This review is regarding my second experience in this shop with Mr. Sohayl. (first time the other guy Sepehr changed the water pump no problem happy with his work ) I am not happy with his work and attitude. He changed the turn signal and trunk lock latch release cable on my Toyota Camry 2014. My first complaint is the trunk release button was missing a screw. I asked him to fix it, but he said, 'We don't have a screw; you can fix it yourself.' Incomplete work. 👎 Second complaint: he changed the turn signal, but the steering wheel was not adjusted. I went back to talk with him, and he said, 'That has nothing to do with me; you have to take it to an alignment shop.' So I did, but the technician at the alignment shop told me that has nothing to do with alignment, and your mechanic should adjust the steering wheel. Long story short, I went back, and he fixed it but did not apologize for lying about his fault and wasting my time. Next time, if it's your fault, simply accept it and fix it. Have Some respect for yourself and your customers. Do not recommend him I am gonna write the same review in farsi too for our people . من اینجا بار دوم اومدم و این نظر برای اقای سهیل هستش بار اولی که اومده بودم اقای سپهر واتر پمپ و عوض کردن که راضی هستم دلیل نارضایتیم هم اینه ایشون کابل صندوق عقب و عوض کردن و یک پیچی کم بود روی دکمه که صندوق عقب باز میکنه موقع تحویل گفتم این پیچ نداره بازی میکنه و اگه میشه درستش کنید گفتن که پیچ از قبل نداشته خودت بعدا ببند و همونطوری مونده هروقت میخوام سوار بشم پام گیر میکنه در میاد از جاش عکسش گذاشتم همینجا دومین اعتراض من ایشون دسته راهنما رو عوض کردن بعد چند روز من متوجه شدم فرمون کج هستش و بردم پیشش که گفت باید ببری الاینمت (میزان فرمان ) که من شک کردم که چه ربطی داره ؟ ولی خوب برحسب اعتماد بردم الاینمت شاپ که گفتن فرمون ربطی به الاینمت نداره مکانیک بعد بستن باید تنظیم میکرده که نکرده دوباره برگشتم بماند که گفته بود فلان ساعت بیا ونبود کلی منتظر موندم و بلاخره درست کرد نه معذرت خواهی نه چیزی انگار نه انگار اشتباه بسته دروغ گفته و وقت منم تلف کرده اقای سهیل شما دفعه بعد اشتباه کردی تو کارت باید قبول کنی ومعذرت خواهی کنی از مشتری و درستش کنی نه اینکه بخوای زرنگ بازی در بیاری و به شعور مشتری توهین کنی و بفرستیش دنبال نخود سیاه . به خودت و مشتری که میاد پیشت یه خورده ارزش قاٸل باش . توصیه نمی کنم ایشون 👎👎

I repair my cars only here, very efficiently and quickly, Sam will always help and tell you what's what. I definitely recommend it!

At Cool Auto Repair you are in a good hands. Beside my oil change that I always go there, he after telling him my problem with starting the car in the morning and at night; he after inspecting my car and going above and beyond the car he found out my engine has a leak and needed to be fixed. Sam is such a decent, honest and hardworking man I am so happy going there because I know my problems will be fixed no matter what. Thank you Sam for all you do!

I had to tow my car here because it started to overheat. Sam is very nice and compassionate. He waited after-hours for 2 hours for me. The next day he gave me a call and explained the issue along with the future steps. Very communicative and trustworthy. It turns out my cooling fan relay was damaged, causing the engine to overheat. I’m 100% sure if I took my car to any other place, I would end up getting scammed paying for bogus repairs. My car is now functioning normally after a good price and fast repair. Will definitely return in the future!

Came to LA Sam’s for Oil Change. They looked real busy but Sam said he would squeeze me in. Took only 12min. I have a low diffuser in front so he had me to back in so I wouldn’t damage it. I highly recommend this place!

I always go for changing my oil and other services here. They have great customer service and work fast. Also, they'll always let you know if your car has other problems other than what you visited them at first place. Their prices are absolutely fair too.

They lied to me cuz my car engine light on and I went to them and ask to check it out for me, they said if we check it you should pay us 40 dollars and if you want to fix it you don’t have to pay of the part cost 40 dollars, than the asked me to come tomorrow and they will change it for me... but I went to them and they said I didn’t tell you like that

These are the most honest and hardworking and skilled mechanics I have found in our town, I never went anywhere else. I drive 25 minutes just to get to these folks even for an oil change, and all other issues I don’t let anyone else touch my car but them. Waiting area needs a little work, which is why stopped short of giving it 5-stars.
