I took my winter tires in to get swapped onto my rims and to check the alignment. They did the swap and called me, and when I asked if the alignment was needed, they realized they hadn't checked. Then when I picked up the car, my summer tires weren't in my trunk, which I didn't realize till a few days later, but no one from LS called about them. Then a few days after that, I noticed my special tube caps were missing on one side. Again I had to return. Thank goodness they're nearby, but honestly for the high cost, the service was less than impressive. I'll go back to Costco next time because they're way cheaper and get it right the first time.

Needed a slow leak repaired. No appointments available on Saturday but called and they said no problem bring 'er in. Had it fixed up in about half hour and back on the road. Appreciate the quick service and convenient location.

I bought tires from Les Schwab and was told I needed an alignment. At the time, I got a price quote for the struts and an alignment of $1240 dollars. I was told it would take 3-4 hours. I dropped my car off at 8 am. Again, I was quoted $1240. I had shocks and struts installed. I said I needed the car back as early as I could get it. They said fine. I had not heard anything by 2:30 so I called to check on the progress. The guy said the struts and shocks were done but I needed to buy some kit for an extra $161 if I wanted it aligned. The alignment was the main reason I was having the work done then so I agreed to the kit. The guy said the struts were finished and he would have to take them apart to install the kit and it would take another 2-3 hours. I said okay. The work was done at 5:30. I paid $1400 and got the car. I feel the price quote should have included the price of the kit since that was essential to the job. I also think the mechanic should have called me when he discovered the alignment kit was needed instead of wasting the time putting it together and taking it apart again.

Really nice and very competent folks. Although "selling" takes a lot more priority over the "explaining" and "listening" these days. I've been going to Les Schabs across the country for a long time and the focus on "selling" is more apparent now. But, where aren't you intensely sold-to anymore. I recommend doing your research online first and finding what kind of tires you need, what other companies (like Costco and other tire stores) sell them. And if Les Schwab has what you want for a good price this store will absolutely do it right. The follow-up service is worth paying a bit more in my opinion too. When you're a customer here, they take care of you.

The Les Schwab on Lake Hazel Road is so awful. It should be criminal. I went in for a free tire repair and they told me I absolutely had to get for a new tires (no discussion they just walked up to me with a quote for $2400 when i was there for a ‘free’ repair and said “my boss souldnt let me repair this as it is so worn” yet just three weeks before I had brought my car in there for an oil change and pre-trip check and was told my tires were good and didnt need to be replaced, they did the quarter test etc. They were upset when I declined replacing all four tires and did not check one tire at all and did not even put the caps on three of the four tires. I ended up buying two new tires and asked them to give me my old tires back and magically they had big bolts sticking out of both of them , when neither one had visible damage going in. I had even had someone come out and change the tire the night before and they told me they couldn’t see any damage yet somehow suddenly after bringing it in there was damage. They were rude and condescending and the mansplaining was obnoxious. I would rather walk than use this company again.

Wow, had a GREAT experience!!! Tire was 0 psi, completely flat. Called Les Schwab and they said it wasn’t safe to drive with a tire that flat, so they sent a guy named Alberto to my house with an air tank to fill it enough to get it safely to the shop (I live very close, but wow, what an amazing thing for them to do!) Alberto was kind, helpful, all around great guy throughout the entire experience! They got it all fixed up same day. When I came to pick up my car, Alberto saw me coming, he immediately came out of the shop, welcomed me back with a smile and walked me up to the front desk to get my keys. I went to pay and he said it was complementary, just hopes I will think of Les Schwab for any future needs. Sheesh, I could cry! I can’t remember the last time I experienced customer service like this with NO expectations in return. I will 100% be buying my tires from here in the future and I’ve already told friends/family about my experience. Will recommend!!

Eric and the alignment team did great work on my 2002 Nissan Frontier yesterday. Getting the alignment correct on the pickup was a pain and took many retries, but they got it! My hats off to the team!

These people NEVER let me down. Whether selling me a quality set of tires or fixing a slow leak for free AFTER CLOSING TIME, they are the best people in the business and you can tell they truly care for their customers. Thank you Les Schwab; please don’t change a thing!!

They were great! I went in after 5 and they were closing at 6. I'd had a flat tire that was not repairable. It took awhile to get to my turn, but I drove away shortly thereafter, with my new tire!

Called in prior at lucky peak with a blown out steel belt on my trailer tire, service manager Eric took me right in, removed the steel belt wrapped around the axel and put on new rubber with a follow up with all in two days. Great facility and the crews of guys and gals was hustling for sure..Thanks Eric and Les Schwab.

Went in for a flat repair. Not busy this time, so we got right in. In less then an hour we were out. Nice to have a female service person to work on my daughter's car for a change.

Allison (i believe was her name) was very disrespectful trying to say we expect free work and took our business elsewhere over a flat repair on tires we bought from les Schwab that they offer FREE repairs on mind you we have spent well over $13,000 over the years at les Schwab and spent well over 1,000 on said tires. Not to mention i took the wheel off myself and brought it in to make their job even easier. But Micheal was very respectful and tried to resolve the issue she caused by being lazy (not searching the tires up in their system) and stuck up. If you go there avoid the blonde chick, deal with the guys in the shop. Still waiting for her apology for the disrespect over her own mistake that she continued trying to blame me for.

