Had a flat tire and they honored my warranty and replaced with no charge. Fantastic customer service, and I appreciate I did not have to argue over a warranty like at many other places, especially as a full time college student working as well. You definitely have a customer for life :) highly recommend

Staff here is friendly and they got me in and out in good time. They do a good job a little pricey but I keep returning for the great service. Thanks Micha for the friendly service.

Excellent service, setup an appointment online. Went in at 1pm for new battery on my Range Rover Evoque. Also got free alignment check. It took about 1 hour for everything. You could see the guys in the shop hustling. I took my car before to Firestone down the street, worst service ever. Didn't even know how to turn off system service check warning. Les Schwab did all that and more. This is why I will never go anywhere else. Plus all their service guarantees on everything they replace.

Great customer service! The lady that helped me was very friendly & welcoming. I had called for a quote and walked in. I love how they break down your different options & pricing. I got a tire replaced and my car was ready within 30ish minutes. They have a complimentary coffee machine, WiFi & popcorn. I will definitely be coming back!

The service is really good and the company itself is even better. I may have had one bad experience with this particular location but they quickly took care of that problem. The company sticks to its standards is what it says it does and that I will always like. They got me taken care of and back on the road in no time

Today I have the worst experience since I'm a Lesshwab costumer, it was a miscommunication from the guy who took my order, I took my truck for tire rotation at 8AM after 30min an employee came that my truck needed front brakes I agreed to do the service and I was going to wait for my truck just gonna get some breakfast, he said we start working on it right now, after 1hr I came back so my truck parked outside but didn't asked I just set in the waiting area but at 11am still see my truck outside so I asked and the manager told me they had to order the parts and my truck was next in line, but I was never told they needed to order parts I could have make an appointment different day or something but ended up getting my truck at 2:30pm, they asked me if I needed a rite somewhere but that was after I complained about it, sorry Lesshwab this time you disappointed me

Went in to get a flat tire fix, and for some reason they loss the tire pressure valve that's inside the tire, they said that I didn't put it back in the tire, how can that be when I took the car in to fix the flat. So I have to buy another tire pressure valve. Plus before that the person wanted the key to take off the wheel locks, never had wheel locks. Didn't put all the tire nuts cover back on because they lost 4 of them.

Let me just start by saying the assistant manager Javier was amazing and total professional. He took care of a little issue i had with my alignment under warranty no questions asked! They run a great establishment at this location and Javier is definitely an important asset!

Dropped off before 10AM on a Saturday morning to have tires I brought in mounted and have the car aligned. Was told about an hour and a half to two hours. No problem. Around the 2PM mark, didn’t hear anything so I figured I would call to get an ETA on pickup. Said it was ready and had been for some time (cool, thanks for the call and heads up). Had a ride drop me off, expecting only to pay and be on my way. Found out that the alignment had not been done until after I paid for everything and was waiting for my keys, my ride had taken off so I had to wait until they started and finished the alignment. No communication. Don’t go based off what they tell you and plan on being without your car for at least most of the day.

I love Les Schwab. Great service. Thorough and honest advise every time we have been there so far. They break down everything in a way that's easy to understand. We are going on our third vehicle that has been serviced here. Great job to the staff!!

Unreasonable price. I called them for the wheel balancing of my car a guy gave me $67.44 price. After 15 min when i went there a different tire guy gave $117.84 price for the same thing, after i told him like couple of minutes before somebody gave me $67.44 then he gave me new price $77.96 for the same thing. Les Schwab should give an accurate price for their customers. Unfortunately i don’t recommend this place to go.

Upon receiving my car back from getting my tire plugged/patched, the mechanic had asked me about my trunk notification saying that it’s open. I proceeded to explain why and was hoping he can give some advice or insight on how I can go about getting it repaired, or even if Les Schwab can offer their services to help me repair a wire at a decent price. After much elaborate explanation, all he had to say in front of everyone in the lobby was “That’s Dangerous”. I been struggling with finances on getting my car in shape, and his remark has made my first experience from pleasant to unethically embarrassing. Everyone saying their customer service is above and beyond quality…I didn’t receive the same unfortunately.

