Their website was easy to navigate, but that's about where the positives ended. The online portal allows you to schedule appointments that the store/staff won't honor, and when I called to confirm they seemed exasperated the entire call - even when I tried to figure out if there was another time I could come instead.

Completely flat tire. I was greeted immediately walking through the door. They got me in right away. Found the tire I needed (not a common one) and replaced it within a couple hours. They even dealt with the warranty company I have a policy with. It was a perfect experience.

They are vigilant in giving me all the information I need to plan ahead on what my car needs. They have gone above and beyond every time I go in. I’ve been taking my car to this location for the past 5 years. David gives me a ride to and from my house so that I don’t have to wait in the lobby! I will continue to use them!

Service was excellent. Brandon is very professional and friendly. He went over the diagnosis, updated work that already been done and arranged for the work that was needed. He stayed in communication with me as the work progressed and everything was completed in only 2 days, including engine mounts, seals and pans, struts… I love my ‘04 PT Cruiser LTD Turbo and now I feel like I have a new car. She runs great and all the maintenance is up to date. I highly recommend Lambs on Far West. They have always taken care of me and are reasonably priced for high quality work.

The TV in the waiting room was not on mute. Advertisements were playing. There is no place to wait where advertising is not playing. The work done is blameless, but there is no place to wait to speak to an agent. There is no place to wait for work to be done without having to listen to advertising. It would be better if the TV were on mute. Subtitles are OK, but the TV should always be on mute. Zero stars.

I brought my Volvo to Lamb's Tire & Automotive for an emissions error code that had been haunting me for over three months, stubbornly standing between my car and a passed inspection. Lamb's came highly recommended, and now I see why. My Service Advisor, Jeff, greeted me, scanned the codes right on the spot with his OBD reader, and had his technician clear the code. Just like that, they sent me off with no charge! A few days later, I passed my inspection with flying colors. Big thanks to Jeff and the team at Lamb's—now my Volvo and I can finally breathe easy!

Let me tell the saga of the Lug Nuts Incident. First, let me say that Customer Service eventually did contact me! They heard me! A person phoned me and listened to me explain, and intelligently discussed with me, all the different ways in which various aspects of my Tire Patching Incident had gone wrong! This took several days and much effort and time and frustration on my part before it was accomplished. I understand the shop will likely be having a completely different viewpoint on all this. Let me list the various issues! - Shop did not have the right lug nuts tool. Their solution at the time would have required me to pay more than was initially offered. - Shop did not meet my expectations about timeliness: It would be a good practice for a shop to hurry up if a customer is obviously hanging around waiting for the car to be fixed, but the shop chose to ignore that I was doing that. - So in combination, it was frustrating to wait a long time, & not get the tire patched. - Two mistakes: They did not have the right tool, and then their solution was to offer me a more expensive solution. - Initially customer service made a mistake and closed the ticket by mistake, resulting in further frustration on my end! My biggest mistake: This all turned out to be a farce, because the tires had a warranty at a different shop. Now that I managed to communicate with customer service, I am feeling better about the situation, and I look forward to an interesting conversation with the manager of that store. I will receive a store credit as a make-up for all these difficulties.

I noticed I had a flat tire right after leaving work and was able to make it to the Far West location. Even though they were booked solid, David was a lifesaver and filled all my tires for me, made sure my leaky one was able to hold air well enough for me to get home, and offered a ride to work the next morning if I came back in and had to leave my car. I ended up getting it patched closer to my house since I live so far away and didn’t want to risk driving on it, but I was really appreciative of the help and concern that was offered to me by the excellent staff! Thank you, David!

Update: had to go back for another flat 10/12 8am. They were able to fix it by noon. The guy helping me was the nicest guy and definitely understands customer perspectives. I’ve noticed other nearby locations lack some of the customer empathy, so it was a great experience today. Woke up to a flat tire on my run flats. Drove around to multiple Lambs and other tire shops, but every spot seemed super backed up. Though backed up, Roel was still willing to let me drop my car off and take a look. Flat was fixed in a few hours on the same day. Great experience, will be back.
