DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP THEY ARE RUDE AND RACIST... If I can get less than one star I would I simply pulled up to get my battery cord tightened and was treated rudely they wanted to charge me $20 to simply tighten a screw on the battery. THEY PLAY LIKE THEY DON'T SPEAK ENGLISH UNLESS YOU SPEND MONEY .. BAD BUSINESS BAD ENERGY

I KNOW THAT I'LL GET JUSTICE, THRU THIS REVIEW. It cost me $300 when all it needed was a $2 part. 👎This place should be called 50/50 chance guesstimate auto repair. I got ripped off on this visit , but I thought I'd give this independent minority owned business a chance LMFAO. I already knew that a small radiator hose was leaking after having it pressure tested at an advanced auto repair facility with certified techs, didn't have time to go all the way back there so. So I brought it to this place that I cringe having to go to since they've jerked me around before and only bcuz they are close by. One of there so called Master techs insisted that it was a leaking radiator after giving it guesstimate checked, they don't have pressure testing equipment bcuz they have experience and know what they are doing. So OK. They gave the replacement job to a nitwit goofball. After replacing the part, to speed up the job, he left a handful of screws off and just replaced the corner one's that somewhat held it down and zip tied the others if needed. The Manager 👎knew that it wasn't a leaking radiator and just a hose but continued with the full replacement. I now know that if you have a major repair job, take it to a full service honest facility with certified schooling trained technicians and not guesstimate techs. You will come out ahead in the long run. Ohh and on the evening visit before I had been quoted one price and on the day of repair the price conviently went up double . GOOD LUCK WITH YOUR Repair. 😎 Sucker

I went to there get a use tire they wanted to charge me $135 but when my nephew went there he got charged $40.its a man world it's just not fair

Those guys are honest and fair. They do my oil changes, tires, and brakes. They just replaced the side .mirror and back tail light cover. Very good price. They can do it all.

In the four times I've visited Legacy Tire & Muffler shop, their rates have been great. Whether it's a simple tire rotation or in need of a tire valve replacement, they consistently deliver exceptional results and satisfy me every single time. Hopefully, I don't need to come for another tire replacement, but if there ever comes a time, I will know where to go.

I went to fix my bumper tied up and was told to Google it and that he can’t work right now. Mechanic was so rude didn’t even want to talk to me. Why would I go to a mechanic if I can Google it. I got their 1 hr before closing time. Stay away from this place!

If I could give this place a ZERO i would. I went to get new catalytic converter less than a month ago but right when i left the place I new something was wrong with my truck not running good went back and they said they where not right so they worked on it so i left when they finished. 3 weeks later my truck stared messing up again and i took it to the mechanic and they said its the catalytic converters so i said well they gave me a one year warranty ill go back to the muffler place. I get there and show them the paper and explain what was wrong they denied to help me and said nothing was wrong with there work that the maching said everything was right i keep telling them no thag i knew something was not right he was real rude at me and didnt help me at all or didnt even respect that they have me a 0ne year warranty BE CAREFUL WITH THIS if you go. I went to another place down the road and they said one catalytic was broken and the other one was clogged this people are lyers and dont respect for what you pay. Yes i have proofs

Had brakes changed. Nothing wrong with my rotors,,,,they started grinding. Took it back. Is they blame it on rotors that got messed up because of their work. I will report this business and see in court…this is not right!
