Came in to fix a slow leak. Service personnel flat out refused to do the fix. Tried to tell me that all four tires were "in rough shape" and needed to be replaced immediately (I keep very close track of my tread depth/wear, and know this was not the case), and tried to sell me a set of their LS-branded Hankook tires for $950 (which would be $600 elsewhere). I left and took it to a local shop, where they fixed the leak in 20 minutes. Prior to this, I had always had very positive experiences with Les Schwab, but thanks to their high prices and high pressure sales tactics this time around, I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

Trash! Took my brand new brakes in to get serviced. Came out with them ruined, had to buy a whole new set! Avoid!

Is where's the leschwab i've ever been to. I come in there for something simple and they come at me $1200 estuarine On parts they think are bad which I did not tell them to inspect my vehicle....saying that my .Shocks are bad and my brakes are bad. Which I just recently had installed 10000 miles ago. This is a bait and switch shop. On top of it they had a major attitude problem.. Bakersfield what can I say...

Friendly staff, great service. I thought I had a bad TPMS sensor. They checked each of them and they were okay. No charge !!

Went to Les Schwab at Calloway Drive, Bakersfield to have my free brakes check. After the inspection, Salesman Roberto A M told me that everything checked good. There's still a lot of life on my brake pads. I love the honesty of the salesman not to sell me on something I don't need. I would definitely go back to Les Schwab at Calloway Drive again for service.

Les Schwab saves the day. Hit a nasty pothole on the 99fwy. Called around looking for the 21 inch For my Tesla that is hard to find. LS was the only place who said they could get it that day. Tyler the manager ended up driving to pick it up to save time. AAA towed us over, LS installed the tire right away & we are back on the road heading to SoCal for our family vacation. It's been several times already where the tire valve cap in my cars are removed and not put back. It's not like they keep them for themselves, but when a customer brings in their car a certain way, it should be returned in that way unless it's a repair being made obviously. In this case, those valve caps are in no need of repairs. It's unfortunate I have to keep replacing them instead of the employees keeping them handy to place them back on my tires.

10 mins before closing, they were able to get us in and out right away.. we had just ran over a bolt and we were losing air. Thank you guys for such great and quick service!!

Can’t ONE star a free service, but regardless of costs, a service should be handled in an appropriately timed manner. Took a single loose tire (company vehicle tire) with a screw in it, in for a plug. Three of the Six (maybe Five) bays were being used, well more than half empty parking lot and only two other customers inside waiting. I don’t understand why a plug job took slightly over TWO hours to fulfill. Again I understand it was a free service but a service nonetheless that could potentially lead to a new reoccurring customer. Don’t think I’ll find myself back at this Les Schwab again. Unfortunate (Calloway/Olive)

Great prices and great service! Stopped in for a qoute several weeks ago and after a little due diligence settled on Les Schwab. Dropped the car off this morning and they had it ready as promised this afternoon. The place is clean, quick to engange when you pull up, and very polite. Coming in next week with my other vehicle.

I have gotten a full set of tires twice with them before and they are amazing! So nice and professional. They are maybe a bit expensive to some people, but I will forever go to them. I don’t mind waiting for a specific job to get done because I know they will do it right. And they are honest and won’t sell you unnecessary things. Thank you so always being so nice and attentive! They fixed my tire today.

I’m not that trilled about my experience there due that fact that when I got my car aligned I thought it would’ve been fixed by then but it wasn’t and they also left my hood not fully closed when I got my car back and it wasn’t until I was driving that my car notified me that it was open and I’m not the one to shame others businesses but I just really did not have the best experience as they didn’t really consult me with other options they kinda just gave me the price and it felt very rushed also it did seem overpriced because I went to another shop and compared the prices it was very different from theirs which kinda lead me to suspect that they were trying to take advantage as I look more on the younger side but yeah overall it seemed like this place was okay but from my experience it wasn’t what I expected from everyone’s reviews

This place is great!!!! Service is top notch! Came in with a low air warning on my driver front tire. I received quality care. Found out I had razor blades in it. They fixed my tire for free. When I buy new tires I’m going to buy from here! I want to say thank you guys and great job!!!

Took my car in to get my rear breaks checked due to it making a scrape/ scratch noise on 05/25/23 and was told they didn’t have the parts for my type of vehicle and that they had to order it but I was told few hours prior to that they were going to be able to give my car service after my inspection if I need them. I was told to make an appointment for another day and then I was told that my breaks were good for another 5 months. I came to another place and came to find out my inner brake pads were completely worn.yeah not coming back thanks a lot Tyler RS for giving me incorrect information makes me wonder if you even inspected it since it was almost time to close shop buddy.

Well we had a trip from the SF bay area to Disneyland and my truck was due for a service. So brought it to Ford since it's still under warranty. Well they Rotated the tire also. So on the way down hwy 5 we noticed the back Wheels were shaking like they were out of balance. Pretty bad. So I called Les Schwab to ask if they would check it out for me since it didn't do this Pryor to Ford servicing it. Les Schwab jumped into action and took care of us with minimal wait time. Thank you for your service Les Schwab!!!

Went in with a nail in my tire...I was met with a young lady running to my car. She took my car inside and checked it out. No further damage to the tire and no charge. I've taken my other vehicles there and will be returning if I have other tire issues. Great service Les!

I want to give shout out to this tire shop for their great customer service. I was on my way out of town when I ran over a large screw in the road. I needed a tire repair. I stopped in and they got right on the job. Within 30 minutes my car was ready. When I proceeded to hand over my credit card I was told “no charge”! Imagine my surprise! If you need tires go to Les Schwab on Calloway Road. They really know how to treat their customers.

Les Schwab - Calloway has always been friendly and efficient when I had tire needs. Prices are about average for what they sell. (You won't find the normal name brands here.), but their Mastercraft tires on my minivan ride quiet and handle a snowy CA-58 over Tehachapi with general ease.

Once again had the most easy experience! They have great customer service and really care about the people that come in even if it’s for patching a tire for free! Carlos helped me out today and he was very efficient and very friendly! Always recommend them and will never go anywhere else!!!

Potholes are not covered like they say. Potholes going into Arizona are so bad. It messed up my alignment so bad that my tires were worn down in a week. I was told that it's not covered because it's not the tires fault there was a pothole. If we use that logic, it's not the tires fault it ran over a nail either. They say they will cover whatever the road throws at you. That's a lie. Not happy. Won't go back and will be talking to the business I referred there so they don't take their vans there anymore. Done say you cover all road hazards including potholes and not stand by that when a tire was worn in a week directly because of potholes. I also have proof when I bought the tires, when I went to arizona because I have GPS location on my car at all times and many many news articles on the potholes in Arizona. They don't care. The staff at this Schwab Tire Center are so awesome. My son had a quote from another Schwab Tire Center and when he finally got the money saved up to get the repairs he wanted and needed to get, he went to this one. They didn't take advantage of him because of his young age, instead they took great care of him. They even were able to lower the estimate and most importantly, the final cost for the exact same repairs. Schwab at Callaway and Olive rocks and have definitely earned our business. Way to make a young man's hard earned money go further. Keep up the great job guys!!
