After an issue we had, Andrew from sales reached out to me, he has been absolutely amazing to work with. Very nice and communicative, this whole situation almost made us have to cancel my daughter’s 10th birthday that we had planned/paid for in advance. I have been very happy with my purchase at Lee Nissan in Topsham and this has further solidified that I chose the right place. If you go here they will treat you right and help you anyway they can.

Lee Nissan Topsham Service Center always exceeds my expectations. Especially for a dealer service center. Every time I bring in one of my vehicles, they always been able to diagnose the problem. The mechanic himself came out to explain in detail what the issue was. He also told me of the band-aid fix until the proper part could come in to make it "like new". The staff there are very friendly and helpful. They are also very compassionate when the repairs are outside of the unexpected and understand when I need time to think about the order of the repairs. I called back the day after one of my service appointments and I spoke with the lady who assisted me the day before and she remembered my name and the services that I had asked for the day before. They also do a complimentary check of the primary components (breaks, tires, windshield wipers, etc.) so that you know what needs to be replaced and what will need to be looked at in the future. They also provide a complimentary spray down of the outside of the vehicle, so it always looks great when you leave. I do wish however that the invoices were a little more detailed and itemized.

They did 14 hard inquiries without asking me. Then proceeded to send me a quote 3,500 over MSRP with a 14.5 APR%. They called numerous times throughout the night and had my information sold on the dark web.

Took a family member's car in to the dealer to check the clutch. Turns out it was about dead again, which I say because while it was under full powertrain coverage they refused to fix a broken clutch on this car, blaming the driver for the clutch dying in less than 10k miles. The new clutch just got put in at 31k miles and rather than admit they were wrong and the car is a lemon, they quoted more than $3,000 to fix a car worth $12k new. Avoid this place like the plague.
