We stopped by because we were having trouble with our tire losing air. A gentleman met us at the car to see what we needed, and invited us into the shop. They located a screw in our tire, fixed it, and did not even charge for it! And had our vehicle sitting right outside the door for us. We will definitely go back to this location when we need service. They went above today's standards, were very courteous and professional! Thank you all for excellent service!

I had the pleasure of visiting Les Schwab Tires recently for a tire rotation, alignment check, and brake inspection for my Kia, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the service. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. They took care of my car quickly and efficiently. The job was done to perfection, and I left feeling confident that my car was in great shape. It’s rare to find a team that’s both skilled and so genuinely kind. Had the best experience with this location! Was on my way to the airport to pick up family when my tire went flat literally 10 minutes before they closed and they took me in and got it taken care of in such a timely manner!! Literally in and out in 20 minutes! Seriously the best customer service!! Chris saved my life!

These guys are awesome. Normally I go to smaller tire shops or places within house financing. But these dudes went above and beyond being patient and helpful. First I asked to see other tires than the ones I had scheduled, after I wasted his time looking at those, I changed my mind again and was indecisive. He was nice and patient the entire time. Did it make me feel dumb and still sold to me. Then these guys got a car wash right next to them, how convenient is that

Went this morning to get tire pressure sensors checked in our car. Well, they were fast to get a diagnosed. Their diagnosis was off originally they said 4 sensors needed replacing. We went for a second opinion to discount tire, where they found three sensors needed replacing. Our original quote for $336 turned into a $200 bill at discount tires with tax. Labor included with warranty on each sensor. Will be taking my car to discount from here on out

BEST OF THE BEST! I get in quickly for appointments and they knock the work out quick but to the highest standard, looking everything over as they do so. Can't beat the warranty or FANTASTIC customer service. I bought my tires here a couple years ago and just came back to have the wheels/rims switched out for a very affordable price, and once again, by the nicest folks you could ever meet. This is the best place for your service needs. Thanks so much.

These guys and gals are great. Friendly, explained all my choices. Started putting my tires on but were flexible enough to let me call th Ford Dealership to see if I had already prepaid for an alignment at the dealership (I had not). Les Schwab does a free alignment check with new tires and I needed one. They were super busy but quick and my new tires look awesome on my Bronco.

I had a horrible interaction with a sales agent. I do not know her name but she was spray tan oompa loompa orange. When me and my partner walked in to get his tire air checked she stared at us like we were from another planet. We started to explain what our issue was and she did not even say "hi" or "how are you" and instead glowered at us like the sight of us personally offended her. She informed us the wait would be a few hours after an awfully rude string of questions, and we decided we did not have time for that. Safe to say we will not be back to this location :/

I had a rental that picked up a nail, fought to get the tire off and rolled it over a couple blocks to Schwab. They fixed it up quickly and were really helpful, even asked me to drive back when I was done so they could check the torque.

Last week I had a very unfortunate experience at Discount Tire. And I didn’t feel safe while driving my car. I came to Les Schwab because I typically come to them for everything else concerning my car. They took great care of me. I wished I’d gotten the gentleman’s name that helped me. I was o my there for 45 minutes from start to finish. Where as Discount tire had my car from 8:30 am to 6 pm. I’d paid over $500 for a set of tires brand new tires. When I first came back to pick it up at 3:30, it was sitting in the same spot with the same tires on it. But yet I was told over the phone it was ready for pick up. So I didn’t leave til almost 4:30. Then when I left my Jeep was shaking uncontrollably. I brought it back. They said the weights we used to balance the car fell off. This time when we put them back on we used the heat gun. So it should be fine. I left at 5:58 pm. My jeep was still shaking. I brought it to Les Schwab the next day. They did a full vehicle and tire inspection and fixed the problem. My jeep is no longer shaking and I will never go back to Discount Tire.

