Today 12/5/24 I just got my wife’s pick up truck out of their shop, I initially needed them to do an alignment, I knew the truck had brake issues and possible shocks needed replacement, well, a day later, the truck comes out with let’s say x amount $, a little high, over $5-600 but you know what? They called me to advise me of those issues before I decided whether or not to get them fixed, of course I knew but after all, it’s my wife’s truck and her life is worth more than a few hundred bucks. They’re honest and have considerably affordable fees. I highly recommend them.

Im going to be very honest about my experience here with laredo alignment specialists.They are dishonest and not trustworthy.Maybe they do help out people they know,but I got ripped off honestly.I went for alignment and break pads and rotors resurfaced I was charged 500 dollars.I mean I dont have a problem with their cost but as long as the job is done right and well.They said my truck was ready and 100% good.The next day I go on the highway and my truck steers to one side very bad.I wanted to check it out with another trustworthy alignment shop to see what was wrong and the other alignment shop said its not possible alignment had been done on my truck because I need the caster bolt kit.With that evidence I can now say these people are not honest and decieving.They didnt even give me a receipt or anything.They told me they dont give receipts there.My advice take your vehicles somewhere else.
