I stood for ten minutes in front of two employees and no one acknowledge me until another female entered the collision office. The female was very rude and said they could evaluate my car in August since I might not use my insurance. I never plan to return to Kia's auto collision shop. People too rude and treated me as if i was invisible.

Poor customer communications on the part of staff led to a severe disparity between the initial estimate, and the total at the time of pickup. This was blamed on "oversights" by the technicians, and the system "being down". The front desk then expected full payment for all rendered, as well as future service and parts, (Offering financing as the only solution to the massive price hike.) and implying that refusing further work wasn't an option. These aggressive pay-seeking tactics, on top of an unapproved price difference, speaks volumes on this service center's priorities. To add insult to injury, the employee involved lost their temper when confronted about these indiscretions. Thankfully their supervisor was far more composed, and we were able to put the issue to rest. I suggest that anyone receiving service by this center, get a printed estimate before dropping off, and demand notification BEFORE the total exceeds a certain threshold. That way any "oversights" are addressed before the ink is set on the invoice.

Work quality was finominal. They got the job done a week or more sooner than I expected. Car seems better than new. Staff(Lisa) was very pleasant to work with and very professional.
