I’m a mechanic but didn't have time to do thee work myself but this is why I knew the things I'm going to talk about. I can't say if they intentionally tried to pull one over on me but I felt it was too obvious to miss on their end. They quoted me to replace me brake rotors but also told me they would need to bleed and flush my fluid!! I questioned the attention to the fluid because the replacement of the rotors didn’t require touching the brake fluid. Later when they told me the work was completed and tried to ring me up the price was $250 more than quoted. I questioned and the mechanic said he didn’t notice that each quart of oil they used was priced at $49.99ea!! He claimed it was fat fingered on accident. While the work was seemingly adequate their attention to theses details made it seem like a scam. I know my wife would never have caught these details, nor your average car owner. Be aware

They set me up with same day mount balance and alignment. Alignment wasn’t 100% so again, got me in same day a week later and had excellent customer service both times. Would highly recommend. I also had a business conversation with the manager while on site and will be using them for commercial work as they do a lot in that area with big trucks and forklifts as well.

I hate writing negative reviews, but I feel this warrants acknowledgement. Today I had my wife drop off our daughter's pickup to have the tires balanced. The work was done in an acceptable amount of time. I have yet to drive the truck, so I can't speak to the quality of the work, although my wife says it seemed better than it was. NOW... here is where the rub comes in... as they processed payment, the gal behind the counter went over the work done and also informed her that the rear brakes on the truck were at 50% and should be changed out soon. What the tech failed to realize is that I JUST PUT BRAND NEW BRAKES AND ROTORS ON THE TRUCK!!!! Those brakes, that according to them are at 50%, have less than 25 miles on them!!!! The only reason I took my daughter's truck there, is that I don't own a tire balancing machine... yet... BUYER BEWARE!!!

I purchased a set of tires that ultimately wasn’t the right fit for my vehicle. This shop did everything in their power to assist me, which in the end was special ordering me a different set of tires outside the standard catalogue. Their customer service, professionalism, and work ethic is unparalleled.

Why isn’t Les Schwab everywhere? Being from Florida the idea of a free tire repair is unimaginable…. Not only was it quick and painless (was there maybe 30 mins) but to not have a bill is incredible. You’ve gained a life long customer! Thank you!

A real convenience to have a good tire place here in Livingston! The front desk girl was very kind and respectful, and the employees who put my tires on too. The most reasonable place for new tires I've experienced and they got me in and out quickly.

I’ve always trusted Les Schwab, but my recent experience left me really frustrated. I took my “new to me” Toyota Tacoma in for a tire rotation, and they came back with a $650 estimate for a brake job, saying I needed new calipers and rotors ASAP for safety. I thought this was weird, especially since the truck had just been checked by a mechanic. I ended up taking it to four other shops, and all of them said the brakes were fine and only needed new front pads, which I got replaced locally for around $100. It felt like they were trying to take advantage of me, assuming that as a single lady, I wouldn’t know any better. Needless to say, I won’t be going back to Les Schwab again. Just wanted to share my experience in case it helps others.

I’ve tried to come in a few times. Each time I’ve gotten one of the gals with the worst attitude imaginable. The last time I tried she just walked away mid quote without saying a word, after three or four minutes I left. Plenty of other tire shops in the valley now… Bozeman entitled is what it feels like. Absolutely not a Les worthy experience.

Ran into an emergency situation and was glad to find my tire at a good price. Personnel, however, can be more attentive to customer requests and focus on delivering what was promised.

Absolutely Amazing Service! We just had a nail in our tire and lost tire pressure. So we needed our tire repaired on a Saturday evening- when every shop and garage is already closed. We just saw some light at the les schwab tire center and looked through the windows. The very friendly mechanic/worker came out and told us he could fix it right now although the shop was closed some hours ago. We were so relieved! He fixed the tire in like ten minutes and did not even want money for that Great Service. Instead, we also got great tips for our visit to Yellowstone NP. We are so happy and thankful. Maybe you read this comment, thank you very much! You saved our Trip to Yellowstone!

Great service center. Difficult to find a reservation but it's all online so it's easy to know what is available. Prices are fair and the waiting room has free coffee and popcorn. Wifi works well when you need to do some work while waiting for your rig.

Highly recommend ! They explained multiple options with affordable quotes and the price does not go up after the fact. My vehicle went in right at my appointment time and I was in and out in. All of the staff were professional and kind. Shout out to Tara, she’s amazing and took great care of me even while they were super busy.

Having visited three shops before Les Shwab they all struggled to properly balance my oversized wheels and tiers. Here they were able to properly balance them completely eliminating all wobbles in less than three hours with no appointment. All staff were very kind and helpful and it was very cheap!

These guy's are the real deal...so kind 100% genuine and courteous Alex especially was a pleasure I quite the situation as I was getting four new tires and before I could get up there got into an accident so they had to repair that also ! I feel like they do actually care about a good reputation in these strange times A+

Top rate customer service. I have been to all the tire stores in Bozeman and Les Schwab is the best. Couple weeks ago they did a flat repair on a tire I didn’t even buy there. Lo and behold, a few days later I needed 3 new trailer tires. I didn’t even shop around, just went to LS because I knew they would treat me right and be fair.

I had a giant nail in my tire and they fit me in with no appointment and got me going pretty quick and it was free of charge. I will need new tires soon so I plan on coming back for that! Great experience great set up definitely recommend
