Went to this shop 3 times in the last week with 2 different cars. The service gets a 5 star cause, generally speaking, they can get you in and out of there relatively quickly, even when they are busy. However, the customer service gets a 2 because the guy who always takes the money, presumably the owner, has never once said "thank you" to me.

I got a set of 4 used tires, had to go back the next day, my car was shaking(when I went over 40), they told me my whole wheel was moving(u could shake it), took it to a mechanic he said it was my ball joint(got fixed), got a wheel alignment , the shop told me my tires was bad, SMFH

I CALLED TO HAVE AN ESTIMATE FOR MY FRONT AND REAR BREAKS WHEN I FIRST CALLED I WAS PLACED ON HOLD FOR SOMEONE TO GIVE ME THE ESTIMATE FOR ABOUT 5 MINS THEN THE SAME PERSON CAME BACK AND ASKED IF I COULD CALL BACK IN ABOUT 10-15mins AND I SAID OKAY THAT WAS FINE WHEN I CALLED BACK I WAS PLACED ON HOLD AGAIN AND THIS TIME SOMEONE CAME TO THE PHONE WHO COULD GIVE ME A ESTIMATE WHEN I STARTED TO EXPLAINED WHAT I NEEDED DONE HE THEN SAY DIDNT I TELL YOU THIS LAST WEEK DIDNT YOU JUST CALL ABOUT THIS LAST WEEK I HAVE NEVER BEEN SOOO EMBARRASSED IN MY LIFE I NEVER EVEN CALLED OR STEP FOOT AT THIS SHOP I WAS REFERRED MY A FAMILY MEMBER WHO ALWAYS GO THERE BUT DETROIT TIRE JUST LOST MY WHOLE Family Business THEY WILL NEVER SEE US AGAIN

People who are buying tires, are more important than getting a flat tire fixed, I was in line first but they took people who was buying tires before me.
