This place is a bad shop !!! I just wanted to let anybody know if you take your car to this shop and they tell you there a O'Reilley's certified shop and there is a nationwide warranty for 24 months or 24.000 mile warranty on parts and labor they don't stand behind that ..it's just a sales pitch to get your money ......Don't take your car there they don't stand behind there work... they want to put in a faulty clutch that last 2006 miles and not replace it when it has a warranty you try and talk to them there very unprofessional hang up on you avoid your calls no communication very rude ...This is the worst shop I ever dealt with they take advantage of disabled people too .Then when you get upset because of being treated the way they treat you it's all your fault and they won't fix the problem they caused ...They take no accountability ....don't waste your money ..hope you enjoyed your vacation Joel !!!! No need to worry about your customer you left without a car that didn't run or even move for that matter..after reading some of the other reviews I'm not the only one that you have done this to ...THEY DONT STAND BEHIND THERE WORK ....DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ...because I never would of thought a clutch would of ever went out with only 2004 miles on it he accuses me of being dishonestJoel you didn't hear back about the clutch for so long because who would of thought the clutch was out ..we thought the tranny was out and didn't even think about the warranty on the clutch you installed the funny thing is when proven to you with pictures of the clutch that it was the problem..you gave your word to replace clutch just wanted paid for labor 600 .oowhen the clutch was 175.00. that is paying you twice to do the job you already been paid for that takes four hrs you did nothing but give false promises then lie and not follow threw.you didn't try to work with me you promised to do something and went on vacation and when you got back I had called the shop to many times because I didn't understand why you wouldn't inform the person in charge while you were on vacation that you had Already committed to replace the clutch that was installed wrong .,you have proved what kind of business you run it's a shame.The response lents gave was incorrect the only reason waited to contact them is because thought it was tranny out who would of thought the clutch they just put in went out also when contacted you to address the issue got the run around and just to let folks know this is supposably a O'Reilley's certified shop that guarantees there parts and labor ...well that's not true either you proved it ...

I live nearby and was in a bind. I called early and their staff was super friendly and supportive. They did a nice hold over patch job (which I asked for) until I had time to get my car properly worked on. Their friendliness and assertiveness was exceptional. Highly recommend.

Fast, responsive, honest, good prices, communicative, etc. Worth traveling from Seattle to go to this shop. I live/travel in my converted Promaster. A shop in Seattle took 2 days and over $400 just to tell me I had a leaking oil cooler, and that it would cost $1500 and 9 hours to replace it. So we drove down to Portland and made an appointment here on a rec from a friend of a friend. They were extremely communicative, and worked hard to get the van done quickly since I told them we had to get an AirBnB while it was in the shop. I brought some of my own parts (aluminum upgrades). Including the parts I brought, I got the following done for about $1800: - Oil cooler, oil pressure sensor, temperature sensor, filter - Serpentine belt and two pulleys - Coolant crossover and thermostat housing - PCV valve Throughout the 2 days, they called and updated me multiple times, recommended the pulleys, and told me about stuff that didn't need replacing yet. The totals came in hundreds under their estimate.

Took my 66 C10 in for full service and that's what I got. Wow! Great experience, after to many bad interactions with shaddy mechanics, this shop has started to restore my hope with humanity. Best customer service ever! Straight up communication! Props to Joe at old parts lol...

I have a 2005 Chevy Tahoe and these guys have done several things to my truck. always honest and timely for sure. This is the only shop I take my vehicle to. I plan on bringing it in again to have several things upgraded and fixed. I always feel good when I get my truck back from these guys. Customer service is fantastic.

Had them replace the starter on my honda element. They were significantly cheaper than the other 5 places I called to and the person on the phone was easy to talk to. I had my car towed there and they confirmed the diagnosis. They found a brand new part for one hundred bucks less than they originally quoted me! Fast service, very kind friendly guys working there. Would definitely go again.

Lentz Automotive made our 35-year-old car run like it just came off the lot in 1987. Joel and his crew stand by their work. They made sure that every part was right and installed correctly. If a part is defective, they will not charge extra to replace it. Joel and his crew are friendly and professional. We had problems finding a shop that would fix or replace our carburetor. Not even Broadway Toyota wanted to touch it. Lentz swapped out carburetors for us until we found one that actually worked right. True to their word they did not charge for the extra labor. Everything that needed to be replaced was replaced. The engine with 300,000 miles on it was rebuilt with a 7 year/100,000-mile warranty. Along with our new tires, struts and brakes, the car rides like a dream. The car shows its 35 years, but I wouldn’t change it for anything. It is one of a kind. Like me.
