Terrible treatment, terrible communication and service. This was honestly one of the worst and most frustrating experiences I have had with a mechanic. My family has taken their vehicles here for years! I called to set up an appointment for a tune up and look over if a used car. Paid 350.00 for a tune and up fuel system flush...got the car back and a week later the wheels locked up and it wouldn't start. Called Leonard, he was less than pleasant and made me feel like an inconvenience. Took him 4 days to look at it and said nothing about it not staring, said their was a hole in power steering quoted 1200.00 worth of work, not once mentioning the car was still not starting without having to intervene in some way. I said I cannot afford that right now, so he charged me 70 to add steering fluid. Picked up car, was not told it was still not starting on its own, drive it home and it would not restart. Called again he was rude and basically had to beg him to look at it! I was kind as I know I need a car and tbh scared of retribution. The car had no issues running at all prior to the tune up. He said it was the starter, I said are you sure he said as sure as I can be and it'll be another 450.00, this was after 2 days of sitting. I am still without a car 2 weeks later and feel like I had absolutely no support and definitely not confident in what is truly wrong with the car or in being treated as a customer. This was my experience and I am still left with a vehicle that did run and now does not.

I was following my father-in-law to drop his car off at the shop, and I hit one of those metal plates in the road that the city puts down. It immediately made my tire go down. Stopped by Precision Tune and the manager(as it was close) was nice enough to put my spare on for me at no charge. I called around, and Bruno had a low profile tire that would fit my car. I drove the 3 miles on my spare and was very pleased with his service. He really got me out of a pinch. I am forever grateful.

Our entire family and also tons of our friends have been coming to Leonard’s probably going on 15 years! Leonard knows his stuff and we totally trust him! Amy the office manager is the bomb!! So friendly ;)

Been having Leonard work on my Toyota Avalon and Lexus ES350 for the past 5 years or so and I could not be happier. As skilled or more so than any senior mechanic or automotive engineer on staff with the best dealership service shops. Honest, reliable and delivers at a fair price. What more can you ask?

Leonard and his team are amazing. Leonard is the type of guy who will never try to sell you any unnecessary services and is always looking out for the customer. He has saved me and my family thousands of dollars. Amy is awesome too, she is always so nice and hospitable. I drive 30+ minutes to have my car serviced at Leonard Imports because I trust him, and I know he will do right by me. Plus, it is a family business! If you are in the area consider yourself lucky and get your vehicle serviced here.
