly and knowledgeable. The battery was not in stock and they had it within 1 hour. Highly recommended!

Not a big fan of Les Schwab anymore. They really screwed over a friend of mine when his boat and trailer got stolen from their lot and they refused to pay for any of it. They put it outside their locked fence before it was even complete and then said it was his fault. The only reason we went there this time was it was very close to work and my partner at works truck had a flat tire and of course it wasn't fixable and had to buy another. They also took much longer than they said it would.

Stopped by for an air check in the tires and they performed the service free of charge. The gentlemen were all very nice. The women’s bathroom has a baby changing station and was exceptionally clean. Would come back again!

I dropped my tire off with a screw in it, I called within 5-10 minutes to tell them that I need to cancel, they said “sure no problem” when I came back to grab the tire they still charged me. That’s the greediest thing a business has ever done to me I think

This place is awesome! The staff is exceptional. And I took my car in because one of my tires had a slow leak, they fixed it promptly and didn't even charge me, there are still free things in this world. Stuff like this goes a long way with me. Thanks Les Schwab team, you've definitely got a new customer in me!

2/20/2024 @2:40pm we asked for help because we noticed our tire picked up a screw. Salvador was sent out to deal with our situation. For some reason he chose not to focus on the repair of our tire but to try to sell us new ones instead. Stating "the rear tires are a concern to me, you may need new ones." When we let him know they were about a year old with les schwab warranty, he refused to just repair it. We then took to another les schwab. The tech came out pulled the quarter inch screw out, tested to make sure it wasnt leaking air since it was short and hadnt even penetrated tread. Then let us go with a smile. Vast difference between the different stores. I recommend going to south hill puyallup and not wasting your time at this kent branch.

I went here to check the air pressure in my tires after a warning light came on. They were quick and efficient. They refilled the air and told me exactly which tire had issues. I highly recommend!!

Scheduled a 9am appt today for a set of new tires for my van. I got there about 30 mins early and they started ahead of my scheduled time. I hung out in the lobby reception area and then the product sales floor. They have a TV, free coffee, free popcorn, free WiFi, free phone charging and a handicapped friendly restroom. There's a paid snack and beverage vending machine on site as well. There are several places to sit and pass the time if you decide to wait there. It's an inviting place to be waiting for what I was there for. Staff was friendly and fast with me and everyone who walked in that door. Check this place out for good honest service.

This company as a whole is only focus on selling you tires and not finding the best suitable solution to their customers needs. I own 12 vehicles I’m forced to go there because they dominate the market. But every time I go they find a reason to sell me more than I need. So I leave and find an alternative solution which is a waste of time.
