Liars. We brought our jeep in today and they said it’s unfit to drive because of tires being separation stating that the tires are 15 years old! They were literally bought there a few years ago with a warranty! Trying to squeeze money from us they should be reported to the bbb! Disgusting

Have bought 2 sets of tires from here and never had an issue. They even helped remove my skid plate that was hanging on my car for free when I called. Great people no complaints !

Went to pick up a vehicle specifically asked for I was given a diffrent key. Even though I walked in and asked for what I needed. This was concerning to me

Chris came out in the pouring rain, dark out too, to jump start our vehicle. He was so very nice and would not accept a tip- even at my diligent urging. Very professional! Thank you!

Outstanding service, specifically Jake. Walked in around 9am for a flat repair, tire rotation, and alignment. Jake got everything squared away for me within a couple hours. Great honest work, thank you!

The costumer service was not what I expected. I arrived around 12:30-1 for a tire change, the girl at the front desk told me I would have to wait until 4:30-6 to pick up my car. I called around 4:30 and someone told me my car was ready to pick up. I got there around 5 and they told me that they didn’t even move my car from where I parked Because she said that accidentally they put the piece of paper on the wrong pile and I had to wait another hour. The girl didn’t even apologize. It was my first time going alone for a service like this so I didn’t know how to react and I just came back at 6. I’m really disappointed of how customer service works here and I expect that they can improve for future costumers.

I was told they could give me a free tire repair for the screw in my tire to fix my flat. I went home to wait for the repair, and then was called saying I should buy new tires. I had already told them I didn't currently have money for a whole set of new tires, or even one right now, I'd have to do that later. When I went to pick up my car, the flat tire was still on it, even though I was promised the free repair.

Sorry to say my first experience with this specific shop was less than poor. I brought a tire and wheel in to have them replace the tire because of some sidewall damage. The shop quoted me more than $400 for just the tire and no installation. I told them no way and that I could source them for considerably less and what I got back was a sarcastic good luck comment. I'm glad to say I found the tire elsewhere for $270. I hate when someone tries to gouge me so I will not be using this shop ever in the future. Others should be cautious as well. The shop owner may want to check in on how your front end service managers are treating customers.

Back in January I went to Le Schwab to fix my tire. At this time they offered me an oil change. I ALWAYS do my own oil changes myself but I said yes because it was discounted. Fast forward to this summer, I go to do my oil change myself but I can’t because the oil plug was tightened so tight that me, my father and a variety of tools could not get it off. I know many places do this on purpose so that you CANT do it yourself. I end up taking it in and am told they have no record of doing an oil change on my car. they insist I never got one and that I don’t know what i’m talking about. Why was I offered an oil change and not given one? why was my oil plug tighter than when I did it myself last? The entire process I was treated as if I was stupid and not taken seriously until my father came to back me up. After going back and forth with them they insisted they had never done the oil change which means they lied to me at the beginning of the year about doing the service. For this service I was guaranteed a free oil plug and discounted labour on the service. The person checking me out refused to show me a receipt when I asked and I ended up paying more than i’ve ever paid for an oil change in my life. I am never going back to le schwab. They have horrible business practices that cost you more money and prey on young women. They will lie to you and overcharge you for a problem THEY created. Everyone in that establishment should be ashamed of the way they run that business and treat their customers. If I could give this review 0 stars I would. IF YOU ARE A WOMEN STAY AWAY!! THEY DID NOT TAKE ANYTHING I SAID SERIOUSLY UNTIL MY FATHER CAME IN AND SAID THE SAME THING. They are misogynistic and will take advantage of you.

Fast, friendly, and skillful service. I appreciate having confidence in Les Schwab as a company. I was out of town sharing a hike, and I decided to drop my car off for new tires while I hit the trail. Everything went smoothly, as always.

Horrible service and the young man, Juan, told me the price of the tire was $103. When I went to check out it was $125. I will never go back. This was the 9th Street in Corvallis location. I will recommend Beggs Tires in Albany. They are honest!

Visited this location to get my tire repaired as I found a nail in my tire. They attempted to use scare tactics and tried to get me to purchase a full set of new tires for $1,100.00. I left this location as fast as I could I then booked an appointment at Costco tires to get a second opinion. I just finished the inspection at Costco and the guy informed me that my tires were in great condition and had another 10,000 mile before I should consider new tires. Never go to this location as they will always try to upcharge you and scare you into purchasing stuff you do not need.

Awful experience, they were not able to change tire because of tread difference which is fine but they did not reach out to update me, I had to call them after they closed on Saturday only to find this out the day before I am supposed to leave for a trip in my vehicle. They then wouldn’t work with me after I came to pick my vehicle up. Do not come here if you want a clear and helpful line of communication between customer and business. I certainly won’t be again!

AMAZING EXPERIENCE HERE. Traveling in an RV and we got a flat tire on our rig. While we were searching for a tire center, Chris from the 9th Street store pulled in behind us and helped us out tremendously. He got our tires taken off brought us to the tire center had it replaced brought us back to our rig replace the tire had it all set up for when we went back to get the next three tires put on our trailer we were in and out in less than 3 hours. Amazing service by this young man and the Les Schwab Tire Center. Highly recommended. Then, the other two rigs that we were traveling with decided that they wanted new tires in the next town, found a Les Schwab Tire Center, and got new tires on their rigs as well. great service all around. I hope someone from Les Schwab sees this review and gives Chris a bonus or some kind of employee acknowledgment. What a great employee to have. Thanks again, Chris. Michael and Barbara

They fit me into their schedule, for an oil change, brake check and tire rotation. Their price was affordable and they finished the service quick. Super nice people, totally recommend!

They fixed my leaking tire free if charge and just asking I try them first when shopping for new tires. Wow! Great customer service, very polite, and fast service. Great business for our area

My tire inflation light came on. The great guys at Les Schwab immediately checked my tores and found a screw in one if my tires. They repaired it immediately and free of charge. Got that pesky likghy turned off! Thank you!

This tire shop is a den of snakes. They charged me $140 for a mount and balance (last time was $90), underfilled my tires, and didn't even manage to park in all the way in a parking space when they were done. They also tried to upsell me on a $75 service where they cut grooves in my tires. No bull, all bullsh1t. I'm curious what path someone needs to take in life to become the kind of person who can't even do a decent job selling tires. What a rotten organization. Added note, idk who hires these techs, but half of 'em can't drive a manual without stalling it *five* times on their way around the parking lot.

I used to live in Corvallis and now my daughter does and her car was dead so I brought it there because I remembered awesome customer service .went out for lunch came back charge me $275 for a battery with only a 3 year warranty. I'm pretty positive that is the lowest warranty battery on the planet. I know batteries are around a $100 and then you figure 1 hour of service But they totally screwed me without a reach around I will never go there again.

Thank you Les schwab for outstanding service & exceptional pricing. My tire light stayed on, but was advised on 2 separate occasions it was not tire pressure, but a bad sensor. On Feb. 5,2024 sensors on all 4 tires were replaced. Avery was very thorough in explaining the process & making it happen. Putting the 1st hub cap on, it broke. There were non in stock, so I returned when a replacement arrived. 2 employees (sorry, I did not get their names) greeted me when I arrived. While 1 replaced the broken hub cap, the other 1 inspected the other 3 and found them cracked & could break. So they offered the whole set to me at no extra charge. Not only were the sensors replaced for less than I anticipated, but the whole set of caps were replaced. They have a happy customer & I highly recommend Les schwab on 9th St in Corvallis.
