Thry have a towtruck they can refer you to, pulled up in literally 5 minutes to take my car.. I originally found them for my friend a few weeks ago they fixed her heater and wiring problems in her Altima. I ended up having my Camry towed here a few days ago and they had it running in a few hours. Also I didn't know I dropped some money in between my seat and when I got my car back it was visible in the daytime STILL THERE.. they earned my trust. They are reasonable and tell you the cost of everything as they go before they do it.

I was referred here by someone who said they've been using him for almost 40 years Mr Lang answer the phone when I called and I mentioned the gentleman who referred me, twice actually, and both times he redirected the conversation and asked me what was wrong with my vehicle

I am changing my review of this shop. When the original engine on my Toyota 4Runner was replaced with a remanufactured engine, one of the bolts connecting the crankshaft to the flywheel was broken off and no one from this shop bothered to tell me about it! Eventually, the flywheel broke off! Some electrical work had been done and the conduit for the electrical harness was removed and never replaced with another conduit to protect the wiring harness. It caused further electrical problems! The power steering pump was replaced and it keeps leaking. These people are very dishonest! I've spent a lot of money trying to get my vehicle fixed and running properly while these people just messed up my vehicle. Bunch of liars and crooks! 😞😕🤐👎

I get my inspection here annually and I came in a couple of days ago just to ask a question about my battery. The tech took his time and explained in detail what I needed. Very helpful.

Stay away from this shop!!!! I been dealing with them for years I thought Lang was honest. I went there because my key wouldn’t come out my ignition. He gave me a price of 392.00 I told him to fix it then he called back the next day and said it was going to be a little more. He said it’s going to cost 795 I didn’t agree to that, so he called back and said he could bypass it for 250 I told him no give me my truck back because I did some research and found out all he had to do was unplug it so I did it myself took 2min. Come to find out all I need was 8 dollar part some gear shift bushings. So be aware they are crooks.

Friendly staff. I've been here 3-4 times. They work efficiently and fairly quickly with repairs. The prices are very similar to dealership fees. I would rather go to dealership to get a loaner car if I'm spending the same amount of money. All my work done has only been $20 difference from dealership.

Mr Lang is honest and professional. Was able to quickly diagnose the issue with my vehicle. The quote was a third of what I was quoted at another chain store. The lady at the front desk is polite. I highly recommend this shop.

Update: Wanted to provide an update to my original post. I went back to Lang's after they initially inspected my brakes. The problem I was having was that the car would tremble when I would gently press on the brakes. They took it for a test drive with me in the car and identified the issue right away (a warped rotor). They were very upfront with me about my options. Very fair price and a quick repair. What I liked most was that they kept me in the loop during the whole process. They even called me when my car was ready (unlike many mechanics). Since then, I have recommended Lang's to both my father and my youngest brother, who also had nothing but positive experiences. We have found our family mechanic and I always recommend Lang's to my friends and colleagues who are in search for an honest, reliable mechanic. Original Post: After hours of researching where to take my car to inspect my brake pads, I couldn't pass up Lang's after reading all the great reviews. I'm usually EXTREMELY skeptical of mechanics given past experiences. Lang's did a visual inspection of my brakes and told me everything looks fine and that I wouldn't need to change my front pads for another 3-6 months depending on my usage. I was extremely pleased by the honesty. Will definitely be doing business with them again and recommending them to friends and family! We need more honest, family-owned businesses like this in our city!

I had wrecked my car, and I took it to one mechanic and they charged me $1,800 and still didn't fix the most important things. They fixed the problem. And I came out less expensive. Customer service is A-1. Now I feel safe and confident .

I have been meaning to write a review for 2 weeks now. I must say, I am thoroughly satisfied with my experience at Lang's. My a/c wasn't blowing cold as it should and I needed a valve cover gasket and Vtech solenoid replace. Lang completed the repair for a great price. The a/c was recharge but still didn't work properly. Lang explained to me that my compressor was old and dirty along with my condenser. The extended warranty I pay for (Endurance) first provided the compressor but later provided the condenser after Lang said that both needed replacing. The amount of money they saved me was huge. My car runs excellent and the air is too cold now...lol. Will have all major repairs done hear...My car is a 2010 Honda Civic LX with 160K.

Don’t judge a book by its cover. The place needs renovation but I’m a regular customer for 5 years now. Honest and accurate repairs and less costly than other independent mechanics. The recommendations to keep good functioning parts like air filter or break pads after checks keep maintenance cost reasonably low. Highly recommended for good value on your money for a great car service. Bring your car early in the day as the shop tends to get busy after 9:30 am.
