I highly recommend this place! They were so friendly and fast, really great customer service! My car got broken into last night in downtown Oakland and I was all stressed out this morning. I called Le Auto Glass, they had me pull up instantly and fixed my window on the spot. Look no further, this is a place to go!

Honest. Efficient. And competitive rate. First time with smashed window, called a quite a few for availability and quote, and Le Auto Glass had the best price. Hope to never come back but if I ever need to I now know where to go.

I have lost track of how many times I have had my windshield(s) replaced here over the years. I won’t go anywhere else. They just do great work at a great price. Low overhead, and the woman who owns the place is just so sweet. I miss their old location a bit (thanks Oakland), but I feel safe and welcome here, with my car in good hands. Highly recommended.

I got my car broken into a few weeks ago and needed one of the windows replaced quickly since it was about to storm. This place gave me a reasonable quote and was able to accommodate me dropping off my car after work. Very fast service and they even vacuumed my car. Not to mention, very friendly!

Great service! We needed the car window replaced as someone broke in, yet again, to steal nothing. This window replacement service is ridiculously good. All in all it's easier, and faster, than a car wash. I called and they were very flexible with scheduling. I scheduled next only because that was my first availability, they were willing to rush it same day if I really needed. Next day they called one hour ahead to remind me of the appointment and make sure I get the address right. I got there, they were ready for me, and said it will be ready in a bit over on hour. They underpromised and overdelivered, it was all done in half an hour. Including cleaning up the broken glass from the seats, etc. Did I mention their prices are very good? I felt bad I didn't have cash on me to tip them. I didn't expect to tip at a repair shop, but it seemed unfair to pay so little for such great service.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND SUPPORTING THIS SMALL AND AMAZING FAMILY-OWNED BUSINESS! My car got hot wired so it is at the mechanic…and Bay Area luck…my rental car’s window got smashed 🙃 I am not exaggerating: I arrived at 9:23am and was out with a perfectly replaced window by 9:36am. I called the shop around 8:50am to inquire about pricing and provided the make/model of the car. Trang was very kind and told me I could come the same morning. Super fair and affordable pricing. My deductible is low ($250), but it was way more cost-effective to pay out of pocket. They have a welcoming, bright, and clean lobby with a bathroom to wait in. I made some coffee, but they finished so quickly that I didn’t even have time to savor it because it was still piping hot 😅 My rental car is even cleaner than before the window got smashed because they vacuumed every spec of dust…including the trunk! I am in awe at how meticulously and quickly they fixed my broken window. I hope I do not have to return, but if my window gets smashed again, I will only come here.

I was unfortunately late to my reservation yet they cleaned the glass out of my car and fixed the window in like thirty minutes. Their waiting room is clean, bright, and there are snacks offered. Additionally, restaurants are near if you don’t chose to wait there. Great customer service as well, very accommodating. They helped me drive my car in and out. Definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for a great place to do a car glass replacement.

Service was quick and great! My car got broken into, and went to this place. They offered me the most reasonable price to replace my window and I was able to come as quickly as I can. Finished the service in 20 mins, and they even vacuum all the broken glasses. Highly recommend

Wow, super friendly by phone, extremely efficient in-house. Literally a third of the cost the dealership quoted me. Take note: it’s on 17th AVENUE, not 17th street, people!! The owner said I’m not the only one who went to the wrong place first:)

I got my passenger front window smashed and needed an urgent replacement since a storm is coming, I made some phone calls and nobody had the size of window I needed. Le Auto Glass told me they would get it the next day, so I kept calling repair shops. Less than five minutes after hanging up with them Le Auto Glass called to confirm they had it! I was grateful they kept on looking and followed up! The estimate was totally reasonable and they got me in right away. My car was covered with glass and they carefully vacuumed it until it was clean. If I didn’t know I could not tell my window was replaced. The highlight was the people who run this business, Ms. Trang is super kind, she sent me to wait in a quiet room with two couches and a bathroom, all very clean. I had not had lunch and she recommended a place walking distance that was great! The technician fixing my window did a perfect job. Overall they helped me have a much less traumatic experience after the break in.
