I was referred here after I picked up a nail in my tire while on vacation. This shop took care of the issue quickly and for the right price. Thank you for taking care of this out of state traveler and getting me back on the road.

I write this review to their great service and perfect skills. I went to this auto shop today morning of some problem with my car tire. I was second visit and they were kind too today. In fact, my tire pressure was low and I went to the service center five times, but they just put in the air. They found a hole in the tire on my fifth visit and recommended this auto shop. And this auto shop fixed my tire perfectly. I think the tire fixed today won't be a problem. And most of all they didn't charge me anything. If I have a problem with my tires, I will continue to look for this auto shop. Thank you very much.

I got my car serviced, oil change/tire rotation, safety inspection, etc. No problem there, other than no window sticker for future service. However, they told me my brake pads were worn & needed replacement. So far so good. Then, they tried to UPSELL me a brake OVERHAUL. (pads, calipers & rotors). I went to a certified & respected local mechanic & was told my calipers & rotors were GOOD TO GO. Saved myself almost $1,000. I've purchased tires from Les Schwab for 3 vehicles & am happy with them. But, don't try the old PRESTO CHANGO on me re unnecessary repairs. It's stuff like this that makes folks not trust car mechanics.

I had a flat after work and wanted to make it to my regular local tire company, but it was too late in the day and too far of a drive. I called Les Schwab to find out how much it would cost to patch a flat and if they'd even have time for me. Maca helped me over the phone by reserving me a place in line & once I finally got there he set me up and all I had to do was wait for a bit until they got around to my car. Joseph repaired my flat and pulled the car right up to the front for me. To top if all off, Les Schwab fixed my flat for free! I was concerned that by using a chain, I would have been taken advantage of, but I won't hesitate to use Les Schwab in the future for services or purchasing tires. Thank you, Maca and Joseph!

Came in with a crack in the sidewall tire on my old car, but Maca and Tristan really made me feel comfortable. After seeing I’m down on my luck at the moment, they did absolutely everything they could to make my experience better. And boy, they sure did! I wanted to cry but left with a smile and a safer car to get me to and from work. Thanks for the great customer service and just general support and caring on a deeper level for your customer. I’m truly grateful

I had a flat tire because of a nail. I first took it to Big O Tires. They said it would be $34.99 and they weren't that friendly. So I decided to take it to Les Schwab. Les Schwab is a little out of my way but they fixed my tire for free. Debbie plus the guys in the shop were all very friendly, helpful and professional. When I need tires or batteries in the future, I'll now be taking my car to Les Schwab.

Kinda fishy. Took my wife's car in for a nail in the tire. Had to buy new one because said it had a puncture on the side so said it couldn't be fix. Took my car in for the same thing and again a puncture on the side and had to buy a new tire, now my son had nail in his tire also and what guess what same thing so my son had to buy a new tire. People be aware of these people. Watch them because I believe they did the puncture on the side on purpose just to buy a new one from them. I mean 1 time is ok. But come on 3 times on 3 different cars

Last monday my girl had a flat, we showed up at exactly 6pm which is closing time for them. The manager took the extra time and swapped out both my rear tires because they were really bad . Now that's a team that cares about their customers. If I could I would give them 100 stars, thanks we really appreciate it.

I came in for a wheel alignment and was told that they couldn’t do it (after waiting an hour and a half already) because the front lower control arm bushings were too worn. I was quoted just over $1k to have the control arms replaced, but decided to do them myself. Come to find that they’re in great condition and a replacement wasn’t needed at all. I’ve already bought replacements. Gonna have to spend more just to return them annoyingly enough. I’m taking my business elsewhere moving forward, which is a shame since they’re located on my side of town.

Travelling through Bakersfield, California from Nevada and I picked up a screw in one of my tires. I stopped in to Les Schwab on Panama Ln and spoke to Angel. He had me in and out, all patched and ready to go really quickly! I can't recommend them enough!

It is always a positive experience at Les Schwab on Panama and Ashe. It's such a pleasure to see the professionalism and technical acumen displayed by the staff and the manager Maca who obviously enjoy woking for Les Schwab. I feel safe driving knowing that this team worked on my vehicle. Great job from all involved!

We just received amazing service from Les Schwab Tire Center off panama lane! They were 5 minutes to closing and we're still happy to help us patch our tire and even gave us great quotes on getting new ones. We will definitely be coming back any time we need new tires!

Went in for a tire patch without an appointment after work. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and they fixed it perfectly in a reasonable amount of time for free. No issues since.
