My wife was in town from Amarillo and developed car trouble which is never a good thing but is even worse being by yourself and away from home. One never knows how you will be treated being from out of town. Lake Highlands Automotive: Professional - Honest - Empathetic. I highly recommend.

My car had a sound and then it not so the next much the next day, but I stopped by to have Highland automotive check it out just in case They were very sweet. They checked out the best they could they could not replicate it so free of charge. So nice and honest.

Fantastic service! Will do what they can to get the best bang for your buck on service and don't try to upsell you. If they can't fix it, they will refer you to someone who can.

Had a blowout on 635 today. Limped my car to Lake Highlands Automotive. Was greeted with a water and asked them to change my tire. Was in and out in 15 min. Great customer service Thanks guys !!!! GO OU!!!!

I caught a flat on my way to work. I stopped here. They were nice and generous enough to take me to work, which was a plus cause I would've been late. They quoted me a price but he shopped for a cheaper tire which was another plus for my pockets. I would definitely go to them again.

If I could give these guys a negative, I would. I've been here on 2 separate occasions and both times have an absolute disappointment. Not to mention how rude the man is he'll cut off your sentences while you speaking to him. Then he mention something about my dad as i was walking out the store. That does not fly! Terrible guy and terrible service. Point of this is to warn others! If you want your car fixed and don't want a rude attitude when you ask a question then take it to someone eles.

Very nice people. They were very kind to accommodate me and my family when my jeep flashed the warning lights and we barely managed to get off the road and into the shop. They did a good job.

Brought my car here last December based on a personal recommendation. Though my car is old and in need of more than it’s worth to repair, I will bring future vehicles here, and recommend others to this business. How I wish I’d known about LH Automotive years ago, and many Pep Boys repairs ago.

I’ve gone to Lake Highlands for nearly a decade now, and these guys are the only shop I’ll go to for my car. They always accurately identify the issue, they always charge you exactly what they say it’s going to cost and never a penny more by surprise, and they almost always finish the work on the same day. I’m always impressed by their professionalism and honesty. Everything you want from a mechanic. Five stars out of five any day of the week.

Was referred to them to have an Egr valve put on because I’ve already had it diagnosed. Attitude was dry, man told me that they he don’t trust referrals from the other shop, will run a diagnostic for $160, they don’t use outside parts(which I already have the valve) & couldn’t get to my car til the middle of next week. One thing in my experience when it come to car repair is knowing when someone is trying to rip me off.
