New to the area, very happy with the emergency brake service and repairs I received from Lambs. Good communication throughout, very thorough diagnostic report with pictures, prompt friendly service, fair prices, and most importantly no surprises. True professionals. Highly recommend.

I knew nothing about this business but when an emergency arose (engine oil cooler hose burst and oil was leaking like a faucet 😳) I had no choice when the Jiffy Lube guys sent me to them. They were kind, courteous, cost effective, and totally took care of me quickly and efficiently. I feel so blessed that all involved absolutely had my best interest at heart! They helped me to prioritize the other maintenance and repairs due and I'll be back with them to get those done as soon as funds allow. Thank you!!

My go-to for most of my car's maintenance. The staff is very helpful and they typically have my car ready within a couple of hours for services that require me to drop off my car. I have a 2015 Nissan Sentra that I love keeping in top shape and they def help w that. Ken is the MVP w customer service

Outstanding service! We only have one car so it's always difficult when the car is in the shop. After dropping off my car for annual servicing, Craig drove me home. Then in the afternoon, he picked me up again so I could pick up my car once the service was complete. Prices were reasonable and service completed timely. We've known the guys at Lamb's for many years and appreciate their assistance. Thanks for another great experience.

Very awesome customer service. When the delivery driver messed up the delivery Ken was very accommodating and up front with the time delay, which I appreciated. 10/10 would recommend going to lambs and I'll be using them in the future again, for sure.

Extraordinary experience. Eric is a total gentleman and he took care of all my problems from a to z. Kevin is a fantastic mechanic, I will never take my car somewhere else. Overall a great experience 👏👏👏👏

I love love love this location specifically! Ken, Craig and Eric always take care of our car. They’re kind, professional and explain everything clearly. I have a closer Lamb’s to my house but this one will always be my first choice because of how they treat us. 100/10 recommend :)

Stellar service. They were able to get everything done within the day, gave me a good quote for other work that needed to be done, and even let me know how far I can go without getting it done as some of it could be pricey. I can't remember his name but I usually get the same guy who works the counter, and he's always very professional.

Avoid this place! I was shocked when they quoted me around $300 per axle just to replace my cars brake pads. That’s way overpriced! Don’t waste your time or money here—look elsewhere for fair and honest pricing.

Erick was rude from the second I dropped off my car after randomly being broken down on the side of the road. I had a coupon that the said “free check engine light diagnostic” and then they had me sign something that said because they would “read” the diagnostic to me that now it’s $122 dollars. I paid that and immediately took my car elsewhere. Oh also, they said it was going to be $10,000 to fix my car and not even certain that was to fix it. Would never recommend even in an emergency.

I want to give a BIG Thanks to Craig and Kevin for their help yesterday. My headlight went out Friday. I was able to buy a new bulb Saturday, but 2 of the auto stores I went to were unsuccessful at removing the old bulb. Yesterday, I decided to stop at Jiffy Lube right up the street on 620 and Anderson mills. Those money hungry ******* tried to charge me $60 to remove the bulb. Then tried to tell me it was because they needed to hook my car up to a machine to change the bulb (-__-). Needless to say, I won't ever go there again. I came right up the street to Lambs where Craig and Kevin came out to my car and changed the bulb BY HAND FOR FREE, in under 5 minutes. I very greatly appreciate it and will be back for other auto needs in the future

My husband, James and I called and spoke with Ken. Ken and all staff were very helpful with answering some of our questions even though they had never serviced our vehicle. We will be taking our vehicles to them because of their customer service and willingness to help. Thank you Ken and all staff. See you in the future.

You charged my girlfriend for a diagnostic even after she told you not to and that she couldn’t pay for that now. Tech said it’s fine, I’m working today and I will make sure they don’t charge. She goes to pick it up and is charged - on top of the service that she went in for, which didn’t get fixed. Come back 3 weeks later because the A/C is out again and they tell her “THE BLOWER MOTOR IS WORKING AT THIS TIME. I WENT OVER MY PREVIOUS REPAIRS AND THEY ARE GOOD. I DID NOTICE ONE OF THE WIRES BEFORE MY REPAIR IS HOT AND BURNT. I FOLLOWED THE WIRE TO THE BLOWER MOTOR RESISTOR AND FOUND THE WIRE AT THE CONNECTOR TO BE EXTREMELY HOT AND MELTING/CORRODED. THIS WILL DEFINITELY CAUSE THE BLOWER MOTOR TO INTERMITTENTLY GO OUT AND POTENTIALLY CAUSE AN ELECTRICAL FIRE.” And told her it would be $800 to fix. Does it make sense to charge her $200 for a fix on the wiring that ended up corroding to the point where it could cause an electrical fire? The only reason you guys get 1 star aside from the fact that I have to, is just because the tech that came to look at it the 2nd time didn’t end up charging us. We are not conspiracy theorists but I’m pretty sure you would be able to see the corrosion from the first time you looked, if it was bad enough to start a fire.. don’t come here for A/C issues!
