Bad service they want you to get aprove by finance they do whatever to get you approved, the mechanics do a really bad job, they're not experienced and just do whatever they want

The staff here are all sweethearts. Can’t beat their combo deals on rims/tires. I will not recommend their current powder coating vendor. But regardless of the issues I had, the manager honored the warranty & made it right & worked around my schedule which was a challenge since I’m only in the area sporadically for work. Every time I made it by they got me in quickly with no issues. They also have a neat waiting area with tire swings n chairs outside, there’s always plenty of smiles & occasionally the ice cream guy walks around with the lil icebox for sweet treats. A++ service regardless of powder coating issues I’d still highly recommend this shop!!!

Horrible service, the manager does not respect turns. He will skip you to work on his friend's vehicles first. Many homeless folks lurking around the shop, and many of their customers look like drug dealer wannabes.

I needed a rim and tire ASAP, and they got it done quickly! The price was great, and they were super accommodating since I had a doctor's appointment to make. From the helpful ladies at the front desk to the hardworking guys in the shop, everyone was friendly and very helpful. 10/10 recommend. I know where I'll be going for any future tire or car needs! Also the tire swings and chairs are a nice touch! 😊

Said would give good deal, did not communicate well about pricing and refused to take back wheels and tires without paying $600 out of pocket for restock, after misleading price.

Les doy una estrella y es mucho. Hace unas 2 semanas Yo iba de paso. De Dallas a California (manejando) llevando a mi niña d 1 año y medio conmigo. Pare en el paso porque una d mis llantas traía un clavo en la llanta trasera del piloto. Bueno antes d llegar a este lugar habia parado en el discount tire pero ellos no contaban con llantas para remplazar la dañada. (Y no podia esperarme dias a q llegara una orden) asi q fui a este lugar. Y creanme desee no a ver parado aqui. Yo iba d paso asi q digamos era prioridad la llanta. Decidi comprar las 4 llantas nuevas. Asi q bueno tardaron todo el día. No tienen una sala d espera y el calor q t avientas afuera es insoportable. Hay muchos morros q solo se hacen tontos y no hacen su trabajo el tipo q me atendio. Le pregunte se van a tardar mas y dijo ya empezaron con su troca. (Cosa q fue mentira el tipo aun no comenzaba con lo mio) paso casi 1hora y me pregunta. Disculpe el candade donde lo tiene 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️ eso q queria decir q todavia ni si quiera le metian mano a mi troca. Aahh y si dicen xq no mr fui a otra llantera xq este tipo me cobro mucho antes segun el para q en cuanto saliera mi troca irme. Lo cual tardo casi 6 horas ahí y nada q salía. Mi niña ya enfadada con hambre ya q ibamos desde Dallas pues no fue horrible. Ellos no hacian su trabajo hasta q un señor q estaba sentado en las llantas q tienen afuera me dijo q le estan haciendo a su troca y ya le explique y fue como hicieron algo pero si no ahí me quedo todo el dia. No se los recomiendo es mucho vato y nada d trabajo. No vayan a regalar su dinero a gente q el cliente no es la prioridad

El peor lugar para resumir! Worst place, they take forever I was there for maybe a good 5 or more hours, rude people, blamed me for what THEY did and they DO NOT know how to do alignments and/or balances many more things.
