Because i bought the tires so i received an email for free tire rotation. I scheduled it online 11AM ,went in there a grouchy associate was sitting behind the desk in the back and she can see i am standing quietly she just sat there for 5 min she didn't say a word just to be courteous like some business do "We will be right back with you" . She took all the info and told me its gona be hour and a half i said fine. i sat there from 10:55 to 12PM and i am just staring at my car parked outside . I went to the counter the gentleman was a manager i asked him. I told him about my situation and how important is time and he says oh let me check i am sorry . Goes inside comes back hand over the key to me no words adn i leave. i will never ever go back to this BS do you seriously think we have time to waste just sit there because you are giving us free break check up and tire rotation that's very wrong and i don't know how you hire people like that who can ruin your business. And i am not the only one somebody else was also talking to the same manager before me when i was waiting. If you can entertain your customers if you don't have enough people don't play games with customers you don't realize that you are getting paid because of the customers . and i don't care about your apology and typical so called professional replies to this review. I just want people to know what to expect and i hope you work on your behavior and yes i know the body language of the manager what he thought of me when i was talking to him.

I had my oil changed with a tire rotation included and the employee working on my car lied about rotating the tires. Even after pointing out the blemish on the tire is the reason why we knew the tires weren’t rotated. The employee blatantly continued to lie adamantly saying the tires were rotated. Watch out for these lazy employees too lazy to do the job we paid for. They’re quick to take our money but too lazy to work for it. That’s just scandalous business practice.

Will not be coming back to this place. Customer service is bad, the heavyset female behind the counter ignores anyone walking into the business. Justin was also rude when speaking to me. I believe he’s the manager. If these two individuals do not like their job and are miserable, find another occupation. My car also makes a noise when turning the wheel, did not happen before I bought my car in.

I had a great experience with everyone here. They're very nice and welcoming when you walk in, very professional and kind over the phone. I had an issue with two tires and they had me all fixed up and back on the road within a matter of probably an hour and a half tops. I would highly recommend Les Schwab!

Just wanted some air in my tires lol, waited 30 minutes, not including time before I decided to go speak with someone. Did not realize getting air was a premium service these days. Avoid eye contact and keep head down is the motto at this location. Glad I keep my own pump in my vehicle, but was hoping not to get dirty today. Must be a typical occurrence at this location, as no one batted an eye at me filling my tires in their parking lot. The other locations are all friendly and swift, despite how busy they are, don't know what the deal is here. I will help y'all out by not returning here ✌🏿

I called in yesterday because my daughter goes to college out there and Sergio was the one to pick up the phone. I explained what was going on with her windshield wiper and he did not hesitate to tell me to have her go in so he can take a look at it. My daughter went in a little bit before closing time and Sergio was so nice and kind and helped her with her vehicle. My daughter was happy with the service she got. Thanks Sergio!

When you need a tire, you need a tire. I have never had a negative issue at any of the locations. Always professional and I never feel like they are pressuring me for something I don't need.

Both of our last visits resulted in only attempts at an up-sale on tire and forcing us to wait at our appointment to bring in a more adorable option attempting to pressure a sale of more expensive product in valuing our time. Manager Gabriel followed up on low rated survey and was condescending. I would recommend skipping this location and using other Les Schwab or other company all together. Plenty of places to spend your money where you are respected as a customer.

WARNING DO NOT GO HERE!!! They do not care about your vehicle or safety at all. They let my co-worker leave the store without letting him know or at least recommending to replace the two back tires of his car. They were so bad that he ended up having a blowout on the freeway two day after his appointment. He could have had his family in the car at the time, but luckily, he didn't, and no one was hurt. But shame on Les Shwab for not preventing this accident.

Asked for new tire and an alignment. They did the tires but not the alignment horrible customer service/communication wasted my time and gas I drove an hour away I live so far I can't just miss work all the time

1st time purchasing a set of tires at LesShawb. My daughter needed a set of tires for her Chevrolet Dakota pick up, P215/175R16..her budget is tight, so with that in mind I chose for her, and i know shes going to pay me back, thier lowest priced 50,000 mile steel belted radial tires, also I might add the tread pattern I chose is for highway driving low noise. What I like about Les Schwab is once I had a nail puncher on a tire jacked my car pulled the tire off took it to Schwab the got right on it plug/patched tire put it in my trunk when I asked what's the damaged? They said nothing.. and so I'm here to repay the kindness..hope your experience here at Les Schwab will be fantastic..rl

As a walk-in customer they took care of my car in a reasonable amount of time. However I was shocked that 2 new front rotors and brakes would cost $570 🤯 for only front brakes!?! Not including the rear? Are you kidding me!?! For an Elantra? I thought pricing was a bit much for that... Other than that service was above average. People were really nice. But maybe I was paying for that and the fee popcorn...lol

Came in for a patch at 9:30 and it is now 12:00. Two and a half hour for a patch is ridiculous. The worst part was that I waited an extra 30 minutes when my tire was already patched, leaning sitting outside. No one informed me until I went outside the get fresh air and realized my tire was leaning against their wall.

