This location is the absolute best. We had a flat today and they were kind, knowledgeable and super helpful. They drove out, repaired the flat and then we drove the car in and they fixed it for us. It is refreshing to have a business that cares and always provides excellent customer service. Car troubles are the worst and never expected, and it is so wonderful to have a dependable neighborhood resource. Thank you so much.

Wow, fixed a leaking tire that I didn’t even purchase here at no charge. I’ve been back several times for various leaks and other items. What a great place to do business.

I'm so mortified I want to get my front tires replaced one was going flat the other one had splits along the side ready to have a blowout I have to take my grandson to Shriners tomorrow and express that to him ask them to replace my front two tires when the guy brought me back the keys he told me he had replaced the back two tires and my brakes were good which I knew they had just been replaced a couple months before if I would not cut the back that they did nothing to the front tires have them left on which it did not need I broke down in tears in the thought me and my grandson could have been on the freeway and got in a wreck and possibly killed do you think they did anything to rectify this huge mistake they made other than putting a couple of old tires on the front of my vehicle they didn't

This is one of the best Les Schwab tire centers I have ever been to. I had an issue with my ABS system and AJ did a complete inspection and diagnosis on my vehicle saving me hundreds of dollars. Since I buy my tires and brakes at Les Schwab they did all this inspection for no charge. AJ is an exceptional worker I appreciate what he did for me. I will be back.

The staff was helpful with tire selection. Changed tires on my Subaru Crosstrek on June 18. Managers answered all my questions and were very polite. Also replaced 4 tires in an hour. It's very fast! My wife and I are satisfied and will always have our car serviced here. We recommend this place!

Having a rental car and needing to replace a tire is NOT in any way a good Friday. AJ took care of finding a tire suitable for the rental agency. He gave us updates, and took care of the situation as quickly as possible. The staff was kind and professional. Thank you!

I took my car in for snow tire install in January and it’s been a comedy of errors ever since. The next day, I got a flat tire. So I came back, and then I was told that the tires they installed 24 hours earlier were bald. Ok, I guess the tech overlooked that. It happens. We do the changes. They neglected to install my hubcap with the new tire, so I have to get that taken care of later. Now I’m really starting to doubt the thoroughness of this team. Now I’ve got a tire sensor light on, so I come back again. They say the sensor is out - either they broke it, or they missed it somehow. I turned down that service. Fast forward to today, someone flagged down on the road and said my tire was “shaking up and down.” So I took it in to a different shop, where they told me one of my tires was on BACKWARDS. This shop fixed it for free and found a few other things that need attention. TLDR: this shop had many errors on a simple tire swap, each of which was extremely preventable and potentially dangerous.

I've been dealing with Les Schwab my whole life and they'll continue to get my business! I was on my way to my Nieces wedding when I started losing pressure in my tire. Popped in and they had me all fixed up within 90min. Always amazing service and value!

Our local Les Schwab provided a free break check on our company truck, and eliminated a noise we experienced when in reverse. We can continue towing our mobile sauna with confidence!

Scheduled an appointment for an alignment. Got there a few minutes early checked in and sat down to wait. Waited for an hour and my car was still in the parking lot. Asked for my keys back and left. Won't be coming back. If you allow people to make appointments then you should be prompt with the appointments. An hour wait without my car moving from the parking lot is absurd especially when I made an appointment. If it was taking time to do the work on the car that's a different story.

Should have made an appointment. My dash light came on showing a low tire, so I just pulled in. 1 1/2 hours later, I'm still waiting for them to even look at my tire.

Stopped in because the tire pressure light was on. The attendant noticed that my front tires were quite worn. (My husband said they were due to be replaced.) So I got two new tires and a rotation and was out of there in less than an hour.

My daughter came back to her car after her class at OSU to find her air pressure low and a screw in her tire. They great guys at this store stayed to help her get her tire repaired even though it was close to the end of their day. Such great compassion and customer service to not leave a young lady stranded or stressed about having a flat tire. Your guys are AWESOME!!
