We called on Friday afternoon to price out 4 tires for my car, got told they ordered the ones I wanted and they were on the way. As it being Friday I could get my car there Saturday morning and they told me that is fine and they would have the tires ready for me but probably wouldn’t get the car done until Monday since they were closed on Sunday and already had appointments on Saturday, I totally understood and agreed to that. Monday rolls around and we received zero calls on the status of my car, so we called just for them to say that the tires didn’t come in yet and they were still on the way…. I was still patient at this point. Tuesday morning they called to say that they couldn’t order the tires I wanted and offered for me to get more expensive ones. Really felt like a bait and switch type situation since we agreed on 1 priced tires and they had my car for days before claiming they didn’t have them… it all felt really fishy and I’m not impressed. Will not be going back or recommending.

I've been to this location twice now for two different, pretty expensive repairs. Both times everyone there was extremely helpful and understanding of my situation. I feel like they are very honest and trustworthy, which isn't always easy to find in a repair shop. I would recommend for anyone to come here for their auto repair needs.

OLD REVIEW BELOW THIS ONE (5 STARS) OK waited today for 1 hour and 20 minutes after my noon appointment before the slow leak in a tire was even started. At the 50 minute mark I asked when my car would be ready and it wasn't even in the garage yet because some employee didn't show up for work. He didn't inform me that my noon appointment was basically moot. He said it would be ready in 30 minutes but it wasn't even brought into the garage to begin work til 1 hour 20 minutes had passed from my appointment. They said the nail was not reparable and I would need a new tire. I had meetings at work and told them to give me my car. Lamb's lost a customer today for sure. To not even tell me that they hadn't begun work on my car is totally unacceptable. I love this business!! Had a nail in my tire and slow leak. I made an appointment and got the nail fixed right away! A permanent plug/patch combo that did the trick. AND, THEY DIDN'T CHARGE ME A PENNY! What kind of customer service is this?? It's great! I will get my new tires there for sure.

I contacted the dealer about an electrical problem in my car. They told me I'd had to leave the car with them for 48 hours to do a diagnosis before they could start the repair. Instead I took it to Lamb's, and they completed the diagnosis and repair in less than an hour. It was my first visit to Lamb's, but I will definitely use them again.

I dropped my car off with a check engine light. It took 24 hours to diagnose and a further 8 days to fix, most of which were spent waiting on parts. I had to call and ask for updates; they didn’t initiate them. I was never given an accurate time estimate. They kept saying “tomorrow.” Most of the staff showed little empathy or interest in the fact that I was without a car for over a week. Management was defensive and blamed vendors and shipping delays instead of taking responsibility. The cost of the repair (a cam shaft sensor wire replacement) was around $1000, plus $300 for the fuel injection service and wheel alignment they upsold me before I knew how bad the experience was going to be. They did apply a 10% off coupon. The most frustrating part was feeling like my car was trapped there without having any idea when it would be done. They disassembled it well before the parts arrived, so I wasn’t able to go get it and drive it somewhere else.

Made an same-day appointment for 2 PM on a Saturday through their website. I show up at 2 PM and they inform me that they cannot honor the appointment because I made it through their be appointment system which apparently doesn't work well. What a joke. They were open another 3 hours and they didn't even look for ways to honor the appointment even though two people were at the front desk (surely one of them knows how to do am oil change). They just blamed the new corporate system.

Car issues are always daunting - how much is this going to cost me?! Came here after having issues replacing my battery at another shop. The battery we bought had a dead cell, and they happily swapped again. My car had a jeep specific issue and the team was so pleasant, communicative and fair. They were not able to fix my car & didn’t charge me for the work they did & recommended we take it to the dealer. Would come here again! It’s rare to feel like you’re not getting taken to the cleaners on car problems!

Just spoke to Tony and I was very impressed with the level and quality of customer service I just received. I called about a tire that was purchased at another location by my brother-in-law and Tony spoke to me as if he had sold me the tire himself. When I called another Lambs store, the service was not terrible, but it was definitely not the same quality or sincerity. He gave me realistic, no bs answers, and I would definitely recommend giving this Lambs location a shot at your business just based on the phone call I had with Tony.

Great experience! They helped take the screw off my tire and didn't even charge me a penny. Also got other car services done here and every time I went there, the process was very smooth. Ryan is also very helpful and answered all my queries very patiently. Highly recommend them to everyone.

Please get a second opinion, I took my car two other mechanics (not even small shops) and all quoted less than half the price for same work. My interaction was with rep called Ryan.

Short dude told me $50 for a flat repair, another guy told me $24 and change and charged me $24. These guys are making up prices on the go. Double check prices y’all.
