Can't recommend going somewhere else enough. Had my tire blow and needed it replaced. I'm on a very tight income but had enough for one tire as I looked up the price before I towed my car there yesterday. After having them look at it, they refuse to sell me a tire unless I bought two or more. I quite literally had to have my car towed back home because they wouldn't help me. They'd rather me and my children be stranded with no way to get anywhere. This is literally the only place that I've ever had this problem with. Took it somewhere else today and was back on the road within an hour. Unless you have plenty of extra money to spend i wouldn't recommend coming here.

Today three Les Schwab employees changed my life and have made me a customer for life. I have been homeless and on the road because I had to leave my home when I learned that my stepfather had been physically, emotionally, and psychologically abusive to my mother as she declined from Alzheimer’s. I left everything in storage and my six month old kitten, the only thing keeping me hanging on. And this, new departure on the road follows a 35,000 mile intentional roadtrip that lasted 11 months. I thought I had a home finally but I was wrong. I came into Les Schwab today with next to nothing. I was greeted by a gentleman that walked outside into the parking lot to greet me and inquire about my need. I apologize but I do not remember his name. I was shocked by this gesture. I don’t believe I’ve experienced that level of customer service at the outset, ever. He made me feel so welcome and like I was a legit customer and not some number like most bigger places of business I have been to. I didn’t balk at the $20 cost outwardly but inside I was anxious. I had no choice though. I couldn’t wake up with a flat tire. Ironically I had left my air compressor back at my stepfathers house, the one with me for the 35,000 mile trip. Inside Kaleb, I believe it is with a K but it may be a C. met me. What tremendous energy. He gave me a very reasonable quote for a new set of tires after telling me my front two were really bad. I’ve been off road a lot dispersed camping so they get pretty beat up. I told him I was broke and asked him how much to fix the tire issue. He was jovial and I seemed to really be concerned about my situation. He told me the same price and said he could work with me. Later a woman named Mylani came in and told me that they were able to patch the hole and that there wasn’t anything stuck in the tire. I went to reach for my wallet and she said it’s okay, we got you. All three said goodbye and I felt such a rush of love. I am in the parking lot in my car crying right now because the help, the empathy, the compassion, the kindness, and the love I received today from my fellow human beings is another beautiful reminder of how you can find love anywhere in this world. If we could all be like these three wonderful people, we can change the world. When given a chance, spread love and kindness, person by person, moment by moment, and we will truly see the type of world we all really want in our hearts. Thank you Les Schwab. Thank you Kaleb (Caleb), thank you Mylani, and thank you gentleman who first greeted me. Today you made this world a better place, one moment at a time.

Wanted a tire rotation. They said it was their policy not to take tires off with too little tread. They then wanted to sell me 4 new tires. The front has some wear (hence wanting the rotation) the back are pristine. See photo. You try and upsell me to 4 tires. I won't be back.

Have been a customer of Les Schwab for many years in Utah and Idaho with no issues. Came to Colorado Springs Interquest location and asked Manager Chris to check my tire because it was losing air. The first red flag was I asked him to be careful with my key fob because it was broken and he said he doesn’t deal with the key, he’ll tell the boys. Then Chris came back to tell me I needed a new tire. I asked him why my tire was losing air and he said he couldn’t tell me, they were not going to pull the tire off and find out why it was losing air because the tread was too low and the only option was to purchase a tire. I told him I will head out then went to Discount tire. They actually took the tire off and found a piece of metal in the tire and offered me options. Chris at Les Schwab in Colorado Springs at Interquest has zero customer service to offer. Drive a little to Discount Tire in Monument to receive real customer service and ask for Nick.

I came in 45 minutes before closing time with a nail in my tire. The tire needed to be replaced but was still under warranty and didn’t cost a thing. Tony was absolutely wonderful and deserves a raise. Very helpful and professional.

Chris and his team are stellar, consummate professionals one and all! I went in with a set of tires in mind and following a 5-minute exploratory conversation with Chris - he provided several comparisons - and in the end, I have tires with a better warranty and at a cost-savings of nearly $35 per tire. In a day and age where customizing an approach specific to each customer is nearly extinct and the rule of thumb is to upsell at every opportunity, I feel both confident and comfortable in stating that these experts not only put me into a set of tires that will provide more safety to my family over the next several years of Colorado weather, but also provided a value-added discount. I have informed Chris that I have another vehicle to follow this one. They have my highest recommendation and have locked up my business moving forward!

