If I could give 10 stars I would. The Gentleman with all the Tattoos and Man Bun is a class act. From one phone call to get my tire in stock same day; to the install. Friendly,quick,thorough but most importantly respectful. I’ll be back with some friends. Thank You again for the service.

Arboretum Location: Staff is always friendly (especially Andrew K.) and answer all my questions, give helpful advice w/out giving me a sales pitch. They do a good job w/oil changes, lights & air/cabin filters replacements. When tire pressure gets low, Andrew takes care of it right away, no waiting. I appreciate the effort they make to keep customers happy.

Update January 2025 -- Andrew S. at this location went ABOVE and BEYOND for his customers. I had moved to a new city and bought my tires 2+ years ago and the warranty while still valid had all kinds of issues. Andrew spent HOURS of his time making sure the warranty I purchased held up even though I had moved to DFW. I highly recommend Andrew and this location. If I still lived in Austin I would come here and I will tell all my friends & family still in the area to go to Lamb's and ask for Andrew because he has integrity and takes care of his customers. 10/10 Thank you Andrew!! Original review -- March 2022 -- I was frantic and running late for a meeting with a flat tire when I met Andrew. He was very helpful and professional and got me set up with 4 new tires at a good price (checked online to make sure). Would come here again and I would request Andrew. The whole staff was friendly and accommodating as I made the waiting area an office to get my meetings taken care of...could have been a bad day but I actually enjoyed a usual less than fun 'adult' task of dealing with car maintenance. Thank you Andrew!

Andrew went way above and beyond to help me diagnose a persistent issue with my CR-V: My dealership has been pushing for an expensive fuel injector replacement, and thanks to Lambs, I finally I have the evidence to get them to update the software instead - and do it within my warranty! Lambs could have convinced me to let them do the work, but instead they took the time to explain how I could get it done for free. Trust is huge when deciding where to take my car. The team at Lambs have shown that they are knowledgeable and (more importantly) ethical. I will be bringing my car to them from now on.

I recently went in (November 2024) for maintenance (Oil Change and brake Service) on my 2016 GMC Sierra. Overall, I recommend them. This was my second visit; the first time was for my wife's vehicle. They offer a great price and excellent service. Patrick was very helpful in keeping me updated on the status of my car.

Easily one of the best experiences I’ve had at a “quick lube” establishment. The service advisors were transparent and knowledgeable. The techs got my car in and out without issue in less than a couple of hours, as walk-in. Shoutout to Patrick for making the entire process painless.