Bought a used truck and wanted and alignment check done. No signs of major tire wear but wanted to prevent any future problems. After scheduling an appointment and taking the truck in I was informed I needed work done. Nothing wrong with being told a 20 year old truck would need parts. The tech showed me by putting a pry bar under the tire and lifting the tire up and down but after hearing that I would need new struts, tie rods, upper control arms (due to ball joint non serviable/understandable thats is correct), lower control arms(due to ball joints having issues being pressed out/ don't agree they can be pressed out) and caster camber shims. I was quoted over $1500 dollars worth of parts and that it would need to be brought back to be worked on. After asking where the parts would be ordered I was told they get parts from Napa. Knowing most of the parts that are that price range would come with a limited lifetime warranty through Napa I asked about warrant and they informed me there would be no warranty with the parts other than major defects. I politely declined service sadly after I have used them before with tire services on my other truck.

Nail in my daughter’s rear tire. Called, spoke to Josh who said come on over. Because it was under warranty they fixed for free. I had other errands to run so the took the tire and said it would take about 90 minutes. Since I already had the spare on they took my tire and called when it was ready (45 minutes) -both times I arrived they were out the door to greet me before I had even parked. Never had service like this before. Awesome!! Highly recommend Josh and his team.

One year ago my mother and I took a Subaru into Les Schwab for repair to part of the wheel. They "repaired" it alright! If the goal was the wheel later CAME OFF and wrecked the vehicle. Thankfully, we were only traveling 25 mph at the time, or I'm certain we would have been seriously harmed due to the incompetence of Les Schwab Colorado Springs. The truly amazing part after endangering life to this degree and failing their basic job, they actually came for my mother for the full bill as she had been on a payment plan. Hysterical, right? Imagine wrecking a vehicle and then demanding you get paid for the privilege of doing so. After quite a bit of back and forth with the local retail, and their corporate headquarters, it was determined my mother did NOT owe this bill. However, we had to sign an NDA to not inform other locals of the abilities and failures of this establishment. Funny thing, Les Schwab pursued the bill! A violation of the terms of that NDA. So I will be making sure to tell the people to only come here if they're really, really, really not a fan of the person driving the vehicle being serviced. These folks legit ARGUED that a wheel coming off maybe wasn't QUITE as bad as I made it. I believe the manager said, "it didn't come ALL the way off." Amazing, right? Maybe go literally anywhere else. I left this review at both les schwab, since corporate represents both. NDAs signed so people leave fake reviews? Interesting business practice.

These guys installed a 6” lift on my dodge and originally I thought they had done a great job even though they called me 4 different times about additional things that needed replacement which I figured since I had just bought the truck from someone in aurora that had 35’s with even having a leveling kit. But now two years later and I’m changing the tie rods and come to find out they didn’t bolt in the tops of my shocks, both towers are missing nuts, and end links weren’t adjusted. And yet they charged me for additional labor, ridiculous I ended up spending almost 7k here and they sent me out the door with items unbolted and pieces rubbing.

I have been bringing my rides here for several years, especially my wife’s Jeep. I recently brought my dump trailer in for a flat repair, and asked them if they would grease the hubs (grease zerks) and they did all of it and charged me nothing. I have never had a bad time with these guys. Morgan (woman) up front is great. I bring tires i find in the national forest for recycling and sometimes she doesn’t even charge me. Other times it’s like $2.00 each. This is the place to go. If it’s $50 more on $900, it will be worth it. GP

Les Schwab has better service than any tire shop around.. but on this visit, no one came out to my car to ask me how they could help... a feature of service I have come to appreciate. It took an hour and a half to get two tires. But they seemed to be understaffed. Great service for tires horrible with mechanics. One of the representatives at this location told me I needed to replace my entire brake system due to contamination... took the car to Honda Service. They stated there was some brake dust that got into the brake lines..(not uncommon) they stated all I needed was a brake line flush.

Walked in without an appointment for a patch after taking a screw to the tire. They took me right in and fixed it in no time. And then, they wouldn’t even charge me for the outstanding work they did. They’ve won a customer for LIFE - I’m not going anywhere else… ever. Super friendly staff as well! Thanks!
