I had airbags installed in Montana and and basically they ran a hose back to my hitch and cable tied it there so I went to California and while on the beach I managed to knock it loose and pulled it out and lost all the air and damage their rag somehow in the process I took it to the Les Schwab in Fresno on Blackstone and when they got done the only hoses I could see were the ones directly out of the bags the rest of them were tucked away hidden and it was a valve that stuck out the very bottom of my left quarter panel what a professional job these guys are awesome

Guy who worked on aligning my Tacoma did a shitty ass job. I brought it back within the hour, receipt and everything. He said he did what he could. There was no point in arguing. I left to another Les Schwab on Fowler/Herndon and they re aligned it free of charge. People, don’t take your vehicles to Les Schwabs on blackstone. The workers are disrespectful and unprofessional.

UPDATE recently took my car in to buy tires and I was satisfied with the outcome and I also have a warranty this was in January 2022 . Nov 2021 I gave them 2 ⭐⭐I took my car in to get it looked at the price was extremely high to get fixed so I took it to another place and it was half of what they wanted so I kinda feel that they were trying to rip me off because I'm a woman.

I got my tires here about six months ago, because when I was with a friend and she had a blowout, it was very close to 5 PM, but I called Les Schwab and said it was an emergency, and would they mind waiting for us until we got there. The tow truck literally pulled in at exactly 5 PM that day, and by 5:17, we were on our way! Bless their hearts for staying open long enough to help my friend out because she was from out of town!

THEIR NEW MANAGER JOSE M IS NOT THRUSTWORTY!!! I have been in going go this location on Blackstone many times in past 10 years to service all my cars. I always felt that al Les Schwab i can trust what they do. I had alignment done in their Clovis location so before the 30-day warranty expire i decided to go to their location on Blackstone. My last visit to Les Scwab at Blackstone Fresno on September 14 2024 was bad expierence. First what i noticed most of the team there are new guys.I came early morning as walk in, and i asked them to check my alignment. At first guy with name Jose on the shirt asked me why i am here so told him before my waranty expire i want to check alignment.He made face expression like who doesnt like free stuff.Then he asked me if any labor done to the car since alignmet was done, and nothing was done to the car since then. I took two long trips to pismo and sacramento since then. They inspect the car and Jose told me that the wheels were way off by 1 degree and he wont honor the warranty becouse it obvious to him that was something done the front suspension.He only do it if pay him $129 even if still under warranty!!! And ofcourse it absolutely not true car front suspension touched since alignment was done month ago . ******************************************** When Jose gave me receipt, i asked for a pen and ask him his name so i can wright it down. He said ; TIM. And i looking at him, and i say if you are Tim why on your shirt says Jose??? He said; Sorry i though you were asking name of technician who inspected your car. ************** Obviosly when I ask him whats is your name sound i cut him on the lie, so as he lied about everything else related to my visit

Les Schwab is an A1 Tire Outlet. They are kind courteous and very knowledgeable the answer my questions no matter how redundant quality work I recommend this place to anybody that needs brakes tires or Automotive needs that they Supply many different varieties of tires suspensions etc etc

I came in for a free pre trip safety inspection; and to see why my tpms light was on, and they took great care of me, Kaio and Luis P were very honest with me, even saved me money. Les Schwab is supposed to have the same great customer service every where, and these two went above and beyond for me. There’s even free coffee and popcorn in the lobby This is a legit review and a legit customer, my light came on on hwy 41 on the way to bass lake, I immediately went to a Les Schwab because they are notoriously honest and friendly I’m an old honest smog tech and brutally honest service advisor with 7 ase’s under my belt… 10/10 would work here in a heart beat if I didn’t already have 2 jobs and 2 side gigs =^)

This place is nice and welcoming inside. I took a work truck in for a repair and a few hours later it blow out the side wall. The road side tire repair man said it was due to them damaging the bead on the tire that caused to blow out. The vehicle was taken in for a flat repair that is how this happened.

