I’m so happy I brought my car in to Les Schwab. I brought my car in fearing the worst and was extremely worried about what was wrong. They did a great job fixing it. It wasn’t cheap but I truly believe it was done correctly and that’s what matters to me. It’s my only form of transportation so even though it took several hours I was still able to wait inside and I was able to drive my car home the same day. The building is somewhat cold but they offered me coffee and they have available restrooms. They did a nice job trying to explain what was wrong and even wanted to show me which is awesome! Thank you so much for fixing my car.

My whole life I always felt like car places always took advantage of me being a young female that doesn’t know anything about cars until I went to this Les Schwab. If you have anything wrong with your car ask for Hunter. He was the absolute best. He explained all my options, and I told him I was on a budget and he told me the cheapest option for a strut/CV joint replacement. I’ve been in this Les Schwab three times in the past 3 weeks and every time he has been the absolute best. My parents live in Star and are now going to only use this Les Schwab after my dad talked to him. He is the best and I would recommend to everyone. He’s so nice, professional, and great at communicating.

Told me the job would be done at 4:00 to 4:30. Job was done at 3:30. Didn’t charge me out the ass for shit I didn’t want or need. Told em “ideally, I wouldn’t have to buy new tires for these after market rims” Guess what, they took the tires off the oems and slapped em on the new ones without trying even once to get me to buy new tires. Good folks over there.

Corey has next level customer service! She went above and beyond. The service was quick, they fit me in before my trip on a busy day, and everything was done to the highest standard! This location is one of the best Les Schwabs I’ve ever worked with. Highly recommend!

In and out in less than an hour! I always love a trip to Les Schwab, even if I am paying a good amount of money. These workers know how to hussel and know customer service! Iade an appointment for new tires last weekend. I arrived, they reminded me the quote on my tires and install, took my keys, had my car on the lift within 10 minutes, and were telling me they were almost done about 30 minutes later. I saw them do their checks and then they had my keys back in my hand less than an hour after I walked in. There is a reason I've never gone anywhere else for tires.

Excellent customer service, honest and efficient. They had my brakes ( pads and rotors ) done in 1.5 hours and charged 200.00 less than ford dealership on my 2014 ford f150 fx4. Thanks again!

I bought my tires here and wife went to get air and tire rotation which should be under warranty and a gentleman working there was trying to sell her on readjusting her back up camera. Mind you! She has a brand new Lexus. No you’re not touching anything but the tires on her car! I would be cussing you out right now. So you just lost our business for keeping her longer than she has to and pressuring her to spend $400 on adjusting a back up camera. What a scam!

I really enjoy the fact that I can stop in and get my tire pressure checked, and my vehicle looked at and inspected for free. This location is always busy, but never prevents me from making appointments and getting quality service. Its the little things they do like explaining what can wait, and what needs fixed now, on my car that I value. Their customer service and care for my car is above and beyond anywhere else. I only wish, the prices were a little more affordable. Overall tho, a satisfied customer.

I was thoroughly impressed with this Les Schwab location's service, timeliness, and hard-working attitude. I had the opportunity to have Hunter help me out when I came in to replace the Continental Extreme Contact tires on my Audi. Hunter embodied the spirit of a go-getter and was legitimately running to each customer back and forth across the building to stay on top of things and keep his team on track. Hunter also had a great demeanor and you could tell he truly cares about the customer's experience and satisfaction. On another note, my alignment tech honed in my spec like it was his own personal vehicle! Get these guy a raise or show some serious appreciation in another form, you have great employees. Thanks for the fantastic experience! I highly recommend checking out this location to anyone shopping for tires, even if it's not in your part of town.

Great service and very respectful. I had a tear in my tire and needed it repaired. Zak assisted with my issue and provided great customer service and sent me on my way as a returning customer. This was my first time at a Les Schwab and it won’t be my last.

My car had some repairs that required immediate attention and the employees at Les Schwab were so kind and helpful in getting me in. Alberto was the main mechanic who worked on my car and he was kind and patient with me throughout the whole process and kept me in the loop about my car. My car has been driving much better since it was serviced. Highly recommend.

I’ve been rescued by Les Schwab multiple times now & the help I receive is always top notch. In a stressful situation they give all the information & help to get back on the road. I've used this location for brakes and most recently in June for a roadtrip vehicle inspection. The drop-off process was easy (they knew me by name!), and the team communicated very well about the estimated wait times and recommended work. I think the staff member's name was Parker(?), and he was patient, thorough, and realistic when it came time to explain what my car needed next. The work was done that day with no stress or pressure: how many times can you say that about a car place? Thanks team!

TL;DR go to the Broadway location, not this one. I have a vehicle with duallys, I took it here several months back to get my tires topped off with air, and at the time it was very quick and painless. However, a couple weeks ago I took it to the Les Schwab on Broadway, and they informed me that the driver's side dually was actually mounted incorrectly so that the valve stem for the inner tire was not accessible. They re-mounted it for me and measured the pressure of that inner tire, and sure enough, it was definitely low (though fortunately not dangerously so). So while I do of course appreciate that the air service is complimentary, I don't appreciate being lied to that all of my tires have been topped off, when in fact the tech was unable to access one of the tires and just decided not to say anything. It was ok in this situation luckily, but for a large vehicle like this, telling a customer their tires are topped off when in fact one of them wasn't even checked can create a dangerous situation for them. Go to the Broadway location instead.

Done thousands of dollars worth of buisness with them over 30 years. Recommended to friends and family Salesman didn't seem to want to help and couldn't answer easy questions. Just wanted to sell me thousands of dollars worth of custom rims. Went home did my own research and ordered from a competitor. Won't be back.

I had a blowout right in front of Les Schwab in my brand new Hyundai Genesis. When I went in for help, I was quoted an exorbitant price, which I was willing to pay, but they told me there was a very long wait. I had people waiting for me at the airport, so I said I would put on the donut and come back later. This evidently upset the guy behind the counter, who told me I couldn't put a donut on in their parking lot and had to leave immediately. I told him they would never get my business again and moved my car to the far end of the lot to change the donut myself. They stood there laughing at me as I struggled with special locking lug nuts that required a key I didn’t have in the car. He then came over and said if I didn’t get the car off their lot, he would call the police. I apologized and offered to pay the wait time and the price, asking for help. I apologized repeatedly saying that I was sorry for what I said that I was sorry I had a short temper that the situation was bad and that I was sorry. He refused to help me, saying Les Schwab doesn’t have the keys required to take special lug nuts off wheels. Let me repeat that: Les Schwab doesn’t have the keys required to take locked lug nuts off wheels. I had to drive the car down the road to Big O Tires on the rim, where they were more than happy to help. They had the keys to unlock my lug nuts and offered a far cheaper deal. After this experience, I have no intention of ever working with Les Schwab again, whether for my business or personal needs. Even if they offered to fix a flat tire on the side of the road, I would fix it myself rather than deal with them. Big O Tires saved the day.

Same excellent customer service and detailed work I've experienced for many year. Always buy tires here for all my vehicles and trailers. Now, I'll be bringing my vehicles I'm for maintenance as well. Just so happy with them.
