I had a dead headlight that was hidden behind my battery. I don't have the tools or know-how to safely remove the battery to replace the bulb, but Matt was able to replace it during my tire rotation and pre-trip safety check no questions asked.

Excellent, quick service! I always get my winter tires put on at Les Schwab. Recently I had a tire pressure issue and they were able to help me right away and I was on my way within an hour.

I had a great experience with Cory and the other staff! They did a pre-trip check for me and also changed my tires in the same day. There was no long wait and the employees were great! The environment of the store and the honesty/positivity of the employees is part of why I’m always loyal to Les Schwab. Thank you for all you do!

Only place I have ever taken my car for tires, oil changes, anything. Same familiar faces always there to greet me and trustworthy and quality work that keeps me safely and confidently driving my car. I love les Schwab but the Les Schwab on Jefferson and 14th is THE place I go, and consider the BEST!!! See you guys again and again!

I wouldn’t give them even 1 star. I lost the control arm bushing on my truck. I decided to bring it in and have them check it out to see if everything was okay. When they were looking around, they found that I was also missing a rack and pinion bushing, which caused it to shift and put my steering wheel out of alignment. I noticed this years ago and had them do an alignment. Well, it didn’t change anything so I complained. I was told well, it’s an old truck, so the alignment can’t be perfect. I then had them go ahead and fix the bushing, but they couldn’t find a replacement, so they manufactured one to get me back on the road. They quoted me $1000 to replace the whole rack and pinion. They also wanted to replace the brakes and tires, which I do need. I brought it to another tire center, and they were able to find a bushing repair kit, and they found that my power steering box was leaking and the hydraulic line was shredded. Led Schwab never mentioned this. I always thought Les Schwab was a reputable business. I will never bring my vehicles back to Les Schwab.

Les swab is very professional . Had a problem with my new tires leaking called them . Les swab arrived air up my tire . Able to drive down to the shop. They fix the stems . Highly recommended. Integrity, respect, Employees are amazing!! Thank you, guys . Appreciate you guys!! Much love, respect!!

Les Schwab is the epitome of customer service. In a dispute with a local car dealership over a transmission issue, Les Schwab went to bat for me. Their advocacy was professional, thorough and timely, which resulted in a complete resolution of the issue. Without Les Schwab at my side, I would have had to expend thousands of dollars rectifying an issue caused by something completely outside my control. I can't say enough about Les Schwab both at the local and headquarters level. Everyone was a class act, and I will be a devoted Les Schwab customer forever. Thank you to Corey and team!

Conveniently located in the heart of downtown. I dropped my car off on a lunch break for an alignment appointment later that afternoon. The team is very professional and had my car finished sooner than expected! I am very pleased with their work and pricing is upfront and honest. 10/10 recommend

If you want your tires done in a timely fashion find different location. I walked in 20 minutes after opening no one in waiting area watch three customers walk in the next hour while my car sat in the parking lot. After 90 minutes I approached the counter only to be told they are slammed and I look around the waiting area only one other guy in waiting area. Make a reservation only. And sorry if you have a tire needing to be fixed

Service was amazing. We were visiting Boise from out of town when we discovered a screw in the tire of our rental car. Austin told us to come in (without an appt) and had us on our way in 15 min. The store was comfortable and clean and all the employees were very professional.

There’s a reason my whole family are Schwabbies and forever will be. The SERVICE and INTEGRITY are completely unmatched. I made an appointment to get my CV axle changed out-as I heard a clicking sound sometimes when I would turn-and to get some new tires. I asked the man up front if he would be willing to drive it for me to make sure it was bad or not. He addressed the 6 walk-in customers (it was 90 minutes from closing) and then went and drove my car for me. He brought me in back with my car on the lift to show me that my CV parts were all good! And the sound I was hearing was from a different system. SAVING ME a bunch of money, since the part wasnt actually bad. MIND YOU, they are currently WAY UNDERSTAFFED and already working late…. Yet they STILL TAKE THE TIME TO DO THE RIGHT THING and provide honest service. #LSTCFOREVER
