Easy to book appointment over the phone but automated text confirming appointment was for wrong time on set date. Last name was misspelled in the system so made it challenging for service person to locate my records. No communication on how long total service would take so waited 3 hours then was approached by service manager whose comment was that my service advisor had left for lunch and didn’t tell him that he had someone waiting on service. Nice clean lobby. A little frustrating but glad service was done.

Very Disappointed with the qualify work that we received, we took our vehicle in running perfectly fine, when we got it, it ran like a piece of JUNK, will never go there again, was going to trade and get our 3rd Range Rover Sport, but after that bad experience with the service department, we refused to trade there, and went and traded for a BMW X6 M Competition, but Mr. Jim is awesome, the best service man we’ve ever experience, thank. You. Floyd Langford is awesome as well, they both are very upstanding guys.

My experience at LandRover Birmingham was great. My care was taken in immediately for back brakes, they were finished within a day. My service rep Leeman was very thorough and kept me informed on the service being performed and upcoming services for my car.

Awesome experience! I normally request Leyman to oversee the maintenance process of my vehicle. He oversaw my previous 2 Range Rover maintenance plan and ensured that they remained in tip top road ready shape. He was off this day so I went with Jim. Jim provided me with a step by step analysis of what needed to repaired to include a couple of critical repairs. He kept me abreast of the repair process and delivered the vehicle on-time as promised! A lot of money was spent but the experience eliminated all of the stress and anxiety that usually goes with this process. The Range Rover experience remains top notch regardless of if it’s Jim or Leyman!

I was utterly disappointed and dissatisfied with your service. Firstly, to have my truck in your possession for 8 days after telling me it'd be done the day of is insane. Additionally, it was your dealerships fault that the warranty wasn't being honored, and you all blamed them and took no accountability. Then, I had to call to get it resolved. Then, to come this morning and not be greeted for the second time is inexcusable especially with the poor service you have provided. Lastly, my truck has been sitting outside for 8 days and no one even had the decency to spray it off or clean it. No discount or even apology was offered and that’s sad. I will travel to Jaguar Huntsville from now on because I have never experienced such inadequate service without any acknowledgment. It's inexcusable.

I had a scheduled appt for an oil change, tire rotation and a problem with a low battery message popping up for several days in a row. When I got there, he said that a battery test added on to the visit would take up to 4 hours to get it all done, and. if I wanted to get a warranty battery it had to be done. I live an hour away and was alone, and they had no rental cars. I was afraid to reschedule as I could be stranded with a bad battery. I told them to just replace it without the test to save time, still waited 3 hours without the test and was charged over $500 for the battery with labor. My husband texted the service guy as the service was taking place and asked that they test the battery after they replaced it and let us know if it was bad. I also texted him on the way home, but he never even responded to either of us and it was the number he gave me to communicate with him. $823 visit with no respect for the FEMALE customer.