I had an RV tire that was leaking at the valve stem and came in to Les to have it replaced. No appointment, but they worked us right in. Everyone was super helpful, and they didn’t charge me a penny. Excellent customer service, Les Schwab!

Don’t go here. Their nice but not helpful at all. Sell you a bogus warranty when you buy tires and it isn’t even worth it. Take your money anywhere but this place. Seriously you are getting ripped off.

THE WORSE BRAKE JOB I HAVE EVER EXPERINCE On March 8th 2021, I had noise (squeaking brake sounds) coming from my brakes so I decided to visit Les Schwab The brake experts, in Fresno, California, located on 3966 N Blackstone Ave, Fresno, CA 93726. I came to the establishment hoping I would get my brake situation resolved that day. As of today, my brakes have never stop squeaking. I revisited Les Schwab, countless of times. I will leave the name(s) out and refer to them as “brake experts and a number”. My first visit was with a “brake expert #1”, who stated that my front brakes need to be replaced. I had them replaced, but the squeaking continued. On March 17th, 2021, I came back because the brakes continued to squeak. The “brake expert #1”, then told me they were my back brakes making the squeaky noise and gave me a quote, but I did not have the money for the brakes straight away. I came back on April 10th, 2021, and spoke with “brake expert #2”, he suggested that I replace my rear brakes. I had Les Schwab replace my rear brakes. My brakes continued to squeak, and I revisited Les Schwab countless times with no resolution to my squeaking brakes. After visiting: “brake expert #1”, “brake expert #2”, “brake expert #3”, “brake expert #4”, “brake expert #5”, and Manager “brake expert #6”, over a year from: March 8th 2021 until April 23rd 2022 , I became exhausted with the lack of knowledge from the “brake experts” which had no idea how to solve my squeaking brake situation. I was told by a” brake expert” that my warranty was going to expire and would have to pay, (again) I was told by another “brake expert”, the reason why my brakes squeak is because California law had removed that soft metal (copper) from the brakes shoes due to toxic materials law, I did not buy this excuse because all cars would be squeaking. After spending $1,155.60, I am where I started (squeaking brake sounds).this was a waste of money. Les Schwab’s,” brake experts” are not” brake experts” they could not resolve a squeak. So I feel I should share with you my worst brake experience. So buyer/shopper beware, do your homework and shop around. After a year of squeaky brakes, finally had this problem resolved I took my car to a mechanic who knew exactly what the problem was, it was not the the rotors or the brake pads, it was the brake caliper. The brake caliper was not retracting and rubbing against the rotor, causing the squeak. Finally, I found a real brake expert. I will not recommend Les Schwab's, so-called brake experts. Six so-called brake experts could not find the problem. So take my advice and do your homework to shop around, read the reviews, and make an educated decision. Do not be like me and get taken for $1,155.60 for the same result I started with at les schwab.

I had a new set of tires installed today. Jessica was courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and patient. Thank you for all of your help. I appreciate you. I've been going to Les Schwab on North Blackstone for the past 15 years. Les Schwab has reasonable prices, good service, good warranty and comfortable waiting room.

I liked it here. The workers are very professional, I was helped as soon as I parked in and it was a very quick process. The place is clean and so are the restrooms so I didn’t mind waiting there for my car to be ready.

Little late on this review. But I would like to show my appreciation to Jess at this location for going above and beyond. We had our car service here. We notice an oil leak. My wife was near the Dinuba Les Schwab. I call them in advance and told them what’s was the issue. The Rep told me to bring the car in so they can take a look at it asap and check for that leak. When my wife did after work and the rep told her it’s gonna take 2 hours and there no guarantees that my car won’t get looked at. That was not what I was told when I spoke to that REP on the phone. It was about 4:15 pm. So the Rep called the Blackstone location and spoke to Jess. Jess told him to tell my wife to bring the car in. She drove all the way from Dinuba to Blackstone. Jess got the car in. 5 min later he was done and taken care of the issue. Also keep in mind the shop was closing in 5 mins before she arrived. That going above and beyond! And taking care of the customer. Would recommend this location!
