I got quick service after a battery failure. I brought it in without an appointment and they said they would take a look if they had time at the end of the day, and they did. Finished up early the next morning. And their shuttle brought me home and picked me up next morning. I’ve been going to Lee since 2007 and they’ve been good to me.

Do not waste your time with this dealership. High pressure sales tactics and try to hide the true cost of the car. They refuse to negotiate at all and give a very low offer on trade in. They refused to even look at what other dealers offered me for my trade. I will never buy a car from this dealership

A different garage had supposedly fixed an issue with my car a couple of times. By the third time the issue cropped back up I was all done with them. A family member referred me to Lee Toyota. Every person I spoke with at Lee Toyota was kind, professional, and efficient. They listened to me, explained everything clearly, and actually fixed my car. I couldn't be more pleased.

All the people I met at Lee Toyota were extremely helpful and pleasant. The process after the sale in finance was terrible , trying to sell warranties and other after market items. The finance guy was grateful

I was given false information. I called before I showed up and I was told I could use my debit card to purchase the car. I told them the amount too. Androscoggin Bank Approved using the card for 40k. When we were getting ready to pay for the car the finance kid said no. Now I’m Al Lee has a lofty personal balance sheet and Lee Auto makes a profit annually. January may be slow and sales may be down for the first month of the year. 40% of your total customers may use a cashiers check but using a debit card for a small percentage of customers shouldn’t break the bank. If anyone is buying a car for 30k and you are eating 5% interest using you’re card it’s only $1,500. That’s the cost of doing business for Lee. And it’s bad business to have someone come in, who is in a real hurry and called ages of time, for you to then require a chief check. The car is ok - I’m getting rid of it when I get to the South to the Carolinas but I’ll be sure to let everyone know that Lee is one to practice bad business and you are not in business for your customer. Kyle was great. Everyone else gets an F for service in Toyota Topsham including Al Lee. And shame on you as business owners.

I even though I live like 40 minutes away from Topsham and was servicing my new car I bought from Lee at another Toyota service location I decided to go back to where I bought the car. From the moment I walked in the door the service department did everything efficiently, all the while being very customer focused. Great people there and I felt well cared for. A great waiting room area and I just sat back and read my emails etc and soon I get a text that my car was ready! I am defintely staying with Lee Toyota in topsham for my service needs! P.S I still love my new car!

I was extremely pleased with the quality of communication, the warmth of the staff and the efficiency of the process. Took 4.5 hours for a battery recall that was estimated to take 2 hours maximum. Staff did not call to update on when car would be ready. A battery recall which should have been 100% covered by Toyota costs $350. Staff was not very friendly either.
