I got a flat and was able to come here to Les Schwab off Broadway. they got me in immediately and were SO kind. I was scared because I wasn’t sure if my tire was ruined. they patched it up, and sent me home. it was the most easiest process ever and everyone was really cool and such good vibes. Thank you for all of your help!

Horrible product that they did not want to warranty. Tires were 20000 miles under the mileage warranty and they were cracking around the sidewalls and they didn't want to do anything to make it right. I got up set and said that's wrong and he said I was just there for a fight and he didn't have to do anything. Horrible service and even worse tires. Thier attitude has changed dramatically and I've been doing business with them for 37 years. I'll go else where

Stopped by our favorite Les Schwab on Broadway to have the air checked in our tires before we head out with our travel trailer. Wyatt ran right out to quickly help and we were in and out in about 3 minutes! Once again, thanks for taking such great care of your community! :)

They work quickly. They are honest. Based on my experience, I highly recommend them. I had a shuddering-upon-braking issue. They correctly said the rotors needed to be resurfaced. They did it lightning fast and were honest in the diagnosis. No up selling. Price was lower than expected and fair. They deserve this positive review.

What can I say. Michael K B treated me and my dog Lucy as good as I could ever ask. Gave me a military discount, polished the rims on my old beat up F250, and got me out of there in no time. Sometimes its not about the price. Damn good looking set of Open Range A/T tires! Theyve got my business!!!

8/24/24 Hugely happy with my service today from Michael in brakes and alignment. Came in with squealing from two wheel wells, a soft brake pedal, and ineffective emergency brake. Michael was extremely upfront and honest about the work he was able to do, and the parts he was able to obtain. He even showed me exactly what was going on during maintenance when my vehicle was on the lift. Was a huge help since I had a missing part in my trunk that wouldve otherwise taken a few days to order in. HUGE thanks to Michael and Les Sxhwab in general for their service today.

We were headed into the hills to go camping and found we had a leak in our tire. I refuse to go to the Caldwell Les Schwab near where i live. My normal place on Ustick was booked solid. We tried going to the les schwab near Cole and the freeway and were told we'd be waiting for more than an hour for them to look at it. We called ahead to Broadway and were told they had an opening. The Broadway team went above and beyond. They had the tire fixed before my kids had finished their snacks from the vending machine. That set the tone for my weekend. I wish this kind of service were the norm. Thank you.

GO HERE INSTEAD OF THE FAIRVIEW LOCATION. I have a vehicle with duallys, and I took it in to get my tire pressure checked. To my surprise, I found that my driver's side outer wheel was mounted so that the inner tire's valve stem was inaccessible. They re-mounted it for me and filled it up, and confirmed that when I last took my vehicle in to the Fairview Les Schwab, they apparently just didn't feel like dealing with it and told me my tires had all been checked and filled, when in fact they just didn't even touch my inner driver's side tire. So bottom line: the Fairview location lied to me and could have created a dangerous situation by telling me my tires had all been refilled when that was not actually the case. This location was honest and took care of it for me in 20 minutes for $15.

I’ve always loved Les Schwab for their customer service and quick service. However, I just left there after having a screw in my tire and they patched it and then charged me $20. Now it was only $20 and a good deal is a good deal…but the man that checked out right before me had a nail in his tire and they patched it and told him “no charge”. Even on the website it says if it can be patched, they’ll do it for free. Just curious why I was charged. Also, the guy who charged me, never once looked at me, never told me what was wrong or what they did until I asked. Just an odd experience for me at Les Schwab. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Got brakes from them last March (2023) and everytime I would brake it would still squeak a year later. When I took it to them in Decemeber they said "oh it's because they are new brakes". Fast forward to this march 2024 I tell them I took it to another brake company and also a personal mechanic and they both told me what was wrong with the brake. The brake was grinding against the caliper and also there was so much brake dust from being cheap parts. And I paid them almost a grand for my brakes and rotors. I told them what I was told and they still came back and said "oh it's because they are new brakes". Over a year old brakes still considered new? Yeah ok. I wouldn't recommend these guys if my life depended on it. And the lady up front got so mad when I told her I took my car to another company and a personal mechanic to get their opinion on their faulty equipment.

Recently, I did rotation on tires for my semi, and after that, I have abs and tcs lamps on constantly.they charge me 300 bucks for monkey business. Don't trust your truck to the unprofessional people. Went to my guys to fix it all.

Had to get my money back thru my credit company. These guys gave excuse after excuse for months as to why my brand new rims and tires were shaking even after they rebalanced them 3 separate times. Kept telling me my car was worn out and then finally told me I got the cheapest tires possible, which was patently wrong. I went to commercial tire and had them balance them… all is well now.

I brought in an older Cadillac on 3/23/24 worried about the brakes making noise. They brought it back saying it wasn't the brakes but instead the drive train. I took the car to a mechanic, just to find out the problem was all the brakes and rotors needed replaced! So I spent unnecessary dollars on an inspection when Les Schwab should have noticed this. For this reason, I'm not spending the $800 dollars or more at Les Schwab, instead I'm going to this mechanic. And before you ask, yes they showed the brakes and rotors to me. It was insanely obvious for a company that specializes in this. Very disappointed.

Had the brakes inspected and they found no issues to address and said I am safe for a few more thousands of miles. Best of all this did not cost me anything.

Been using Les for 17 years. Customer service is king. I always find friendly and helpful service from Les Schwab. You can't go wrong at Les.
