Great place! Oil change and tire rotation for about $80. Even though they were busy, they said that I am more than welcome to just leave the car there for a couple hours and then they'll call me when it's ready. They also gave me a $10 off coupon when paying. Give it a try for oil changes and tire rotations.

I was pretty optimistic about this place until they stole $600 from me. I brought my car in to fix a rattling noise that I heard coming from the front passenger side of my vehicle. A few hours after dropping the car off, one of the technicians told me I needed a new wheel bearing. This was hard to believe because wheel bearing don't make rattling noises but rather humming or grinding sounds. Without too much hesitation I reluctantly agreed to have them replace the wheel bearing. Little did I know the bill would be $600. After the work was done I realized the rattling noise was still there. I was furious. I brought my car back into the shop a few days later to have them take one more look. This time they came back and said I needed new front struts. They were hoping they could squeeze $1200 out of me for the new job. I said that was way too much and asked if could they provide me with some sort of discount for the hassle. They told me the best they could do was 10% off the total price. I couldn't believe my ears. They were already overcharging for the job but to not offer a discount is unbelievable. In my opinion the job should have been done for free or at a hefty discount because I did not come into their shop for a new wheel bearing. All I wanted was for them to replace what was rattling. Why couldn't they have found the noise to begin with? These people could care less about you but care more about your money. I hope maybe they could make this right in the future but I am not holding my breath. Free oil change???

The staff here is God sent!!! I got a flat tire, not from this area. They went above & beyond to get approval, exchange the tire & get me out the door within less than an hour. THANK YOU.

I really wanted to like this place, they're personable enough in the front office. But their mechanics are either not professionally trained or ill supervised. I'm a driveway mechanic and at least know my own vehicles better than most owners. I brought them problems multiple times that I had diagnosed with a specific request that wasn't met. Worse yet I got the vehicle back with new problems that they 100% caused. Some of these problems I'm only now finding that I'm getting back into working on the vehicle myself. Examples are grounding straps that aren't reattached and incorrect hose clamp applications. Why would these things matter? Rounding and bonding is in place for multiple reasons including preventing electrical damage into wheel bearings, something you don't hear a lot about but does happen. Putting a mechanical hose clamp on in place of a factory spring clamp or fuel line clip will work for a while but will eventually cut into the line and cause a leak. They definitely don't know automotive AC. I was there enough to notice that they have a lot of repeat business. In my case it was multiple visits for the same issue without resolution. They aren't overpriced but if they don't fix the problem it's not worth it at any cost of time or money. Two stars because they aren't crooks and I don't think they overcharge.

They quote me $748.81 to change cooler water pump that I changed it for half the price ($335.43) somewhere else in the same street from this workshop. I understand there should be a difference in price between shops but double the price is insane. I made sure I changed the pump to the original Toyota pump so it’s not less price because it’s a knockoff or something. I had to pay $172 only for the diagnose at this workshop. Now I consider it’s the price to learn the lesson not to come back again.

I have been going to Lee Rollins for years! Trust worthy employees and they make me feel like family! As a Woman I would get intimidated or hate going to the mechanics but after finding Lee Rollins over a decade ago, I never go anywhere else!

Stopped by to see if I could get someone to look at my left brake caliper, as it was making a clunking noise. When I walked in, an older man (Bob) was behind the desk. It took him over 5 min to even acknowledge me. He wasn’t on the phone and no one was in the lobby. It was weird, awkward. When he finally asked me what I needed and I then explained, he told me that they didn’t have time to look. He didn’t offer to book me an appointment to come back, rather just said, “thank you”.. like in the sense of, we’re good, we don’t need your work - thanks! And after that, he just went back to looking at his computer screen. Nothing else was said. I was a bit stunned at his lack of professionalism, courtesy, and friendliness to say the least. Place feels a bit defeated and depressed, so I guess the attitude goes with the territory.

Straight forward service with no hassle. Priced reasonably, within the area. I got quotes from 4 other shops for 4 new tires and balancing, and they all were within 10 bucks of each other. The service guy explained all my options for tires with zero forced up-sale. I like that in a mechanic. The photos are of my old tires.

We've been going there since we've moved here 30 years go. They still do the best work at the very fairest price. We have had different cars over the years from a classic Mustang, Jaguars and 3 high-end Lexus' - we wouldn't go anywhere else for service because this place is good and has fair pricing.

It used to be a good business. But they have new staff who are somehow incompetent and their new customer service is extremely poor (Bob I guess?). They did a simple battery change for my car and consequently they messed up my computer system. They did not take responsibility for that and confronted me in a very rude way (after 6 years of giving them business). They are no more reliable!