I came out to my garage and had a flat tire. I called Les Schwab and Isaac came to my house and put on my spare. He stayed with me on the drive to make sure I made it to the shop safe on my spare tire. They were able to fix my tire and had me on my way. Very impressed with the service here, especially Issac. I will be definitely using them for all future tire services. Thank you!

One year ago my mother and I took a Subaru into Les Schwab for repair to part of the wheel. They "repaired" it alright! If the goal was the wheel later CAME OFF and wrecked the vehicle. Thankfully, we were only traveling 25 mph at the time, or I'm certain we would have been seriously harmed due to the incompetence of Les Schwab Colorado Springs. The truly amazing part after endangering life to this degree and failing their basic job, they actually came for my mother for the full bill as she had been on a payment plan. Hysterical, right? Imagine wrecking a vehicle and then demanding you get paid for the privilege of doing so. After quite a bit of back and forth with the local retail, and their corporate headquarters, it was determined my mother did NOT owe this bill. However, we had to sign an NDA to not inform other locals of the abilities and failures of this establishment. Funny thing, Les Schwab pursued the bill! A violation of the terms of that NDA. So I will be making sure to tell the people to only come here if they're really, really, really not a fan of the person driving the vehicle being serviced. These folks legit ARGUED that a wheel coming off maybe wasn't QUITE as bad as I made it. I believe the manager said, "it didn't come ALL the way off." Amazing, right? Maybe go literally anywhere else.

This place is amazing. I picked up a screw and one of my tires yesterday after driving from New Mexico and they fixed it in less than 15 minutes and charge me nothing. Seriously if I ever need to replace tires when I’m in Colorado Springs next time this is the place I’ll come.

If I could give them a negative star I would! I took my Honda there about 2 months ago now. with a popped tire. Asked them to fix the front 2. Costed me 600$!!! And they didn't even put a rim on it so my tires went flat again within 2 days of using it!! On top of trying to charge me 400$ just to do my breaks!! Y'all are awful!! And now I have to figure out what to do again to get my only car running!!! Never again will I take my car to les Schwab!!

Firstly, I want to thank Chris and his team for extraordinary service! I brought a newly purchased used vehicle to Chris and his team and was met with courtesy and professionalism. The assessment/inspection yielded findings that allowed me to follow up with 2 other businesses locally that concurred with Chris and his teams findings. This team went above and beyond to help me with my situation and give me honest information which allowed me to make a needed decision for my vehicle and save me a lot of time, money, and headache. After adjusting the pressure the day before while travelling, today in the early morning I found the tire almost flat. Then, I searched for the nearest center to my hotel finding Les Schwab.They have repaired the tire very quickly allowing me to depart in time from the town. Very professional, efficient and polite workers.

I got a flat the other day and put on a spare tire. Drove to the nearest Les Schwab at the suggestion of a friend (never been to one before). They saw me drive in on a spare and someone came out to meet me at my car asking if I was OK!!! They grabbed my flat from the trunk so they could start fixing the tire while I was checking in!! That attention to detail and the above and beyond service I received while there will have me coming back for sure!!

I was looking for a assessment of my truck’s viability/safety for putting a truck camper in the back. Initially, I went to one of the largest local diesel shops in town (that I’ve spent near $10K in the last 4 years fixing up the truck) tell me that I had another five grand in suspension work (with multiple parts THEY replaced and worked on in the last several years) my brakes are shot too.….and they didnt see any of it 6K miles ago in 2021 when I chunked $5K into it with them chasing a cold start issue and spraying 10 cents of WD40 in each door latch solved it. Completely opposite experience with Les Schwab. Dakota was exceptionally helpful from the very beginning during the first phone calls and broke out IN WRITING the essential steps to safely move forward towards my goals and what the costs looked like. On the other end of the spectrum, the local diesel specialist would not provide a written report (even after verbal request and follow up email) of their findings and recommendations…..unless I committed to just doing it. Theeennn they’ll take the time to write it up after I already spent $330 for their End to End Inspection. I will be a proactive “detractor” after my experience there. Not the case with Dakota and the Interquest shop. They got me in and were efficient taking a look and providing what they saw. They’re all very welcoming and the manager seems to be running a tight ship but everyone that worked there was in a great place. I’m EXTREMELY glad I sought a second opinion from the Interquest Les Schwab crew. From tires to service, I will be bringing all my cars here moving forward.

Walked in without an appointment. I was greeted immediately after exiting my vehicle by one of the technicians. Every person I encountered provided excellent customer service and answered any questions that I had. They’re brand new and need help getting rid of the new building smell! Highly recommend 😊
