Jacob was my technician and walked me through all my options, was incredibly communicative, and explained in detail the service they were providing, as well as discussed my pricing choices with me to ensure I was getting a great deal. They completed the service very quickly and got my car back to me in great shape!

Lamb’s on Burnet/183 formerly Friendly Car Care coulda kept its name, cuz that’s exactly whatcha get! Jared & crew are absolutely a pleasure to work with and I feel safe knowing that my work is being completed at the best possible price for me that still keeps the place running as smooth as it does. I’ve been a customer for over a decade, and not only am not leaving anytime soon, but have referred at least 2 dozen customers who still entrust their vehicles with this team!

I’ve been going to this place for years. It isn’t always the cheapest but they will do you fair. I came in with an issue on my old truck and a price was quoted. Once they did the repair another issue arouse that pretty much negated the repair. The other issue was the fault of lambs fyi. Jared talked me through it and they only charged me for the parts that they installed and not any labor and apologized that they couldn’t do anything else because it was to expensive and I elected not to. Taking off 80% of my bill was damned kind and fair of them. That’s why I will always go to Jared and lambs.

When I heard lambs bought friendly’s I was super disappointed as I have high standards for where i take my car. I actually was looking for a new shop because of this but had to get an emergent fix. Took it and and was happy to see the same faces Jacob and Jared and lambs being run and serviced like friendlys car care. Love the service I get from this place and glad I don’t have to find a new shop!

I popped in randomly and they were able to get my car in the next business day. All the information I needed was relayed and detailed.
