I went there to get my flat tire fixed and tire needs to be replaced, the guy who fixes the tires was very nice he directed me to the office to talk the agent. The guy that I talked was old(er) guy who had this car salesperson sleazy attitude…. I asked him to give the tire prices for one tire - cheap - medium and high end tire prices. He immediately told that I’ll give you the cheaply price so you can guess the prices hours up for the rest. Then before he got the actual number he said the cheapest -tire only- will be min $200! I told him I’m coming from the official service and they gave an estimate less that theirs. Then he wanted see the estimate which I provided; at that point his base price was the same and with labor tax etc he gave the total for 2 tires! I told him casually I’m interested in only one tire, he replied like he didn’t like me correcting it and said you said 2 tires, I said it’s not a big deal but no I said one tires; I can just guess the 1 tire price by dividing half… he was very rude!!! The whole lack of customer service etiquette was so off putting. Even the employees outside were shaking their heads. I would never go back!! There are so many other places that give perfect service!

They fixed my flat tire for $55 with a walk-in so great deal in the city. but how much they charge for tire rotation? I haven't bought my tires from them.

I have been coming here for years and they have always been professional, timely and helpful. This past weekend, I came in to get tires that I special ordered put on. In the past, I've come in whenever I had a flat. Plus they're open on Saturdays. I just want to thank Randy and the crew for their professionalism and hard work!!!

I have been going to Larkins since February 2021 and will return for all my tire needs. Jason, Randy, J.J., and the entire staff have been very helpful. They appreciate my interest in Michelin Primacy All Season tires. On many occasions they expressed patience in talking through my concerns. Their hours are more expansive than those of some other shops.

Skip it and just go to a larger company that will honor the warranty for work done!! Tried to go to a smaller shop that is sometimes faster and nicer, but a month later having issues and they won't fix it. Had car aligned about a month ago after buying new tires, shortly after noticed car was not staying straight if I let go of steering wheel but have been busy to take it back. Over weekend drove at higher speeds to go out of town and car was vibrating, so took it back today and the manager/owner wants to charge for another alignment. Says I probably hit something and messed it up, which I didn't. Alignment warranty is 90 days or 4000 miles on their receipt!!!

My wife and I were in town for one day for our wedding anniversary and we had an Issue with our car. So we brought it into Larkins. We Loved coming to this shop!! The manager was really nice to help my wife and I figure out what was wrong with our Rotors! the manager was able to help us last minute and saved us a lot of money because we ended up not having to replace our Rotors. He had one of the mechanics smooth the rotors out after they found hot spots on them. This shop is honest, they go above and beyond to help out their customers and I would definitely come back to get more work done on my wheels!

Amazing service , Jason is very straightforward, he told me my tires still good for another 10,000 miles .He is very friendly , very honest, they are the best place ever. I feel very comfortable. Had a screw in my front tire I founded last night then was able to get it fixed the following day. Larkin Bothers were fast and only charged me $35 for the fix. Great place. Everyone was nice and friendly. I even learned about pressure gauge valves. Thanks Larkin Brothers. Highly recommend.

I definitely recommend! I found out my partner has Costco, so I went with Costco for the rate. But if that wasn’t my other option, I would definitely go with Larkin Brothers. Great customer service and a fast turnaround for tire ordering with no complicated drop off options

Quick tire repair for $55. Found a small nail in the tire that was losing pressure, but also found a broken-off screw in one of my other tires and removed it to prevent further damage.

I won't be going here again! Larkin Brothers changed and balanced a set of tires for me. It was a bit expensive, but I wanted to go to a reputable shop. I asked them to check wear on the front brakes and the guy, who appeared to be the manager, said it was a good thing they checked as I had only 10% left. He estimated the repair would cost $550. Rather than have Larkin Brothers do the repair, I made an appointment with my regular mechanic and took the car in a few days later. My mechanic said there was still 70% left on the front brakes and there was no need to have them replaced. I don't know if Larkin Brothers would have ended up replacing the brakes if I had gotten them to do the work, but I don't trust them after this error.

Honest and fast. I needed to repair my run flat tire and was turned down by multiple shops. They all said I needed to replace all four tires ($1800!). Larkins Brothers helped me out in a pinch and saved me a ton of money! They fixed the tire quickly and I was on my way. Tire is still perfectly fine 2000+ miles later.
