Bad service Took my trailer to replace Axle bushings and alignment after that was a Thursday when got there they told may be ready by Monday...called then they said till Tuesday and got prolonged til Thursday again ...since Wednesday they said was ready but were working on the invoice...finally Thursday got the call my trailer was ready....I had a load those that you gotta be right there ASAP...so just checked visually the job and left but when I got to the warehouse had time to check all and check also the invoice....they charged me $262 too much for the axle bushings adjusters ( the big round washers) as new when they put all new but using the all washers....due to time constraints on my side took pictures and call the secretary who usually works remotely she agreed to take a look on it but the following Tuesday I was refunded to my credit card $262....the job was decent the facilities are awful like driving around moon craters...and for a job that didn't required so long absolutely would not ever come back there....Honesty upfront bring back customers instead actions telling me day after day giving excuses get people like me away...time is bussines Update as 09/30/2022 They may had put used bushings since trailer tires got waves all over and got to replace 4 bad tires due to bad bushings plus do trailer alignment again NEVER NEVER NEVER go back even close to that awful place....

The worst mechanics. Irresponsible and robbers. I will never ever come back to this location. They are un professionals and will take your money. Better go to Suarez Truck repair shop across the street about a mile away. Charged 218 hundred dollars for a manifold and and airbrake Bulb and Alarm came on. When i asked what the alarm is he told me that i didn't pay good money that's why an Alarm. That means pay us good or we will destroy your truck.