The worst counter and Manager customer service EVER. Not all Les Schwab Centers are like this one. This one is RUDE!! The counter lady doesn't do a good job looking up costumer information in the computer. If she did she would see what info was in before accusing customers of trying to get free service. When the service should be free it was their product!!!! Which she would of known had she of LOOKED IN THE COMPUTER. Stupid. Her boss just justified her stupidity with more of his stupidity. They were both wrong for the way they spoke to their customers. They can bank on us never returning there. I've spent a lot of money there and replaced my whole suspension, plus rotors, tires, brakes, rotations, alignments the list goes on. Free work? Yeah show me what was free because I sure missed that every time I was handed a big fat bill. Never go to that location. Rude customer service. Front desk and manager. Negative stars. One is being way to generous

I went for an oil change and to check my squeaky brakes. I specifically asked about the noise coming from the brakes and was dismissed, told the brakes were brand new and the squeak was probably due to the recent wet weather. I drove another two weeks on those brakes as the squeak got worse. I took the car somewhere else and had to get the rear brake pads replaced because they were completely worn out. Did you even check the rear brake pads?? Don't come here if you want to have your concerns dismissed, could cause you further damage on your car.

I've always liked Les Schwab and the thorough service they've provided but this store takes the cake. I found out I needed my brakes replaced today after getting a pre summer road check on my F150, and not only did they get it done within a few hours they also hooked me up with a great coupon and discount. I brought my kids back to enjoy the Grand Opening they had today and we had a great time. The manager Eric here initially helped me and he showed me everything he was going to do to my truck and took time to explain it all. He was not at all pushy and ran out the front door to greet me. I actually had only ever seen guys run out the front door on commercials so this was pretty cool. I would recommend this specific location to anybody that asks and I will be bringing my 4 runner back to get all the maintenance done as well.

My husband arrived at 8am with a flat from a screw and also wanting to do a tire rotation with no appt, they went over and beyond like they always do at Les Schwab. Thank you for always taking care of us and the flats we get from random nails, you guys are always the best no matter the location.

I was greeted by a blonde female employee (sorry I forgot your Name). She was very welcoming and outgoing. I needed my Car fixed same day and I got my Car fixed the same day. All of the Staff were top notch in customer service and professionalism. I felt valued and appreciated as well as welcomed. I recommend this location due to the courtesy and I hope these great employees are staying. Thank you Michael for giving me a ride home and picking me up. Thank you Eric for making sure my Car is now Safe. Thank you Staff.

Great folks. I rolled in today on a motorcycle I was test riding that I suspected had low tire pressure. I asked to borrow a tire gauge to check, and Michael (I believe) instead offered to fill the tires up. Tyler (again, I believe was his name, may be incorrect) came out and helped. The wheels were a little awkward (big disc brakes and spokes) so it took a few minutes, but they diligently went to work, trying multiple adapters and attachments. Eventually they determined that the tires were indeed very low, unsafe even. They topped them off, and that was that. No expectation of payment, no looking up my account or asking me to wait in the lounge. They simply helped me. Quickly, efficiently, kindly. I know it's a small thing, but service like that deserves praise. Thanks fellas.

I ran over the S hook of someone's bungee cord a block from the Lake Hazel Les Schwab 6 minutes before they closed. They not only stayed open to take care of me, they also went and picked up 2 new tires from another location to make sure that I left there safely. I come from a long line of loyal Les Schwab customers, and there's a good reason why. BEST SERVICE! BEST QUALITY! BEST PRICES! I told everyone of the dedicated individuals that went above and beyond for me tonight that I love them, and I genuinely mean it. Highly recommend all Les Schwab locations, but Lake Hazel, Boise ID are my new favorites. ❤️❤️

I’ve been a Les Schwab customer for decades because of the quality products and phenomenal service. I’m so happy about this new location at Lake Hazel. Since its opening, I’ve been in for an oil change, tire rotation, and new battery. When my battery died and car wouldn’t start, I called the Lake Hazel shop and within 15 minutes, a service member was there with battery and tools in hand and I was quickly on my way. All of the service members I’ve worked with have been kind, respectful, knowledgable and skilled. I highly recommend this store! Customer for life!

Changing my original review from a 1 to 3, disappointed in the events from today- 3+ hours for an oil change and tire rotation-hoping this is because they’re a new location and the snow- Eric the manager made things right in the end but hoping my experience next time matches with my prior 15+ years of Les Schwab service

Have brought in 2 different vehicles in the last couple months and have had great service! The manager and staff were very helpful and friendly. They even got ahold of another Les Schwab in the valley to help with a warranty issue. We will be back. Grateful for this new location.

I have been to this new location multiple times since it opened, even for something as small as a battery check or tire light coming on, each time they have been quick, friendly, and informative. I trust their knowledge and expertise. Definitely my go-to store.
