I am delighted to report that everything about my experience with Lee Nissan of Topsham, ME was absolutely top notch. It is a 'smallish' dealership (I felt like I was part of the 'family'-:) and perhaps that's the difference. My interaction was 90% with Ryder Drinkwater (very cool character AND knows his stuff); however, ALL of the staff were equally courteous/respectful and professional. I never had to wait on the cue to talk with someone either on-site or on the phone (unheard of these days) and followup responses were incredibly timely. Seriously, how many of us these days can state that we've been treated, as the old maxim says, 'The customer is always right! ? Whether or not this happens to be true is beside the point: It IS important that the customer feels this way. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS!! Richard from Portland, ME

Always can be counted on to take care of my car 2013 Nissan Rogue. Had brake problems! They checked all brakes machined the rotors and put on new pads. Runs like new! The customer service is top shelf. Great team work and performed the repairs quickly.

Excellent experience with the buying process for a new 2025 Frontier. The salesman was very helpful. Took all the time needed to go through the Settings and driver controls once the purchase was done. He was also patient with me pre-sale as I had them ready a truck to test drive, only to change my mind which required them to prep another one. I'm a previous owner of Nissan, and have been happy with their service department too.

I spoke with Casey today who is the service manager. She is unaware of who the state inspector is as she thinks it's division by division. She tried to hide behind legal posturing about a vehicle when there was no discussion about a specific vehicle. They are not holding up their end of a deal with a 3rd party warrenty. However, it is simple enough for them to pull the transmission and send it back to nissan and put a new one in for a loyal customer as its their doing that the 3rd party warrenty is not being honored. As a dealership, it is common practice to take advantage of customers because what they want them to do is buy a new vehicle and be put into payments instead of making things right. Do not entertain going to this establishment. Casey has zero idea what she is talking about.

Kevin Cough was amazing! Absolutely no pressure. He listened to what I wanted; we had relaxed test drive even in snow & rain. Seamlessly did all his steps plus patiently walking me thru ALL new-to-me systems. AND gave me significant discount off MSRP. I hadn't planned to buy on that 1st visit but I delightedly left w brand new car. Kevin even moved all my junk from old car to new, while sleet fell out of the sky! And Max in Finance, again relaxed competent no pressure no weird salesperson games. Thank you Lee Nissan. And thanks for supporting important causes I hold dear.

Lee Nissan of Topsham, I have no complaints. Ashley was amazing and through. She gave me options to choose from, heard my needs and wants and was exceptionally amazing to work with. The only issue but it was resolved fairly quickly was financing. We got to the interest rate I was finally comfortable with that fit my credit rating. I would highly recommend this dealership

I am very happy with my Tacoma, but I will not be purchasing from this location again. Our salesperson was great, but the finance department is either terribly overworked or needs a refresher in customer facing service. They were very unhelpful and frankly rude to deal with.

I highly recommend Lee Nissan in Topsham, ME for anyone interested in purchasing a vehicle. My experience buying my first car from there was fantastic, and I am absolutely thrilled with my purchase. Greg, the salesman I worked with, was incredibly helpful, he was very informative throughout the process. He was also very patient with me, as I had numerous questions due to it being my first time buying a car and frequently changing my mind. Moreover, when I finally selected my car, the dealership went above and beyond by offering to pick me up and drive me to the dealership to collect my new vehicle, which was especially thoughtful considering the distance I had to travel. In conclusion, I am extremely satisfied with both the car I purchased and the overall experience at Lee Nissan.

Friday, November 1, 2024 I had my Nissan Rogue 2023 serviced: oil change, tire rotation, and check on all points. In addition, the car was washed and it was shiny!! Thank you!! I didn't see Kevin this time. One of the salespersons there saw me and told me that Kevin switched his day off and that's why he wasn't there. Kevin was instrumental in getting my rogue 2023 and Chris Rice was the one who reported to me using his iPad that he checked all points using a machine he said, and everything is in green, not needing any repair. I told him if there are anything wrong with anything on his list, then I will write to Nissan and told them to put better parts in the Rogues because I only have it for 20 months! Chris did a great job taking good care of my vehicle and I need it to be safe for me to drive back and forth to work, Wiscasset to Portland and back, about 100 miles a day. The winter is also coming and I need to stay alive even at my 75 years of age and still teaching in person in Portland, Maine. Thank you for having great leadership, which trickle down to great workers providing customers with great service!! In these days and age, this kind of service is hard to find especially when stress, pressure, and hate are obviously going around and kindness and caring is so needed to give out vibes of love!! I am Ina and Lee will always be for me!!

Kevin, Max and Greg were an amazing team to work with at lee credit express of Topsham! After so many dissapointments at multiple other dealerships, all 3 of them went right to work as soon as I sat down. They checked in frequently and kept me updated trough the whole process. After losing hope, and having to turn away a couple of their offers that were out of my price range, they still continued days after to find me my perfect car. After a couple days, I was able to drive off in my new car! Thank you guys, I can finally feel safe again in a car! You made this experience an unforgettable one!

The initial visit when buying my truck was good - a little back and forth and working to get me a deal they thought would work. It wasn't until 18 months later when you see the real "car experience" when my lease was coming due. Instead of trying to get your business and doing what they could, I was made to feel like I was bothering the salesman. On top of that, you find out about the extra charges that weren't explained or pointed out and then you get stuck with the bill. When dropping the keys off on my final day of having the truck, I was met by a salesman or some other office minion and told me to expect a bill for whatever mileage (that's a whole different story) and wear and tear. I just wanted five minutes to have things explained to me and help me understand why I would want to buy out the lease for an extra $13k - I was upset and this arrogant office person instead of explaining things to me, gave me this "tough crap" face and said it's in the app... So I have to read the full app and all the menus to know what hidden charges there are. Shame on me for not knowing these things, but shame on them for not disclosing these things. Lee is not for me! Hope you have better luck.

To any management or staff that saw my negative review I would like to retract what I said. I was absolutely out of line and I’d like to give an actual review of my most recent experience. This was my second lease through Lee Nissan and both times were easy and desirable enough for me to drive 90 minutes from my home where there are 4 surrounding Nissan competitors. Andrew was who I most frequently spoke to and went out of his way to accommodate my financial needs. He was extremely easy to reach regardless of phone, text or email. Upon arrival I found the staff was welcoming and positive as well as knowledgeable. Ashley took me through the entire vehicle explanation and signing my paperwork with Greg was super easy and hilarious as he is great about cracking jokes when the time is right. The whole team stayed late that day just to accommodate me and I will absolutely plan to return to Lee for my next lease. I wrote something that was very negative based on a huge misunderstanding that I take responsibility for. These are great people and I recommend them highly.
