Lazaro Car Mobil Corp Review I recently took my 2008 BMW 535xi to Lazaro Car Mobil Corp for a no-start issue. I initially had a great conversation over the phone with the mechanic. I suspected the starter was the problem and explained the symptoms. The mechanic agreed but informed me that a diagnostic would be done free of charge to rule out other issues like a seized motor, fuses, relays, etc., and that I would be notified of the definitive problem before any work started. However, this was not the case. After dropping off my car, I received a video the next day showing the car halfway dismantled. While this wasn’t the biggest issue, it was unexpected. I must say, they were very fast in repairing the vehicle and accommodating when it came to dropping off the car, aside from scraping the bottom of my BMW during drop-off. The price they charged was fair as well. The biggest issue arose after the repair. I paid and drove my car up the street, only to immediately notice a significant loss in engine power. My twin-turbo tuned engine lost about 70% of its power, and there was no turbo spool. Two new codes related to torque and low turbocharge air pressure appeared. I returned to the mechanic immediately and explained the problem, but they insisted nothing was wrong. Upon further inspection, I discovered that the charge pipe inlets were loose and a vacuum line was completely unplugged, which I had to repair myself. I have pictures of what they overlooked, which I will be adding to this review. Overall, I was very disappointed with their attention to detail. While they were quick to repair the vehicle and fair in pricing, the oversight and lack of acknowledgment of the issues post-repair were unacceptable.

Estoy muy satisfecha con la labor u rl trato y la experiencia en este taller. Eh llevado mi carro a varios talleres de mecánica y no pudieron resolver un problema del A/C. Y en este taller me lo arreglaron rápido y en buen precio. Estoy muy contenta y le recomiendo el taller a todos.

siempre he tenido cierta desconfianza con los mecánicos por experiencias pasadas. Encontrarme la tarjeta de Lazaro cambio mis perspectivas. Es una persona que aparte de ayudarte con el problema de tu vehículo te enseña realmente cuáles son las fallas, que necesitas hacer realmente y el porque hacerlo. Se nota la pasión. que tiene por su trabajo y lo familiar que es porque trabaja junto con su hijo. Ellos van al lugar donde tienes el vehículo y realmente te ayudan. Me gusta que hace una valoración de tu carro, te cubra mucho menos de lo que va a costar llevarlo a un taller y repito te enseña. El mejor mecánico a domicilio.
