The owners of this shop are so great and helpful. They repaired our a/c for a fraction of the cost that the dealership wanted to charge. They are honest and love what they do. We are so glad that we found them!

Very unprofessional, these guys have had my truck for 4 months only to do glow plugs injectors turbo rebuild and shocks. I dropped the truck off early November 2020 here we are February 2021 and still do not have my truck. I should have known what I got into being the year before my father had them bulletproof his 2006 6.0, long story short they had his truck 8.5 months and when he got the truck back it had an oil leak. I have had to call these guys multiple times to figure out what was going on. 90% of the time I do not get a answer nor a call back. Scott texted me plan on picking your truck up at 5:30pm January 28, 2021 so I call him that evening over and over and over he finally texts me I’m gonna need one more day with it. Here we are February 3rd 2021 and I have yet to hear from him and don’t know when my truck will be finished and if it will done correctly. I tried being a reasonable customer but with all due respect people. DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE...

Great bunch of guys. They worked with me every step of the way to try to keep my repair as cheap as possible. I’m from out of town and they didn’t try to take advantage of me. Would highly recommend. If I’m ever in the area again and need some mechanic work I know where to go.

Highly recommend them! Brett, NEW owner leads the shop with a lot of integrity as a mechanic and in business, does a lot work himself with care, as if was one of his own. He & his crew were top notch..., professional, passionate in their work, knowledgeable, & trustworthy. Assessment & estimate-spot on. He went the extra mile to help me, and I felt a sense of ease in doing business with him. Thanks for positive experience guys! I will refer others and return for future service.

Scott and Robert... the owners of the shop, are dependable, honest, trustworthy, and get the job done. If you are having mechanical problems with your vehicle, give them a chance. They specialize in Ford Diesels, but can fix your unleaded car, SUV, van, or truck.

This is absolutely the worst experience I've ever had at a repair shop in my entire life. I took my 2011 Duramax Chevrolet to them for a repair. When they returned the truck to me, the turbo was squealing. They took it back to replace the turbo. After they were through the owner of the establishment took it for a test drive and it stopped running. They refused to work on it anymore. I took it to another mechanic. They found that a bolt had been lost inside the engine and had wedged against the Cam shaft. This repair cost me $5,600 and Brett, the owner of Lakeshore, refused to take responsibility and refused to pay for the repair. I will NEVER do business here again and after posting this to Facebook, I've found many other people that have had similar experiences. I recommend you find anywhere else you can to take your vehicle for repairs.

Just some good ol boys that enjoy what they do. I had these guys lift my 2018 Ram 2500, and also change some fuel filters for me. To my surprise they jumped right on it and then I drove it home just a few short hrs later. Couldnt be more pleased. Ill definitely be back in for more work in the future. Thanks Guys!
