I knew I wanted to write this review, but I just didn’t have the time. The fact that, even after almost five months, I’m still compelled to share my experience says it all: This place was an absolute waste of money. I paid over $100 for a “diagnosis,” which turned out to be nothing more than, “your vehicle has significant damage.” That was it—no details, no actual help. Frustrated, I went to AutoZone, refilled the brake fluid myself (which resolved that issue - literally), and took my truck to another shop where they actually knew what they were doing. The new shop identified the specific problem, gave me options, and fixed it properly. But to this shop? Thanks for the “GREAT” diagnosis and zero help—you’re geniuses. One more thing: the guy at the front desk talks way too much but says very little of value. Communication matters, but clearly, it’s not a strength here. Skip it 🎤

This Lambs location is great. Sierra has helped me a few times now with my car. She goes the extra mile to try to get whatever she can covered by warranty. She is also transparent about repairs and costs. I enjoy working with her, and I would definitely return if I had future needs. Would recommend!

Called for alignment/ no appointment needed and ready for a roll in on the spot. Told me what may arise during the free inspection, the time they told me was on point. It was the fastest car service I have had so far. Brought the pup in and they were excited for him to walk in, so pup points and above friendly customer service

Excellent service! I came here on a Sunday to drop my car off ahead of a Monday appointment and Micheal was here on his day off. He helped me with the intake of my car and bought it into the garage so it was not out in the open over night. He was very thoughtful! 10/10 service.

I have never had such a great experience at a automotive department. I highly recommend everyone to go to Lambs Tire&Auto on south congress and ask for the manager Michael and the best female service writer name Sierra. They are professional, and very understanding to your concerns and time.

I’ve taken my car here (S Congress) twice, once for an oil change and once for new tires. Amazing service and each time they do a full check to make sure your car is in good mechanical shape. This is my new car spot! I totally recommend it

I received a rude and defensive attitude when I told them I wanted to explore other quotes. It’s clear they operate with a “seller mentality,” more concerned with closing the deal than providing good service or building trust. Definitely not a company I’d recommend.

My apt was at 8 and it took maybe 20 mins for a State Inspection. The front desk Sierra was very friendly and it was an enjoyable visit.Will use Lambs again .Thank you

Female who answered my call regarding brake pads and tire replacement was very abrupt and didn’t try to given me a quote. She basically sounded like she did not want to do her job from the second she answered the phone. She also hung up before I did which is an ABSOLUTE NO NO for customer service.

Great service they keep you well informed with a description of everything that’s wrong with your car and they don’t push you to make you get those things. They’re just letting you know what’s needed to be done. They’re Quick and efficient

I called ahead to see if they were able to assist with a low tire, we quickly set a time for that day. I was in and out in 30 minutes, very helpful and nice! Will come back!

I have been searching for the right place to start taking my car and I’m pretty sure I have found THE place. Loyalty and service are two things you pride yourself on a choice of business and I think I hit the jackpot with Lambs on Congress. Ladies- if you want somewhere clean, courteous, and honest - go here for all your car service needs. I recommend Chris- who is an amazing technician. Can’t say enough about this place.

I originally gave this establishment 5 stars, but my trust was very misplaced. It was 6 months ago I received an oil change, and yesterday I had an engine knock (not saying this is or is not correlated), so I had it seen at a European shop (BMW). They found the filter, quite literally crushed inside because it wasn't the right type. I knew better but I shouldn't have let them put 0W30 into a non-performance car with over 100k on the dash, it's just negligent. If you have the N52 Engine do not take your car here or you WILL get the wrong filter. I DIY my maintenance and care about the longevity of my car so this is irreconcilable.

Very quick and good service for wheel alignment. I called ahead and Michael was very helpful. I was able to walk in for a wheel alignment and my car was ready quicker than the time they quoted. The employees were professional and helpful, but also down to earth and made me feel welcomed.
