This place takes advantage of people. Charged my wife $140 to come out and fix one of their tires on my truck. It took them an hour to do it. I could get it towed there for less. Guess we will get our tires from discount from now on. Shame on these guys! Quality sure got lost in the buy out of this company.

Chris the assistant manager is awesome! He got us out late Friday night in a real pinch. We had some bad valve stems from an RV we just bought. Even though it was late and severely cold he took action with a team member and took care of us in record time. We have already driven 1200 miles on his work with no issues. We thank you sincerely Chris and team.

I have used Les Schwab for over 40 years. Last month I took my car in for tires. They told me my rear brakes were metal to metal and quoted $671 for replacement. Also they said the front brakes were $657. I took my car to my trusted mechanic. My rear brakes were fine and my front brakes needed replaced. I did the replacement with him. Spent a total of $70 and I learned out to replace my own brakes. Be weary! How crappy for them to quote me a repair for over $1300 that was lies! You should be ashamed!

Absolutely the best service Les Schwab has always been consistent with their service. Again, traveling through the area called the store and they were able to help and made arrangements to get me in and out quickly. If you're in the western US and need tires or tire service, be thankful you're in Les Schwab country

TL;DR: Pleasant service and staff, incredibly disappointing repairs. I will preface this by saying that my experience is uncommon, but is disappointing nonetheless. Three months ago, Les Schwab repaired and replaced my CV axle and boots on the front left side of my car. All seemed well for about a thousand miles, until the axle slipped out of the transmission, rendering the car nearly unusable in Utah. I took it to the nearest Les Schwab, asked them to diagnose and repair the issue. They replaced the axle with an OEM one and told me to return to the original Les Schwab location (this one) to complete the repairs. I did so, asked them to make sure that the CV axle was the root issue, and the axle was replaced. Yet again, I drove another 500 miles or so when a jarring thumping and loud noises returned. Took it back to the location in Utah, asked them yet again to figure out the issue, why it's happening, to please fix it, so I could be on my merry way. They found that something was tearing up the boot on the axle. Great, I asked them to figure out the issue and repair it. Repairs done the next day. Drove the car a grand total of 20 miles before the axle slipped out of the transmission, this time with the worst symptoms yet, as if the axle had snapped in half and the car was seconds away from a screeching demise. Limping the car to a parking lot, I had it towed to a different Les Schwab location in Utah the next day (for a total of three different Les Schwab locations doing repairs over this three month period), told them that the CV axle was not the issue, and that I needed a diagnosis for a very clear underlying problem. I was told that the engine/transmission mounts were torn and the movement of the engine was causing the motor to pivot in the engine bay, which in turn was the root issue of the CV axle issues over the course of these past few months. Thankfully, these CV axle repairs were covered under warranty after my first repairs done here in Boise, but I am still deeply frustrated with the lack of careful diagnosis and the effortless repairs made on my car by not just this location but two other Les Schwab locations in a completely different state which caused a waste of time and money on both my side and Les Schwab's. Please see a competent auto repair shop instead of Les Schwab for any issues that are more pressing than a tire or brake pad replacement. I appreciate the patience and kind service shown by the staff that I received over the course of these car woes, but I must say that my experience was overall incredibly disappointing and I cannot recommend them for any car servicing or repairs.

Every time I come to this location their service is slow. They tell you 1 he wait and after 3 hours they finally look at your rig. I need my front end looked at. The gal said 45 minutes and 2 hours later and 6 rigs after I came. Still waiting for them to check out my truck. This place sucks will not come back after today. This is my 4 bad experience with this store. I watched one of there friends come in and go straight to the front of the line. Now I am leaving with no service from them. Do not go to the Cole store there service sucks.

I had another wonderful experience at Les Schwab today. Today I was at the Les Schwab over by Cole and Overland today do you have my tires checked and have the air pressure text properly. All of the individuals that I came in contact with or very courteous and kind and extremely respectful of my time. They got right on the job and said if I needed anything else feel free to drop by at any time.

I have a 350z, and I autocross it, and my alignment is screwed up so i’ve been wearing my sidewalk weird, so I came in to get my tires flipped so I could wear the other side, and being told it would be about 1 hour wait, I ended up waiting literally 2.5 hours and then being told that they can’t do it because my tires are was worn down too far. complete waste of time. I get why, but I don’t understand why they can’t do it, when it’s on me. just complete and utter waste of time though

Hello used Les Schwab for tires Wheels and whatnot. The only thing that takes away from this review is how expensive everything is money's tight nowadays but you got to do what you got to do. I guess they do too.

Chris was the one to help me, he quickly answered the phone, got me a good quote for some tires and even had them delivered from another store just incase I purchased them. They were quick to help meet all my needs and get me on the road! Very impressed with this team!

Excellent customer service! Took vehicle in with squeaking breaks and damage to front tire from a curb. Pete was a great technician, called and explained everything he did. Rotated my tires, full safety check, took care of the brakes, and rebalanced damaged tire. All at a great price! Always trust these guys. Thanks again!

I have never had a bad experience! Les Schwab’s are always amazing and this facility is no different! I came in for a battery because Hyundai Motors in Boise was horrible to me and over charging like crazy. The les Schwab men drove all the way to Kuna to get me the battery I needed and squeezed me in a little past closing time to install it for me. I do not remember his name, but he was a red head and seemed to be a manager, he was so great and had an amazing demeanor with not only the costumers but the staff also seemed to respect and enjoy him as well. I am beyond grateful and will be back time and time again for their amazing guest service.

Him as well as other great services from other Les Schwab has sealed the deal and I want to only go through Les Schwab even if I have to pay more which I feel I don't even need to!

The manager, Jeff, took such good care of my 19 year old daughter and I when we needed follow up work done. It was 7 months after we got all new tires on her car. He worked together with another location my daughter went to in order to figure out what we needed without any hesitation. He quickly took care of everything we needed. The work was done promptly, without any hassle & even though I only spoke with him on the phone, I could tell he had a smile on his face throughout the week. We all know it can be pretty hard & frustrating to go through any sort of service/maintenance these days. My experience here was exactly the opposite, and I'd like to thank Jeff for that!