Came in on Thursday 6/7/24 because I had a nail in my tire and it couldn't get fix because of where the nail was so I brought a new tire and I had to be at work at 10am and Mohave got me out just in time (9:40am he was done) so I could make it to work on time. Thank you!

I have been to this place a few times now. They ALWAYS have an exceptional customer Service with a smile. The part I like the most about this place is their honesty. "If you have tried to get your vehicle repaired recently, you know how rare it is to find an honest mechanic"!!. On my most recent visit Les-Schwab saved me from being scammed by another Tire repair company. I took my car to this other tire company that claims to be the Home of California's and Eastern Pennsylvania's best prices on tires, wheels, and brags abou their famous customer service (I don't think so). I was there to get my flat repaired and they tried to trick me into buying a new tire !!. "I should have known better", but I did not fall for it and brought my tire to Les-Schwab for a second opinion. The tire was checked and there were no issues found (Surprise... Surprise). Les-Schwab techinicians repaired/mounted the tire and also did a complimentary check for other issues at NO COST. I thought to myself that it would have been so easy for Les-Schwab to say the tire was actually damaged and they would have been able to sell me a new tire given that this was my second stop for this issue BUT Les-Schwab CHOSE to act with Integrity and Honesty !! Kudos to the wonderful Les-Schwab team for offering such a pleasant and dependable experience. "They have earned a Customer for Life" .

Called and made an appointment for Saturday. Told the girl on the phone I wanted an oil change and all filters changed and a tire rotation. She told me no problem that they.would have all the filers there for Saturday at 9:00 a.m.We dropped the car off just before 8:00a m.We picked up the car at 1:00p.m.No air or cabin filter and when we picked it up the filters still weren't there. This is the second issue les schwabb .I don't think I'll be doing business with them anymore. They do not keep there word and don't really care about there customers.

I bought tires to go on my wheels and thought les shwab would be a good place to get that done, well I was wrong, i unloaded my own tires and wheels and I feel like $170 was a little pricy just to put tires on rims and didn't even have to put them on a vehicle. Not to mention they only changed 1 of the 4 valve stems that were dried and cracked. And the guy Jason told me me if I have a problem with the stems just bring them in and pay to get them changed when they could have done that in the first place.

Bad experience. First they tried to sell me Cooper tires than I selected online claiming they were a better option because the warranty. Then when they showed me the tires, they were Dean, NOT Cooper. That was the first red flag. Then they took an hour to install them. Afterwards they tried telling me my rear brake pads were down to 1mm, and that because of that the rear calipers needed work and to be remanufactured. Yeah right, the rear brake pads have way more that 1mm, I checked myself. This place is a money grab, stay away.

Came to this Les Schwab to fix a flat tire . Waited for an hour , they said it was fixed . Two days later I notice my tire was flat . I took a look at the tire and notice they didn’t remove the nail from the tire. Maybe there was a shift change and no communication, who knows . Other times they’ve had great service.

Got a oil change after the oil change my car was leaking oil took it back the next time they where open and they had me wait over 2 hours just for my car to be seen. The only reason I had to come back was because of a mess up on there end and they couldn’t even give me priority and get to my car quicker. Will not be going back and will start buying my tires elsewhere

Had brakes put on brand new rotors and pads cost $750 only to have them make noise the whole time it's been 2months and went back 3times and they never fixed the problem lousy work

I sent my wife here with a nail in the tire for a patch. They tried telling her the inside of the tire was unraveling and we needed a new tire. But the tire with a nail in it was brand new. She called me crying. After calling her down, I told her to tell them to forget about it and put the tire with the nail in it back on. She drove it home and I plugged the tire myself with an eight dollar kit from O'Reilly's. I don't think it's right that they chose to take advantage of my wife because she doesn't know any better. Would you want someone in your family to have to deal with this? Update: 2/2/2024 This happened over a year ago now. I'm still using the same tire.

I was a big Les Schwab fan, but visiting this location made me go to their competition, really bad service, the salesperson pretty much told me to go away because they were to busy for me.
