Was quoted continental tires for$$$$ and they replaced with a Off branded Les shwaab tire!!!???when do you get told one thing by customer service and the truth comes out to be opposite?? If i buy nike shoes - do they sell me some low grade off brand shoes??? - NOT! Than when i get in my vehicle - I find grease all over the inside of my door handle Told them about it and he came out and sprayed some chemical on it and scrubed it - but now the i side of my car smells like chemical and i drive for uber and i cant have that???!! VERY LOW GRADE SERVICE!!!

Honest service . I was there for flat tire , rotation and wheel alignment for my Audi. They took me in same day. I already pre-mentioned , I need wheel alignment as well as had new tires few months back . They repaired the flat , rotated and check the wheel alignment . They came back and said I don’t need wheel alignment and showed all calibrations and didn’t charge for that even though my vehicle was there for couple of hours . That’s the honesty I like and is rare to find these days of not doing wheel alignment if it was not needed which other dealership still charge . Thanks for all your help .

Great service, very nice people! I walked into the store for new tires on Friday after Thanksgiving, Steven helped me to set up an appointment immediately, and explained to me very well what options I have, and how much time it would take, etc. Great communication! Bri, a super nice lady, helped me to set up the payment, and answered all my questions. Great experience! For your takeaway -- if you have any questions or concerns, just ask, they will find a way to help :-)

Manager did not want to dismount and mount my tires after I had just spoke with an employee that gave a quote and said they could get the job done that day. Found his attitude horrible after being a Customer of that store since it had opened. The old management treated you respectfully no matter what. Will not be going back again! Close my account I found POINT S to be helpful and courteous. They will get my business

My mom went in for a tire repair and they sold her tires for $988. Same tires installed at Walmart $450. I’m not happy about it.

The battery had died, they immediately came out and provided a free jumpstart. I will be calling to make an appointment for battery replacement/service. I really appreciated the quick service since my family was in the car.

I recently had my car serviced here, but the communication was disappointing. After the work was finished, no one called my name or notified me in any way. I ended up waiting, unaware that my car was already done, until I happened to see it parked outside. It’s frustrating not knowing how long I was waiting needlessly. A simple notification would have made a big difference.

Dropped in unannounced with some kind of bolt stuck in my tire. It's monday.. 5pm.... the team got me in. Super friendly and professional. Needed to get my tires replaced. In and out within an hour. They stayed open a little later to get the job done. Thank you!

Waited over 3hrs to get a flat fixed. I came in around 8:10 or so and have been here way to long for a simple flat fix. Left around 11 ish will never have my service here agin.!

I had my wife go and get a break replacement about a year ago. They talked her into doing $1000 dollars worth of work and then recently I went to replace the break pads myself the were so insanely tight I rounded one of the mounting bolts. Check your torque settings.

Just done with Les Schwab I tried for the price of the tires and the warranty that doesn't seem to exist not worth it went to a small independent tire shop took care of me absolutely no problems one person said they would honor the worrying for the where no problem had to leave came back same shop would not warranty the tire I'm done

So wonderful!! My daughter picked up a screw in the tire. She arrived right before they closed but the guys were amazing to take out the screw and fix up the tire to get her on the road again...very grateful to the guys who stayed a few minutes longer to fix her tire

I always trust my car to this Les Schwab and have for decades. But the team did an extraordinarily great job today. There was a little bit of miscommunication over the phone where I didn’t understand what was needed. However, the team helped me with the repair that was needed, the cost, and then helped me with the decision-making process. They did a fantastic job and were exceedingly quick and efficient today – even more than usual! Huge thanks to Michael, Gunner, Chase, and everyone there at Les Schwab!

I purchased a new tire from this store a few months ago. My “Low Tire Pressure” light came on and I brought it in to check it out. I asked how much this was going to cost. The reply? “Zero dollars”. “I’m sorry, what?” “Zero dollars”. Apparently, when you purchase a tire here it comes with a lifelong supply of lots of goodies like FREE tire rotation, FREE balancing, and FREE air pressure checks. It’s also super-clean and they have free coffee and popcorn while you wait! What an awesome place!