Excellent service! I was waiting for the store to open and Eli walked up to my car and asked me what I needed. He saw my spare on my car and he took my flat tire from the trunk and started carrying it to the shop. I went in and was written up, charged ZERO, and was on the road by 8:15 am. I worked with a total of 3 employees during this time and ALL went beyond and were very welcoming.

Fantastic service. The guys working today patched my tire which has had a slow leak and did not even charge me. I’ve had good experience with Les Schwab in the past but appreciate the time these guys spent today.

Got a screw lodged into my tire, while visiting Fresno. I stopped at this location to see if I can get my tire patched or plugged, but the front desk guy, told me that my tire had a “special sealant” and they weren’t able to do anything and I would have to buy a new tire… they left the screw in the tire, and put rubber cement over the nail, “to keep it in place”. I drove with a screw lodged into my tire, all the way to Bakersfield were at America’s Tires told me, that indeed it had a special sealant. However, that they would be able to fix it, patch it and plug it; in essence it was not a problem & perfectly patched my tire with no problem for free. I Regret coming to this Fresno location waste of time. America’s Tire, is where it’s at! I can’t believe this location allowed me to leave with a nail on my tire, complete shame/unprofessional thank god my tire didn’t popped while I was driving on the freeway,

I booked an Uber inspection at the location on Nees in Fresno. A gentlemen from the shop approached me and asked how he could help. I explained what I was there for, he asked if he could check my mileage and then I told him I would go inside to check in. I had forgotten to print my inspection form and asked if the receptionist might be able to print me one. He wasn’t certain and started to ramble as if he didn’t know the processes or how they could help me. As I was walking away, he gave me my keys back and said to me “damn you look good too”. Once I came in, the receptionist told me she thankfully had some on hand although people usually bring it with them. The gentlemen asked her if we could print them in the case someone didn’t have and she explained how they could. Not only was he over confident but unknowledgeable and unprofessional. If it wasn’t for convenience and the cheap rates, I wouldn’t return.

I had been putting air in my tire every single morning and my sister told me that Les Schwab will patch tires for FREE! so I went there and they were completely Respectful, and sent me a text when my car was ready, it only took 90 minutes! and that’s without any appointment! Thank Les Schwab! Great business and employees!

Scheduled an online appointment for 4PM for a tire rotation, oil change, and free battery check. Showed up 3:55PM, checked in, waited in the lobby, then decided to go to a nearby ramen restaurant to grab an early dinner. I walked back to the shop at 4:45PM and noticed my car wasn't even pulled into the bay. I asked an employee how much longer it will be, they check, apologize that my car wasn't even pulled in when it should have been, and they finally pull in my car. 30 mins later, it was complete. It felt like the first 45 mins of my time was wasted. I'm not sure I'll be coming back to this location.

This past Saturday, I had my car washed. This Saturday was extra special because it was my niece's 8th birthday. Only after the wash, my tire pressure indicator light suddenly turned on. I drove straight to Les Schwab, my go it located close to my house. I explained my situation to Gabe, that I had a birthday party to attend but, had no appointment. Ultimately, I had a valve stem leaking air on one of my tires. Getting all four replaced was a suggested, so I ageed. Work was completed a little earlier than I was told and made to the birthday party on time. Les Shcwab is my go-to because they've never let me down. Excellent customer service and repairs are guaranteed at reasonable prices. Thank you once again for being there when I needed you.

Wow, I don't recommend using this place ever. I installed some new factory TPM sensors and I failed to record the serial numbers. Figured no problem I can just swing by a tire shop with a scanner pay them $40 and have them get the serial numbers for me. SAcomes back after talking to the tech and says they can't read the serial numbers. I ask, you can't read the serial numbers on factory sensors? Oh I didn't know they were factory, let me ask again, tech comes out and explains that his tools will only read their sensors and he could install new sensors for me and that is it. I said thank you and left. If you don't know much about cars or tires DO NOT TRUST this place!
