Very bad telephone manners amoung the staff.They didn't know how to start a 1978 Chevrolet Silverado on a cold morning.They fixed an oil sensor for me for a great price.But refused to work on this truck any further, claiming rust issues.Other garages did .Fall of 2021.I hear great reviews about this garage.Glad to move on and get it off my mind.

I gave them a list of what was wrong with the vehicle. For ~$100 they typed up the list on their letterhead.

I would give zero stars if I could. I went in for AC repair and the problem was not fixed, despite replacing the blower. They ripped me off, claiming I needed a new part that I did not need and the owner had the audacity to raise his voice at me when I told him that. All that was needed was my AC recalibrated, not a new blower. He did recalibrate it for me, but that did no make up for the fact that I paid $475 for something I didn't need.

Very happy and will be using them again. Great work, very reasonable on price and willing to talk you out of replacing parts that don’t need it. Worked around my schedule. Had a full brake service, they talked me out of a new suspension, and let me know that the tire shop had knocked a stud out of a hub. Steve treated my wife like a knowledgeable car owner vs. the run around some shops pull on women.

Great for classic cars, and newer models. I have dealt with a lot of good mechanics, these guys are next level, and reasonable. Just plan on making an appointment, they have ben there for decades, and are always busy.

Busy place took a little to get in but worth it. Check engine light came on went to auto zone diagnosed, emission system needed a purge valve. When I called very friendly said that was probably correct, about couple hundred,. Wheni took car in they checked at time they had me scheduled called and said that's not the problem they found 2 other things, my first thought was great this gonna be bad. He explained what they had to do what the issues were and bottom line it was less money than they said, I've never had that happen at a repair shop. Very happy all staff I spoke with were very friendly only reason I gave a 4 was time it took to get the car in, but that's because they seem fair and honest lots of cars being worked on. I will definitely use again and highly recommend.

I bought a van that I knew had issues, but I couldn’t figure out what exactly, the previous owner couldn’t either. It turned out that it only needed a battery, I asked them to also tune the van up, but they informed me it had already been done recently. 100% honest people, easy to work with, and very knowledgeable. 10/10 would recommend.

I've been taking my vehicles to Laine's for years. They are truly a customer-centered shop. Trustworthy, timely, very reasonably priced, and very high quality work. Couldn't be happier with their level of service.

Visiting my sister from out of town on the way to go on vacation. Battery light comes on, my brother in-law recommends Laine's, his dad went there, his grandpa went there too. I was sold on that opinion alone. They were booked solid but still squeezed me in to save the vacation. New alternator, fair price, a real vacation miracle. Saved me from having to rent a car for the rest if the week. Very nice people too. If I lived here Laine's would be my mechanic.
