I was told to bring my car in on Monday and parts would be all in, so I did and found out one small part didn’t get place ordered. They were very apologetic and I had to come back on Wednesday from out of town. When I got ready to pay my leftover bill, to my surprise I was told ‘No need’. This body shop is highly recommended and they did an excellent job on repairing my vehicle!

Just recently got my 2021 Dodge Charger back. Not only did my car get repaired but they went a bit above and beyond to make sure I was happy. From the communication to the work itself, I would highly recommend Lawton Collision to anyone in the area. Thanks yall..

I went here based on a recommendation and they were right - this body shop is AWESOME! Gary is absolutely fantastic! He listened to me and did everything he could to help me. I continued driving my car until all the parts arrived. Once I dropped it off, they removed all the damaged areas and found additional damage. They went above and beyond when they found a damaged part that might have to be ordered (which could take weeks to get in) but was able to do fabrication work in the shop on that damaged part. They saved me time and money! My car was completed 2 days earlier than expected. I can't tell you how great this shop is! Highly recommend!!!

All the USAA "backed" body shops were too full to take my vehicle. I spent hours trying to find a place to have my vehicle towed to. They were willing to take my vehicle, and it was fixed as faster than any other place around here (February was the earliest). The vehicle looks as if it did before.

Horrible experience with Gary and Lawton Collision. Very dishonest, costing us months and financial hardship. After the recent hailstorm, Gary completed an estimate of damage on our car. It was 100% repairable and a repair date was set. Our insurance company, working with the shop issued our payment for the repairs, per Gary/Lawton Collision. We arrive for the repairs, months later to begin repairs and drop off the vehicle. Within 3 hours, our insurance company is calling & telling us the vehicle is a total loss per Gary at Lawton Collision. Keep in mind, THE DAMAGE HAS NOT CHANGED IN ANY WAY since the initial estimate by Gary himself. Gary wrote a supplemental estimate which totaled our car and the insurance company went with it and totaled our car. NOTHING CHANGED for damage, other than Gary just writing more on the supplemental estimate, which did not exist originally!!! This dishonest practice robbed months from us, all while expecting the vehicle to be repaired. My review may be an exception, but it is the God's honest truth of what happened. I called and spoke with Gary again, who had zero concern for what he did with inflating the damages, or is just 100% incompetent to begin with. The shop may reply, but know this is the truth of how were we deceived by Lawton Collision and employee Gary. Thank you.

My 2022 Kia was severely body damaged by the hail storm this past June. It took a while to get my car in the shop and once they had it, it took a while for all the repairs. The heat this summer/early fall has been too hot to paint during the day. Once my car was finally finished I wasn’t unable to pick it up because I had just had surgery. They put a little gas in it and drove it to my house 😍. I am so happy to have my car back. Not that I can drive anywhere but my car has been well missed. Every time I called to check on the progress, Lisa was very understanding and prompt in finding out its status. Gary called me with any updates to my insurance paperwork. I was pleased with their staff. I think many people would be upset in the time frame to repair but there were a lot of cars damaged and I believe they were doing the best they could with the given situation. If I had to have my car repaired in the future, Lawton Collision is where I would take her.

I had my 2021 ram p/u in for some body work while they did a good job the repair. The technician had did damage to the bumper with a hammer. Well when I found the damage to the bumper I went back to the shop and showed Gary. He went and asked why .Gary came back and told me the technician had did the damage..so we agreed on a solution to fix the issue with the bumper..so I was told he would write it up and request a the repair so after a week he told me that the bumper need replaced anyway so they don't need to replace it..the bumper may have had a small mark on it but it was my choice to make.on weather to keep it .not have them damage more..SO I SHORT DON'T GO HERE RUN RUN .my next stop is court to sue ..

By the time my truck was fixed, I felt like I was apart of this amazing collision repair family. They were all top notch experts and did a fantastic job on my 2018 Chevy Silverado when it was TBoned by a high, unlicensed 30 year old female who got out laughing after hitting me. This Collision center had to cut into my frame and did a PERFECT job! Ms. Lisa at the front end is so friendly, calm, and professional.

Excellent repair shop! Took my vehicle in on Monday at closing time and picked it up Thursday afternoon. This was not a minor repair. The workmanship is very good and so is the staff in the front office. Thank you for taking good care of my vehicles all 3 times.

Unfortunately, I had to have my car inspected and repair due to a collision, so I took it to Lawton Collision and it was worth it. I would highly recommend taking your vehicle here for any repairs! They are a USAA certified collision shop, they had great customer service, they fixed my vehicle completely and early and made sure I was informed along the way. Very positive exercise here and I recommend them! A+
