You get 5 stars cuz your parking lot was swept free from debris. Why? Well, when this cop pulled me over and I had to modify my license plate cover on NYE, I was sure glad you kept a clean lot cuz otherwise I would have ruined my outfit due to having to get on my knees to get out of the ticket. Thank you!

Pulled up, no sooner than I got out of my truck and to the tail gate a service mechanic was there to help out! They tested my under warranty battery and it went bad so they replaced it. The claim is, they have damn good service!!

Went for a winter tire change. They were fast. Much faster than the Imbrie Dr. Les Schwab, and they didn't try to add on unnecessary services. Four stars because they only inflated our tires to 23psi and the low tire pressure gauge went on a day later, which was a mild nuisance. Other than that, perfect.

I scheduled an alignment and had a critical trip in the afternoon, well they told me once i had wasted all day and no other shops were available that they will have to charge me 140 dollars on top of alignment just to check my 2" leveling pucks. Now i can no longer go on my trip. Really upsetting

I like the company, but this specific location keeps on doing things wrong. I stopped going there after a few times of them changing over my winter and non-winter tires without telling me that the tires being removed were, by their standards, too worn to switch back, leaving me to buy new tires on the spot at the subsequent changeover. Went to this location this time because they had appointment space, but the tires I had asked for (via online appointment) weren't in when I arrived. They had 4 days of notice. They then got me an appointment for 3 days after that, and still didn't have the tires. Icing on the cake: two non-managerial employees tried to sell me other tires, clearly not knowing what all-weather vs. all season tires are, or that the 3-mountain-snowflake symbol is not the same as a M&S rating. Good thing I knew, or I would have bought tires that would have left me stuck in the snow the next day. I told them, "You're trying to sell me something I don't want," so they got a manager. HE was cool, getting me an appointment immediately at another location who had exactly what I had asked for in the first place. He is why they get two stars vs. one for this specific location. Les Schwab is great, but I'd better stick to the other location that I now use!

Poor Workmanship, Damaged Vehicle, Lack of Integrity Apparently ZERO stars is not an option. This shop damaged multiple parts on my vehicle. After I received my car back from replacing lower control arms, brakes and alignment, it began making a loud clucking/rattling noise. I returned the vehicle to them to inspect the work they just performed and they reported that the noise is coming from the strut that was recently (8 months ago) replaced by a different reputable shop which I have perform a majority of my vehicle service. As that part was under warranty, I brought the vehicle into that shop to validate the findings reported by Les Schwab. Not only did they assess that the strut is 100% sound (both part and install) they detected two other damages incurred by Les Schwab. First, they used a cut off wheel to remove a nut/bolt to remove the part I hired them to replace, slicing and cutting into my newly installed wheel hubs (also 8 months ago). Photos included which don't do a lot of justice compared to the video we have taken. Second, it was found that the newly encountered noise was coming from another part damaged by Les Schwab. This cost another $500 to repair, as well as having damaged hubs. I called the Manager at Les Schwab to discuss the findings of their work. I also showed him the photos. In summary, I received a lot of defensive double talk and denial of responsibility in return. Its a shame this person lacks integrity as well as the mechanic who decided it was proper workmanship of his craft to slice into adjacent parts of a customer's car and sending it off while collecting money. All in all, I came in for simple work and left with over $1200 of parts damage from this shop.. Les Schwab has not offered to correct the issue nor offered any monetary compensation or refund. The claim will be ongoing. I would not recommend anyone use this shop if they value quality and integrity of the work that goes into keeping them and their family safe while on the road.

I've been to probably a dozen Les Schwab locations over the years and this one is solid. The techs are friendly, easy to converse with, and we had some laughs. Their recommendation was solid and I was out of there quickly. 2024 followup: still the same story. I have a good experience every time I'm in there. We have some laughs, chat about cars, and my stuff gets taken care of quickly.

Les Schwab is always a great choice! Great service! Great prices. Always honest. And everyone loves the iconic free popcorn to eat while you wait. They take customer care seriously. If you ever have a bad experience, let them know and they will do all they can to make it right.

Good customer service, easy to get an appointment, but they're more expensive than other "Non-Graterri" Les Schwab stores when it comes to brakes. They do a great job with alignments, they're friendly and tire installs - all good, but shop around if you need brakes done.

Quick service! My tire had a slow leak and it was easy to book an appointment. It took about 30 minutes to fix at no charge. Overall great experience.

Twice I have had them refuse to align my car. Once, in my Triumph Spitfire because the tech didn't know how to do an alignment with shims, and now on my 2011 Outback because the tech didn't know how camber bolts work. I don't think I'm going there again. At least they didn't charge me or it'd be one star. Royal Moore Subaru had my car aligned within the hour.

I LOVED Les Schwab for the longest time. My tire had a nail in it and I was at work so I couldn’t leave. I had my car towed. I got there after work 6 hours later and it hadn’t been patched yet. They didn’t get to it for 8 hours that day so I was waiting there for an additional two hours. They said it would be done by the time I got there. Do not expect them to be punctual.

!!!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! Do not go here if you value your safety or your vehicle or anyone in it. Went in for a simple alignment and these guys have now made my truck way worse and unsafe to drive they knew this and did not care still gave me the truck back as well as charged me and said it was good when they knew it wasnt. And will not even put things back like they were. I've had about a half a dozen employees tell me a different thing and no one there has any clue what is going on including the managers I will actually be contacting a lawyer now as well as contacting corporate Due to them making my vehicle unsafe and giving it back to me knowingly No idea how there still in business. Here is a before and after alignment picture of the steering wheel lmao what a joke.

Saved $700 by getting second opinion on brakes from Les Schwab. We have been there several times now, and each time it cost less than we expected. They often find that we don't need as much as we thought we did.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE !!! I went to the store located in Hillsboro with an emergency because my front tire was low and had a nail so I asked the guys in the shop if they were too busy and they responded that they were not, so I went inside the office to check in and request the repair but Nathan was NO HELP AT ALL . It was just 3:30 in the afternoon and he said that they were too busy for the rest of the day and that if I wanted the service I could just wait there to see if they could repair the tire before 6. I asked him if I can just go back at any other time before closing time but he didn’t give me any options, basically he said it would be better to make an appointment for another day . IF YOU HAVE AN EMERGENCY , you can’t wait for the next day with a flat tire . I went to Aloha Tires and they took care of my emergency in just 15 minutes and charged me only $15 for the repair . LES SCHWAB , “ PLEASE GIVE NATHAN A CLASS OF CUSTOMER SERVICE “

Hillsboro Les Schwab was awesome. The man to see or to have work on your tires... Is Levi. He is the best.. . I went there to have air put in my tires. And one tire valve was bad. ( My fault) they had to take the tire off and put a new valve in the tire. It has a sensor.. And they did not charge me a dime. It was free.. Thank you so much.. I hope that you guys at the Hillsboro shop are recognized by the head office.. Thank you so much.
