I love this place! We got a set of new tires and they ended up being faulty from the manufacturer. Lake Norman got replacement tires and rectified the situation immediately. They're very knowledgeable and even offer a loaner car if need be. Definitely recommend!

Matt and Ed are awesome. They’re always very informative prior to any repairs and set accurate expectations. We took our Tesla to this shop to get an alignment. Mark showed me how much the alignment was needed. He explained everything to me and the price was great! If your Tesla needs anything they are AMAZING!!! This is my new go to shop for anything I need from now on!!!

I have always used the dealership for any service needed on my 4Runner from day one and I was a bit hesitant to let just any shop work on my truck trust issues from pass experience with smaller shops outside of the circle of dealerships ir was recommended by several family members that had some experience with Lake Norman Tire and auto and highly recommend because of their honesty and of course excellent results and somewhat with the cost but hey everything now days is high anyway i tow my 4Runner to them for work that my dealership was not willing to take on for i believe was their incompetence it been several weeks since my work was done i I have no issues good job highly recommend this shop and the employees were great thanks

Customer Service, impeccably clean, the manager, Garrett and my mechanic were awesome! This business deserves an award! They were fantastic! Affordable, Fast, & Honest! There was an issue with new brakes due to how the parking break interacted with the new disc. This was not the fault of Lake Norman Tire & Auto, but something specific to my car. It wasn’t trivial to fix but they did it!

Wonderful, timely service. A silly mistake my husband made in a hurry could have easily cost over a hundred just learn that. Lake Norman T&A was able to look it over and check for the possible issues within our emergency budget, and had a car available for my husband to use to keep his job through the weekend. Thank you!

Garrett and his team at Lake Norman Tire and Auto have earned a customer for life! This is my second wonderful experience with them and boy did they knock it out of the park this time. Not only was I walked back and shown what was wrong with my car, but I was given updates almost daily about the status of it during repairs. Did I mention that they gave me a loaner car for free? The only cost is filling the car back up with gas. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and gave me a wonderful price for the repairs. Tell all of your friends about this place, they are THE spot to go when you need anything car from tires to a radiator. Such a wonderful shop!

I found out about this company about three weeks ago brought my RV in. They changed the oil they rotated the tires checked everything greased everything. They were prompt very fairly priced and Matt was a great to deal with highly recommend them, especially for an RV.

I went to my mechanic at 8A. They removed my spare and placed on my car by removing and holding onto to the best tire. They gave a once over as well. I went to discount tire and got 4 tires. Only because they saw no spare tire did they give me one of my 4 as a spare. Liability is worse if they do not have a spare for me. I received a discount to align my tires with this facility. My car is 26 years old and I am female. They stated I had a severe power steering fluid leak. I was told I had a small oil leak. They said I had a front end suspension issue that needed to be fixed before an alignment. I had total suspension work this last year. I brought it back to my mechanic they did find a small oil leak that could be done down the road and did my alignment. Shame to this shop and beware to all readers

A coworker mentioned that he had some work done on his Ford F-150 at this location. Had nothing to say but great things about how Lake Norman Tire & Auto took care of his truck repairs. Well, he was not wrong. They took take of my old mini Cooper like it was a new car. 👍👍 two thumbs up. Pricing was fair, work was done in a timely maner. The guys at the front desk were very cordial and professional.

Cradle to grave service. Car was dead in my driveway. They arranged for the car to be picked up and brought to them. Within a day they found the problem and fixed it. I’ve been with Lake Norman Tire for over 13 years. They have NEVER failed me.

I went to Lake Norman tire and was pleasantly surprised at how friendly and accommodating they were at making sure my vehicle was serviced in a timely manner. Outstanding visit! I came in for an alignment, only to learn that I had both front-end and rear axle problems. I got a good little loaner car, they got parts immediately, and had me back on the road the next morning. Ed’s communication was first rate throughout. I felt like everyone genuinely cared about getting the truck ready to tow our trailer this weekend. Now we’re heading South in grand shape, everything tight and in alignment. I offer thanks and gratitude to everyone involved!
